Abstract

本实用新型为一种激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置,包括固定底座、滑杆和连接座,滑杆一端与固定底座连接,连接座可动式配合连接在滑杆上,连接座上有连接固定激光贴墙仪的紧固件。固定底座上有调节螺栓与滑杆内设置的活动块螺纹连接,通过调节螺栓固定并能抬高或降低滑杆。滑杆上有贯通的腰型槽,把快夹装置穿过腰型槽,配合安装到连接座上;同时将滑杆上的移动支撑螺杆穿在快夹装置上,进而实现连接座与滑杆的可动式配合连接。本实用新型可便捷、稳固地将激光贴墙仪安装在工作面上方,并且可以对激光贴墙仪与墙面距离、水平角度和垂直仰角进行调整,可确保激光贴墙仪精准定位。

激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置
技术领域
本发明属于激光贴墙仪或各类测量仪器的支撑装置领域,特别涉及一种用于激光贴墙仪的挂式定位的支撑装置。
背景技术
现有激光贴墙仪或者水平仪等测量定位设备,多数都采用直接放置于地面,或者用三脚架,通过螺纹底座与三脚架螺纹固定连接到一起使用。实际应用过程中,直接放置于地面使用时,其水平激光线无法调整高度;放置在三脚架上,一方面螺纹连接比较麻烦,另一方面由于三脚架占地面积大,使用时又无法贴近于墙面或工作面。
众所周知,通常给立面墙壁粘贴墙砖时,施工过程一般都是从下往上逐层粘贴,越往上累积误差越大,也越容易遮挡激光线,影响精度,甚至有时无法使用;另外诸如粉刷、铺砖等施工过程中粉尘量大,极易造成粉尘遮盖激光线的问题。因施工需要,激光贴墙仪的位置也经常需要变换,极容易造成错误,影响施工。另外,贴墙仪激光线贴近工作面时会出现激光线与墙面不平行的问题,传统方式难以调整;当地面或者墙面倾斜时,激光贴墙仪也难以投射出标准的参考状态,从而影响施工精度;当需要调整与工作面距离时,亦难以快速的进行位置调整。
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种可在垂直工作面顶部定位,且能快速、微调激光贴墙仪位置、转角、仰角,方便进行准确定位的贴墙仪支撑装置。
发明内容
本发明为一种激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置,其特征在于包括固定底座、滑杆和连接座,滑杆一端与固定底座连接,连接座可动式配合连接在滑杆上,连接座上有连接固定激光贴墙仪的紧固件。
进一步,还包括调节螺栓,所述固定底座有穿调节螺栓用的孔,调节螺栓穿过此孔后与滑杆上的部件连接,调节螺栓外侧有调节旋钮。所述滑杆上的部件为一活动块,活动块上有螺纹孔,螺纹孔与穿在固定底座上的调节螺栓匹配;滑杆接固定底座的一端有安置孔,活动块放置在安置孔内。将已经穿在固定底座上的调节螺栓与滑杆上安置孔内的活动块连接后,通过转动调节旋钮,即可用调节螺栓拉起或放下滑杆中的活动块,进而抬高、降低滑杆,实现对激光贴墙仪仰角的调节。
进一步,所述连接座包括顶部连接盘、转盘、和底盘,顶部连接盘上有两耳,耳上有孔;底盘外部有连接固定激光贴墙仪的紧固件。
进一步,所述连接座的底盘内放置传动块,传动块上有孔,孔内设置螺母;底盘壁上有对称的通孔,有微调螺杆从底盘壁上一侧的通孔穿入,通过传动块内的螺母,将传动块串起后,从另一侧通孔穿出,在微调螺杆两侧设置调节旋钮;转盘内部有矩形槽,传动块配合套装在矩形槽内;连接座的底盘内中心设有一圆柱,转盘套装在圆柱上,转盘中心有沉孔,孔内套装轴承,上覆有压板,并用螺钉将压板和轴承固定;所述连接座的顶部连接盘套装到转盘上,可通过螺钉等方式与转盘固定在一起。如此一来,只要调节微调螺杆两侧的旋钮,转动微调螺杆,即可移动传动块,传动块推动底盘与转盘之间发生相对运动,实现对底盘连接的贴墙仪的水平旋转微调。
另外,所述滑杆上有贯通的腰型槽。
进一步,还包括由快夹轴、快夹套和压缩弹簧组成的快夹装置,快夹轴将压缩弹簧压装进快夹套组成快夹装置,快夹装置穿过滑杆上的腰型槽,配合安装在连接座上。
进一步,还包括移动支撑螺杆;所述快夹套和快夹轴上有孔;所述滑杆的非连接固定底座的一端有贯通到腰形槽的孔,所述移动支撑螺杆由此贯通孔穿入滑杆,穿过快夹套和快夹轴上的孔,穿入滑杆另一端。
进一步,所述滑杆的非连接固定底座的一端有凹槽,凹槽内安置有限位套,限位套套装在移动支撑螺杆上,移动支撑螺杆外侧有调节旋钮。
移动支撑螺杆与滑杆构成支撑体,快夹装置配合安装连接座的同时,又夹套在移动支撑螺杆上,即将连接座可动式配合连接到滑杆上。松开快夹装置可以让连接座沿着移动支撑螺杆来回移动,快速调整位置;当然,也可以保持快夹装置夹紧状态,通过移动支撑螺杆外侧的旋钮转动移动支撑螺杆,进而实现对连接座位置的微调。
进一步,固定底座有凹槽,滑杆的一端配合安置在凹槽中;所述固定底座上有固定用孔,或者有固定用磁性板。如此,可以用长钉、螺栓或者磁吸附等方式将固定底座固定在墙面或立柱上,将激光贴墙仪固定连接到连接座上,从而实现悬挂安置激光贴墙仪的目的。
本发明为激光贴墙仪提供一种便捷、稳固的支撑装置,并且此支撑装置可以很方便的实现激光贴墙仪的精准定位,包括激光贴墙仪与墙面距离、水平角度和垂直仰角的调整,可确保激光贴墙仪投射出的光线满足施工要求,并且,不用频繁移动激光贴墙仪。

