本发明公开了一种吸尘式环保板料切断机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板中部固定有上支撑架,机架的顶板中部具有吸气通槽和输送通槽,机架的顶板的顶面两侧固定有导向轨道,移动板的底面具有滑槽,导向轨道的上部插套在滑槽中,移动板的顶面中部具有放置凹槽,放置凹槽的底面固定有弹性板,弹性板和放置凹槽的底面具有上下对齐的通槽,通槽与吸气通槽上下相通,移动板的底面固定有移动块,移动块伸出输送通槽,移动块螺接在传动螺杆中,传动螺杆的两端铰接在两个支撑板上;它可以将板料切割时产生的粉尘吸附,同时,其可以自动将待切割板进行夹持固定并切割,其效率高,效果好。

本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种吸尘式环保板料切断机构。
背景技术:
现有的板料切割会产生大量的粉尘,其需要进行及时处理,而现有的切割设备中并没有此种吸尘装置,效果差;
同时,现有的板料切割设备中其板料通过人工推动和压紧来实现切割,其切割效率低,效果并不理想。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种吸尘式环保板料切断机构,它可以将板料切割时产生的粉尘吸附,同时,其可以自动将待切割板进行夹持固定并切割,其效率高,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种吸尘式环保板料切断机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板中部固定有上支撑架,机架的顶板中部具有吸气通槽和输送通槽,机架的顶板的顶面两侧固定有导向轨道,移动板的底面具有滑槽,导向轨道的上部插套在滑槽中,移动板的顶面中部具有放置凹槽,放置凹槽的底面固定有弹性板,弹性板和放置凹槽的底面具有上下对齐的通槽,通槽与吸气通槽上下相通,移动板的底面固定有移动块,移动块伸出输送通槽,移动块螺接在传动螺杆中,传动螺杆的两端铰接在两个支撑板上,两个支撑板固定在机架的顶板的底面前后两端处,其中一个支撑板上固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在传动螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中;
所述上支撑架的顶板处于移动板的正上方,上支撑架上固定有切割机构,上支撑架的顶板的中部顶面固定有压紧气缸,压紧气缸的推杆穿过上支撑架的顶板并固定有自润滑压块,自润滑压块压靠在待切割板上,待切割板插套在放置凹槽中并压靠在弹性板上;
所述机架的顶板底面固定有吸尘罩,吸气通槽与吸尘罩相对应,吸尘罩的底面通接有吸气管。
所述导向轨道的截面为T字形,滑槽为与导向轨道相配合的T字型槽体。
所述移动板的左右两侧固定有副夹持气缸,副夹持气缸的推杆竖直向上并固定有移动压板,移动压板的端部底面固定有定位块,定位块处于待切割板的边部顶面上方,移动压板的中部底面具有导向杆,导向杆插套在移动板的边部顶面具有的导向孔中。
所述切割机构包括上切割架,上切割架固定在上支撑架的顶板的顶面上,上切割架的顶板的顶面中部固定有移动气缸,移动气缸的推杆穿过上切割架的顶板并固定有提升板,提升板的底面固定有运行电机,运行电机的输出轴上固定有运行齿轮,提升板的底面固定有连接架,连接架上铰接有主轴,主轴上固定有切割刀片,主轴的一端伸出连接架并固定有传动齿轮,运行齿轮与传动齿轮相啮合,切割刀片的下部处于上支撑架的顶板上成型有的切割槽口中,切割槽口与通槽上下对齐。
所述提升板的顶面固定有多个上导向杆,上导向杆插套在上切割架的顶板上具有的竖直导向通孔中。
