Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于将物体安装在一表面上的安装件。
背景技术
已知的是在诸如汽车的车辆上提供雷达传感器;通常,能够提供这些雷达传感器以提供诸如停车传感器的功能或者在车辆移动的同时感测其他车辆的功能。在安装雷达传感器时,期望的是能够调节和校准这些传感器的定位使得它们面向期望的方向。通常,雷达传感器会安装在车辆上,然后在安装后调节位置使其正确。
为此目的已经提出了可调节安装件,但是在为停车传感器提供的空间中能够供这些安装件使用的空间仅仅是有限的。该有限的空间限制了可行的角度调节量。
虽然以上描述是针对雷达传感器的安装,但是通常期望普遍地增加安装方案的灵活性。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种用于将物体安装在一表面上的安装件,该安装件包括:
载体;
固定长度支柱,其具有一枢转点并且距设置成与所述表面接合的安装点具有固定长度,所述固定长度支柱能够围绕所述枢转点枢转地安装在所述载体上;以及
两个可变长度支柱,每个可变长度支柱均具有一枢转点并且距设置成与所述表面接合的安装点具有可变长度,所述可变长度支柱能够围绕所述枢转点枢转地安装在所述载体上。
这样,提供了一种在可能减小整体包装尺寸的同时能够围绕两个轴线枢转的简单安装件。
每个可变长度支柱均可包括螺纹构件。每个枢转点可包括至少部分球形并带有贯穿螺纹孔的本体,所述螺纹构件与所述螺纹构件接合。这样,螺纹构件的旋转可使得本体沿着螺纹构件移动,从而改变可变长度。
安装件可包括设置成固定到所述表面的基部。这样,每个可变长度支柱和固定长度支柱的安装点位于所述基部上。每个可变长度支柱的安装点可允许可变长度支柱相对于基部旋转,但是可限制或防止所述可变长度支柱沿着长度的轴向移动以及所述可变长度支柱围绕安装点的枢转移动。
每个本体可在互补的承载件内安装在所述载体中。这样,每个承载件可以是至少部分球形的。
每个可变长度支柱可包括驱动接合装置,例如六角孔,所述可变长度支柱能够通过该驱动接合装置旋转。通常,旋转能够是手动的,或者可以通过诸如电马达的马达来驱动。
所述固定长度支柱可相对于所述基部固定。所述固定长度支柱的枢转点可包括球窝接头。
通常,所述固定长度支柱的安装点将位于所述可变长度支柱的安装点之间,平行于将所述可变长度支柱的安装点连接的方向。这可以减小实现给定角度调节范围所需的可变长度支柱的长度。通常,当所述载体具有沿着将所述可变长度支柱的安装点连接的方向的横向范围时,所述固定长度支柱的安装点处于该横向范围的中央25%、10%或5%。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供一种安装的雷达传感器,包括雷达传感器和根据本发明第一方面的安装件,其中所述雷达传感器安装在所述载体上。
这样,这允许调节雷达传感器的安装方向。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供一种车辆,在其上安装有本发明第二方面的安装的雷达传感器。通常,安装件的基部相对于车辆的表面固定。
根据本发明的第四方面,提供一种调节在本发明第三方面的车辆上的雷达传感器的定向的方法,该方法包括改变所述可变长度支柱的长度,从而实现期望的定向。通常,这通过旋转可变长度支柱而实现。

具体实施方式
附图示出了用于相对于基部50支撑包装件51(在这里是雷达传感器)的安装件1。在这种实施例中,基部50相对于车辆(未示出)的表面固定。如下所述,安装件允许围绕两个轴线调节包装件51相对于基部所面向的方向。
安装件1包括支撑包装件51的载体2;通常包装件51被夹在载体2中。载体通过三个支柱3、7安装在基部上。
一个支柱是固定长度支柱3,固定长度支柱距安装点4具有固定长度,在安装点4处固定长度支柱3相对于基部50固定到呈球窝接头形式的枢转点6,固定长度支柱3围绕枢转点6枢转地安装在载体上。枢转点6沿着第一横向方向(附图图1中的水平)位于载体的一端,同时沿着第二垂直横向方向(附图图3中的水平)近似位于载体的中点上。
另两个支柱是可变长度支柱7。可变长度支柱7均呈螺纹构件的形式,保持被捕获在基部50中的安装点8处;安装点8允许螺纹构件围绕其长度旋转,但是不能进行线性或其他旋转运动。可变长度支柱7还与载体上的枢转点9接合。这些枢转点9的每一个包括部分球形构件10,部分球形构件10具有贯穿的螺纹孔,并且容纳在载体中对应的部分球形承载件中。枢转点9在第一横向方向的相对于固定长度支柱3的枢转点6的另一端处定位在载体2中,并且位于第二横向方向的相反两端。