具体实施方式
图1至8所示,为本发明的一个优选实施例,所述一种激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置,由三部分组成,即固定底座1、滑杆2和连接座3,滑杆2一端与固定底座1连接,连接座3可动式配合连接在滑杆2上,连接座3上有连接固定激光贴墙仪的紧固件4。
连接座3包括顶部连接盘5、转盘6和底盘7,底盘7外部是连接和固定激光贴墙仪的紧固件4;顶部连接盘5上有两耳,耳上有孔17,用于安装快夹装置,进而与滑杆2配合连接。底盘7内放置传动块8,传动块8上有孔,内设六角螺母9;底盘7壁上有对称的通孔,有微调螺杆10从一侧的通孔穿入,通过传动块8内的六角螺母9将传动块8串起后,从另一侧通孔穿出,在微调螺杆10两侧设置调节旋钮15-1和15-2。转盘6内部有矩形槽12,传动块8配合套装在矩形槽12内;底盘7内中心设有一圆柱11,转盘6套装在圆柱11上,转盘6中心的沉孔内套装上轴承13和压板14,并用螺钉34固定。顶部连接盘5套装到转盘6上,并与转盘6通过螺钉16固定在一起。
固定底座1上有凹槽18,滑杆2的一端配合安置在凹槽18中。固定底座1上有固定用孔19和磁性板20。磁性板20可以用于吸附金属框架。为方便固定,可在固定用孔19上方的固定底座1上开一个紧固螺孔21,在固定用孔19内放个定位套22,并配备紧固螺栓23和旋钮15-3。
固定底座1设置有用于穿调节螺栓25的孔24,调节螺栓25上有旋钮15-4;相应的,在滑杆2接固定底座1的这一端有个安置孔26,安置孔26内放置了活动块27,活动块27上有螺纹孔与调节螺栓25匹配。将调节螺栓25穿过孔24后,穿入滑杆2上的活动块27的螺孔内,既可以将滑杆2固定连接在固定底座1上,同时通过调节旋钮15-4,即可以拉起或放下滑杆2中的活动块27,进而实现抬高或降低滑杆2调整激光贴墙仪垂直仰角的目的。
滑杆2上有贯通的腰型槽28。此外还有快夹轴29、快夹套30和压缩弹簧31组成的快夹装置,快夹轴29将压缩弹簧31压装进快夹套30组成快夹装置,快夹套30和快夹轴29上都有孔;快夹装置穿过滑杆2上的腰型槽28,配合安装在前述连接座3的顶部连接盘5上的孔17内。此外,所述滑杆2的非连接固定底座1的一端有贯通到腰形槽的孔,设置一个移动支撑螺杆32由此贯通孔穿入滑杆2,并穿过快夹套30和快夹轴29上的孔,穿入滑杆2的另一端,如此,连接座3与滑杆2就连在一起。为了确保移动支撑螺杆32可旋转且不脱落,可在滑杆2的这一端设置一个凹槽,凹槽与贯通到腰形槽的孔相通,在凹槽内安置限位套33,移动支撑螺杆32穿入滑杆2时先穿过此限位套33。移动支撑螺杆32外侧有旋钮15-5,用于旋转调节。

3.根据权利要求2所述激光贴墙仪用挂式定位支撑装置,其特征在于所述滑杆上的部件为一活动块,活动块上有螺纹孔,螺纹孔与穿在固定底座上的调节螺栓匹配;滑杆接固定底座的一端有安置孔,活动块放置在安置孔内。