所述竖直导向通孔中插套有自润滑铜套,自润滑铜套的外侧壁固定在竖直导向通孔的内侧壁上,上导向杆插套在自润滑铜套中。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以将板料切割时产生的粉尘吸附,同时,其可以自动将待切割板进行夹持固定并切割,其效率高,效果好。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种吸尘式环保板料切断机构,包括机架100,所述机架100的顶板中部固定有上支撑架10,机架100的顶板中部具有吸气通槽101和输送通槽102,机架100的顶板的顶面两侧固定有导向轨道103,移动板11的底面具有滑槽12,导向轨道103的上部插套在滑槽12中,移动板11的顶面中部具有放置凹槽13,放置凹槽13的底面固定有弹性板131,弹性板131和放置凹槽13的底面具有上下对齐的通槽14,通槽14与吸气通槽101上下相通,移动板11的底面固定有移动块111,移动块111伸出输送通槽102,移动块111螺接在传动螺杆112中,传动螺杆112的两端铰接在两个支撑板113上,两个支撑板113固定在机架100的顶板的底面前后两端处,其中一个支撑板113上固定有驱动电机114,驱动电机114的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在传动螺杆112的一端具有的花键孔中;
所述上支撑架10的顶板处于移动板11的正上方,上支撑架10上固定有切割机构20,上支撑架10的顶板的中部顶面固定有压紧气缸15,压紧气缸15的推杆穿过上支撑架10的顶板并固定有自润滑压块151,自润滑压块151压靠在待切割板1上,待切割板1插套在放置凹槽13中并压靠在弹性板131上,由于自润滑压块151压靠在待切割板1上,当待切割板1进行移动时,自润滑压块151可以沿着待切割板1进行滑动,而不会将待切割板1卡置;
所述机架100的顶板底面固定有吸尘罩16,吸气通槽101与吸尘罩16相对应,吸尘罩16的底面通接有吸气管161。
进一步的说,所述导向轨道103的截面为T字形,滑槽12为与导向轨道103相配合的T字型槽体。
进一步的说,所述移动板11的左右两侧固定有副夹持气缸17,副夹持气缸17的推杆竖直向上并固定有移动压板18,移动压板18的端部底面固定有定位块181,定位块181处于待切割板1的边部顶面上方,移动压板18的中部底面具有导向杆182,导向杆182插套在移动板11的边部顶面具有的导向孔115中。
进一步的说,所述切割机构20包括上切割架21,上切割架21固定在上支撑架10的顶板的顶面上,上切割架21的顶板的顶面中部固定有移动气缸22,移动气缸22的推杆穿过上切割架21的顶板并固定有提升板23,提升板23的底面固定有运行电机24,运行电机24的输出轴上固定有运行齿轮25,提升板23的底面固定有连接架26,连接架26上铰接有主轴27,主轴27上固定有切割刀片28,主轴27的一端伸出连接架26并固定有传动齿轮271,运行齿轮25与传动齿轮271相啮合,切割刀片28的下部处于上支撑架10的顶板上成型有的切割槽口19中,切割槽口19与通槽14上下对齐。
进一步的说,所述提升板23的顶面固定有多个上导向杆231,上导向杆231插套在上切割架21的顶板上具有的竖直导向通孔中。
进一步的说,所述竖直导向通孔中插套有自润滑铜套29,自润滑铜套29的外侧壁固定在竖直导向通孔的内侧壁上,上导向杆231插套在自润滑铜套29中。
本实施例中,通过将待切割板1插套在放置凹槽13中并压靠在弹性板131上,然后,通过压紧气缸15的推杆推动,将压块151压靠在待切割板1上,实现固定,然后通过副夹持气缸17的推杆回缩,使得定位块181压靠在待切割板1上,然后,通过移动气缸22的推杆推动,将切割刀片28下降,同时,通过运行电机24运行,使得切割刀片28对待切割板1进行切割,其中待切割板1的宽度小于通槽14的长度,待切割板1处于通槽14的中部,从而保证切割刀片28在切割时,由于移动板11的移动而不会切割到移动板11上,然后,通过驱动电机114运行,使得待切割板1进行移动,从而实现完全切割。

所述上支撑架(10)的顶板处于移动板(11)的正上方,上支撑架(10)上固定有切割机构(20),上支撑架(10)的顶板的中部顶面固定有压紧气缸(15),压紧气缸(15)的推杆穿过上支撑架(10)的顶板并固定有自润滑压块(151),自润滑压块(151)压靠在待切割板(1)上,待切割板(1)插套在放置凹槽(13)中并压靠在弹性板(131)上;
所述机架(100)的顶板底面固定有吸尘罩(16),吸气通槽(101)与吸尘罩(16)相对应,吸尘罩(16)的底面通接有吸气管(161);
