Abstract

本發明提供一種輔助平臺,包括底板,還包括支撐板、兩個調節螺釘、連接件、彈性件,該連接件的一端固定於該支撐板,該連接件的另一端轉動連接於該底板,每個調節螺釘螺紋連接於該支撐板,每個調節螺釘的末端與該底板相抵觸,該彈性件的兩端分別固定於該底板和支撐板。

Description

輔助平臺
本發明涉及一種輔助平臺,尤其涉及一種可以調整放置於輔助平臺上的裝置的位元姿的輔助平臺。
有時,為了便於取放待加工件或待檢測件,需要機械手臂以特定的位姿放置,此時,常規的用於固定機械手臂的平臺無法滿足上述要求。
有鑒於此,本發明提供一種可以調整自身位姿的輔助平臺以解決上述問題。
一種輔助平臺,包括底板,還包括支撐板、兩個調節螺釘、連接件、彈性件,該連接件的一端固定於該支撐板,該連接件的另一端轉動連接於該底板,每個調節螺釘螺紋連接於該支撐板,每個調節螺釘的末端與該底板相抵觸,該彈性件的兩端分別固定於該底板和支撐板。
本發明的輔助平臺的支撐板能根據需要改變其相對於底板的位姿,從而能夠調整固定於支撐板上的機械手臂等裝置的位元姿。
圖1-2示出一種輔助平臺100,包括底板10、支撐板20、兩個調節螺釘30、連接件40、彈性件50。底板10和支撐板20均為方形平板,支撐板20上設置有螺紋通孔,每個調節螺釘30於該螺紋通孔螺紋連接,每個調節螺釘30的末端與該底板10相抵觸。在本實施發生中,每個調節螺釘30的頭部為方形,如此便於扳手等工具轉動該兩個調節螺釘30。
該連接件40的一末端41固定於該支撐板20,該連接件40的另一末端42轉動連接於該底板10。在本實施方式中,末端41通過螺紋連接的方式固定於該支撐板20,該末端42包括球頭421,底板10上固定有固定塊11,固定塊11和底板10之間形成有收容腔12,該球頭421恰好收容於該收容腔12中,且能在該收容腔12中自由轉動。
在其他方式中,該末端41可以通過焊接等已知的連接技術固定於該支撐板,而末端42可以通過銷釘與通孔的配合而轉動連接於該底板10。
該彈性件50的兩端分別固定於該底板10和支撐板20。在本實施方式中,該彈性件50為螺旋彈簧,該彈性件50處於拉伸狀態,其對底板10和支撐板20施加拉力,使得底板10和支撐板20之間不會發生相對運動。
在使用時,可以將機械手臂等裝置固定在該支撐板20,在需要調整機械手臂相對於待加工件的位姿時,可以通過扳手等工具轉動該兩個調節螺釘30,從而能夠使得支撐板20的位姿發生改變,在獲得所需的位姿後,停止轉動該兩個調節螺釘30。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種輔助平臺,包括底板,其改良在於,還包括支撐板、兩個調節螺釘、連接件、彈性件,該連接件的一端固定於該支撐板,該連接件的另一端轉動連接於該底板,每個調節螺釘螺紋連接於該支撐板,每個調節螺釘的末端與該底板相抵觸,該彈性件的兩端分別固定於該底板和支撐板。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之輔助平臺,其中,該連接件的另一端包括球頭,該底板上固定有一固定塊,該固定塊和底板之間形成有收容該球頭的凹槽,該球頭能在該凹槽中自由轉動。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之輔助平臺,其中,該彈性件為螺旋彈簧。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之輔助平臺,其中,該連接件的一端通過螺紋連接方式固定於該支撐板。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之輔助平臺,其中,每個調節螺釘的頭部為方形。