这样,螺纹构件的旋转会改变基部50中可变长度支柱7的安装点8与载体中枢转点9之间的长度。通过将两个螺纹构件一起旋转(利用联接到可变长度支柱8的驱动面12的驱动装置,例如六角承窝),载体将在图1的平面(即,平行于第一方向的平面)中旋转。沿着相反的方向旋转螺纹构件会使得载体在图3的平面(即,平行于第二方向的平面)中旋转。
因而,提供了两个旋转自由度(通常是俯仰自由度和方位角自由度),而不需要调节器臂或螺钉的任何横向移动。通常,能够提供达到六个自由度(如果没有更多)的移动角度范围;在调节的极点由于载体的角运动而存在一些支柱变形,但是能够容易地调整该变形,尤其是在支柱由塑料材料形成的情况下。以上设置能够允许安装占据的空间变少。在第一方向的中央设置固定长度支柱3的枢转点6针对给定调节范围允许可变长度支柱的最大长度减少。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于将物体安装在一表面上的安装件,该安装件包括:
载体;
固定长度支柱,其具有一枢转点并且距设置成与所述表面接合的安装点具有固定长度,所述固定长度支柱能够围绕其枢转点枢转地安装在所述载体上;以及
两个可变长度支柱,每个可变长度支柱均具有一枢转点并且距设置成与所述表面接合的安装点具有可变长度,所述可变长度支柱能够围绕其枢转点枢转地安装在所述载体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安装件,其中,每个所述可变长度支柱均包括螺纹构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的安装件,其中,每个枢转点包括至少部分球形并带有贯穿螺纹孔的本体,所述螺纹构件与所述螺纹构件接合。
4.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的安装件,还包括设置成固定到所述表面的基部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的安装件,其中,每个可变长度支柱和固定长度支柱的安装点位于所述基部上。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的安装件,其中,每个可变长度支柱的安装点允许所述可变长度支柱相对于所述基部旋转,但是限制或防止所述可变长度支柱沿着长度的轴向移动以及所述可变长度支柱围绕安装点的枢转移动。
7.根据权利要求3或从属于权利要求3的任一项所述的安装件,其中,每个本体在互补的承载件内安装在所述载体中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的安装件,其中,每个承载件是至少部分球形的。
9.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的安装件,其中,每个可变长度支柱包括驱动接合装置,所述可变长度支柱能够通过该驱动接合装置旋转。
10.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的安装件,其中,所述固定长度支柱相对于所述基部固定。
11.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的安装件,其中,所述固定长度支柱的枢转点包括球窝接头。
12.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的安装件,其中,所述固定长度支柱的安装点将位于所述可变长度支柱的安装点之间,平行于将所述可变长度支柱的安装点连接的方向。
13.根据权利要求12所述的安装件,其中,所述载体具有沿着将所述可变长度支柱的安装点连接的方向的横向范围,所述固定长度支柱的安装点处于该横向范围的中央25%、10%或5%。
14.一种安装的雷达传感器,包括雷达传感器和根据前述权利要求任一项所述的安装件,其中所述雷达传感器安装在所述载体上。
15.一种车辆,在其上安装有根据权利要求14所述的安装的雷达传感器。
16.一种调节在权利要求15中限定的雷达传感器的定向的方法,该方法包括改变所述可变长度支柱的长度,从而实现期望的定向。
