本发明的最佳实施方式 [0024] 图 1至 8所示, 为本发明的一个优选实施例, 所述一种激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支 撑装置, 由三部分组成, 即固定底座 1、 滑杆 2和连接座 3, 滑杆 2—端与固定底 座 1连接, 连接座 3可动式配合连接在滑杆 2上, 连接座 3上有连接固定激光贴墙 仪的紧固件 4。
[0025] 连接座 3包括顶部连接盘 5、 转盘 6和底盘 7, 底盘 7外部是连接和固定激光贴墙 仪的紧固件 4; 顶部连接盘 5上有两耳, 耳上有孔 17, 用于安装快夹装置, 进而 与滑杆 2配合连接。 底盘 7内放置传动块 8, 传动块 8上有孔, 内设六角螺母 9; 底 盘 7壁上有对称的通孔, 有微调螺杆 10从一侧的通孔穿入, 通过传动块 8内的六 角螺母 9将传动块 8串起后, 从另一侧通孔穿出, 在微调螺杆 10两侧设置调节旋 钮 15-1和 15-2。 转盘 6内部有矩形槽 12, 传动块 8配合套装在矩形槽 12内; 底盘 7 内中心设有一圆柱 11, 转盘 6套装在圆柱 11上, 转盘 6中心的沉孔内套装上轴承 1 3和压板 14, 并用螺钉 34固定。 顶部连接盘 5套装到转盘 6上, 并与转盘 6通过螺 钉 16固定在一起。
[0026] 固定底座 1上有凹槽 18, 滑杆 2的一端配合安置在凹槽 18中。 固定底座 1上有固 定用孔 19和磁性板 20。 磁性板 20可以用于吸附金属框架。 为方便固定, 可在固 定用孔 19上方的固定底座 1上幵一个紧固螺孔 21, 在固定用孔 19内放个定位套 22 , 并配备紧固螺栓 23和旋钮 15-3。
[0027] 固定底座 1设置有用于穿调节螺栓 25的孔 24, 调节螺栓 25上有旋钮 15-4; 相应 的, 在滑杆 2接固定底座 1的这一端有个安置孔 26, 安置孔 26内放置了活动块 27 , 活动块 27上有螺纹孔与调节螺栓 25匹配。 将调节螺栓 25穿过孔 24后, 穿入滑 杆 2上的活动块 27的螺孔内, 既可以将滑杆 2固定连接在固定底座 1上, 同吋通过 调节旋钮 15-4, 即可以拉起或放下滑杆 2中的活动块 27, 进而实现抬高或降低滑 杆 2调整激光贴墙仪垂直仰角的目的。
[0028] 滑杆 2上有贯通的腰型槽 28。 此外还有快夹轴 29、 快夹套 30和压缩弹簧 31组成 的快夹装置, 快夹轴 29将压缩弹簧 31压装进快夹套 30组成快夹装置, 快夹套 30 和快夹轴 29上都有孔; 快夹装置穿过滑杆 2上的腰型槽 28, 配合安装在前述连接 座 3的顶部连接盘 5上的孔 17内。 此外, 所述滑杆 2的非连接固定底座 1的一端有 贯通到腰形槽的孔, 设置一个移动支撑螺杆 32由此贯通孔穿入滑杆 2, 并穿过快 夹套 30和快夹轴 29上的孔, 穿入滑杆 2的另一端, 如此, 连接座 3与滑杆 2就连在 一起。 为了确保移动支撑螺杆 32可旋转且不脱落, 可在滑杆 2的这一端设置一个 凹槽, 凹槽与贯通到腰形槽的孔相通, 在凹槽内安置限位套 33, 移动支撑螺杆 3 2穿入滑杆 2吋先穿过此限位套 33。 移动支撑螺杆 32外侧有旋钮 15-5, 用于旋转调 节。

[0029] 本发明可便捷、 稳固地将激光贴墙仪安装在工作面上方, 并且可以对激光贴墙 仪与墙面距离、 水平角度和垂直仰角进行调整, 可确保激光贴墙仪精准定位。

[权利要求 1] 激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置, 其特征在于包括固定底座、 滑杆和 连接座, 滑杆一端与固定底座连接, 连接座可动式配合连接在滑杆上 , 连接座上有连接固定激光贴墙仪的紧固件。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置, 其特征在于还 包括调节螺栓, 所述固定底座有穿调节螺栓用的孔, 调节螺栓穿过此 孔后与滑杆上的部件连接, 调节螺栓外侧有调节旋钮。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置, 其特征在于所 述滑杆上的部件为一活动块, 活动块上有螺纹孔, 螺纹孔与穿在固定 底座上的调节螺栓匹配; 滑杆接固定底座的一端有安置孔, 活动块放 置在安置孔内。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置, 其特征在于所 述连接座包括顶部连接盘、 转盘和底盘, 连接盘上有两耳, 耳上有孔 ; 底盘外部有连接固定激光贴墙仪的紧固件。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置, 其特征在于所 述连接座的底盘内放置传动块, 传动块上有孔, 孔内设置螺母; 底盘 壁上有对称的通孔, 有微调螺杆从底盘壁上一侧的通孔穿入, 通过传 动块内的螺母, 将传动块串起后,从另一侧通孔穿出, 在微调螺杆两 侧设置调节旋钮; 转盘内部有矩形槽, 传动块配合套装在矩形槽内; 所述底盘内中心设有一圆柱, 转盘套装在圆柱上, 转盘沉孔内套装轴 承, 上有压板, 并用螺钉固定; 所述连接座的顶部连接盘套装在转盘 上, 并与转盘固定在一起。
