Abstract

本发明提供一种辅助平台,包括底板,还包括支撑板、两个调节螺钉、连接件、弹性件,该连接件的一端固定于该支撑板,该连接件的另一端转动连接于该底板,每个调节螺钉螺纹连接于该支撑板,每个调节螺钉的末端与该底板相抵触,该弹性件的两端分别固定于该底板和支撑板。本发明的辅助平台的支撑板能根据需要改变其相对于底板的位姿,从而能够调整固定于支撑板上的机械手臂等装置的位姿。

本发明涉及一种辅助平台,尤其涉及一种可以调整放置于辅助平台上的装置的位姿的辅助平台。
背景技术
有时,为了便于取放待加工件或待检测件,需要机械手臂以特定的位姿放置,此时,常规的用于固定机械手臂的平台无法满足上述要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种可以调整自身位姿的辅助平台以解决上述问题。
一种辅助平台,包括底板,还包括支撑板、两个调节螺钉、连接件、弹性件,该连接件的一端固定于该支撑板,该连接件的另一端转动连接于该底板,每个调节螺钉螺纹连接于该支撑板,每个调节螺钉的末端与该底板相抵触,该弹性件的两端分别固定于该底板和支撑板。
本发明的辅助平台的支撑板能根据需要改变其相对于底板的位姿,从而能够调整固定于支撑板上的机械手臂等装置的位姿。

具体实施方式
图1-2示出一种辅助平台100,包括底板10、支撑板20、两个调节螺钉30、连接件40、弹性件50。底板10和支撑板20均为方形平板,支撑板20上设置有螺纹通孔,每个调节螺钉30于该螺纹通孔螺纹连接,每个调节螺钉30的末端与该底板10相抵触。在本实施发生中,每个调节螺钉30的头部为方形,如此便于扳手等工具转动该两个调节螺钉30。
该连接件40的一末端41固定于该支撑板20,该连接件40的另一末端42转动连接于该底板10。在本实施方式中,末端41通过螺纹连接的方式固定于该支撑板20,该末端42包括球头421,底板10上固定有固定块11,固定块11和底板10之间形成有收容腔12,该球头421恰好收容于该收容腔12中,且能在该收容腔12中自由转动。
在其他方式中,该末端41可以通过焊接等已知的连接技术固定于该支撑板,而末端42可以通过销钉与通孔的配合而转动连接于该底板10。
该弹性件50的两端分别固定于该底板10和支撑板20。在本实施方式中,该弹性件50为螺旋弹簧,该弹性件50处于拉伸状态,其对底板10和支撑板20施加拉力,使得底板10和支撑板20之间不会发生相对运动。
在使用时,可以将机械手臂等装置固定在该支撑板20,在需要调整机械手臂相对于待加工件的位姿时,可以通过扳手等工具转动该两个调节螺钉30,从而能够使得支撑板20的位姿发生改变,在获得所需的位姿后,停止转动该两个调节螺钉30。

Claims (5)

1.一种辅助平台,包括底板,其特征在于,还包括支撑板、两个调节螺钉、连接件、弹性件,该连接件的一端固定于该支撑板,该连接件的另一端转动连接于该底板,每个调节螺钉螺纹连接于该支撑板,每个调节螺钉的末端与该底板相抵触,该弹性件的两端分别固定于该底板和支撑板。
2.如权利要求1所述的辅助平台,其特征在于,该连接件的另一端包括球头,该底板上固定有一固定块,该固定块和底板之间形成有收容该球头的凹槽,该球头能在该凹槽中自由转动。
3.如权利要求1所述的辅助平台,其特征在于,该弹性件为螺旋弹簧。
4.如权利要求1所述的辅助平台,其特征在于,该连接件的一端通过螺纹连接方式固定于该支撑板。
5.如权利要求1所述的辅助平台,其特征在于,每个调节螺钉的头部为方形。
