Abstract

一种自动压合机构,用来将喇叭网的卡爪压合于播放设备的壳体,所述自动压合机构包括一承载预装设有喇叭网的壳体的工作台、一第一压板、一第二压板、一固定于所述第一压板的若干导弯构件及一固定于所述第二压板的若干压平构件,所述第一压板活动挂设于所述第二压板,所述压平构件可滑动的穿过所述第一压板,当驱动所述第二压板运动时,所述导弯构件先将所述卡爪折弯,所述压平构件再将所述卡爪压平贴合于所述壳体,以实现所述喇叭网的自动安装,提高了安装效率和精度。本发明还同时揭露了利用该自动压合机构进行压合的方法。

Description

自动压合机构及压合方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种压合机构及压合方法,特别涉及一种能够自动安装喇叭网的压合机构及用该压合机构进行压合的方法。
背景技术
现有声音播放设备(如电视机、收音机、音响、笔记本电脑等)中都配有用于播放声音的播放装置。播放设备的壳体对应声音播放装置的喇叭通常装设有喇叭网。
现有技术中,喇叭网与壳体的连接通常是先通过喇叭网上的卡爪与壳体上的卡槽配合连接,再通过手工方式将喇叭网上的卡爪弯曲压平而固定于壳体。然而上述作业方式极易使作业员产生疲劳,从影响生产效率;且上述的固定方式在装配时不容易定位,在手工对喇叭网上的卡爪进行弯折时容易使机壳被刮伤,也易造成压合不紧密等问题,从而影响播放设备的品质。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种高精度、高效率的自动压合机构及用该自动压合机构进行压合的方法。
一种自动压合机构,用来将喇叭网的卡爪压合于播放设备的壳体,所述自动压合机构包括一承载预装设有喇叭网的壳体的工作台、一第一压板、一第二压板、一固定于所述第一压板的若干导弯构件及一固定于所述第二压板的若干压平构件,每一导弯构件固定于所述第一压板的底部,并随所述第一压板连动,每一导弯构件的自由端设有一倾斜的折弯面,每一压平构件固定于所述第二压板的底部,并随所述第二压板连动,压平构件远离所述第二压板的一端设有一平的压合面,所述第一压板活动挂设于所述第二压板,所述压平构件可滑动的穿过所述第一压板,当驱动所述第二压板运动时,所述导弯构件的折弯面先将所述卡爪折弯,所述压平构件的压合面再将所述卡爪压平贴合于所述壳体。
一种用自动压合机构将喇叭网的卡爪压合于一壳体的压合方法,所述自动压合机构包括一工作台、一第一压板、一第二压板、一固定于所述第一压板的若干导弯构件及一固定于所述第二压板的若干压平构件,每一导弯构件固定于所述第一压板的底部,并随所述第一压板连动,每一导弯构件的自由端设有一倾斜的折弯面,每一压平构件固定于所述第二压板的底部,并随所述第二压板连动,压平构件远离所述第二压板的一端设有一平的压合面,所述第一压板活动挂设于所述第二压板,所述压平构件可滑动的穿过所述第一压板;所述压合方法包括以下步骤:
(i)将预装设有喇叭网的壳体固定于所述工作台,且使所述卡爪正对着所述卡爪的导弯构件;
(ii)当驱动所述第二压板运动时,所述导弯构件的折弯面将所述卡爪向所述壳体折弯;
(iii)当所述卡爪被折弯之后,所述导弯构件停止运动,所述第二压板带动所述压平构件的压合面将所述折弯的卡爪压合于所述壳体。
相较现有技术,本发明自动压合机构驱动所述第二压板运动时,先使所述导弯构件先将所述喇叭网的卡爪折弯,再使所述压平构件将所述卡爪压合于所述壳体,以实现所述喇叭网的自动安装,提高了安装效率和精度。

具体实施方式
请结合参照图1,本发明自动压合机构的较佳实施方式用于将喇叭网10的卡爪102折弯,并将其压合于播放设备的壳体70。所述自动压合机构包括一工作台20、一第一压板32、若干对应所述卡爪102的导弯构件34、若干弹性构件36、一限位单元38、一第二压板52、若干对应所述卡爪102的压平构件54及若干连接件60。
壳体70对应设有供卡爪102穿设的卡槽72。
限位单元38包括一限位柱380及一止挡柱382。
工作台20的顶面可放置喇叭网10及用来定位壳体70的定位块80。该限位单元38的止挡柱382一体成型或组装在该工作台20的顶面。
第一压板32位于所述工作台20的上方。第一压板32的中部设有多个通孔(未标号)以供对应的压平构件54滑动穿过。每一导弯构件34一体成型或装设在第一压板32的通孔附近处,其自由端位于该第一压板32的下方并设有一倾斜的折弯面340。在本实施方式中,折弯面340与水平方向大致成45度角。第一压板32的边缘部还开设若干上小下大的台阶孔320。该限位单元38的限位柱380对应止挡块382组装或一体成型在该第一压板32的底面。
限位单元38用来限制第一压板32的运动范围,以避免因第一压板32的过行程而破坏喇叭网10。
第二压板52可由一驱动单元(图未示,如冲床、气缸或者液压缸等)来驱动,且位于所述第一压板32的上方。压平构件54一体成型或装设在第二压板52的底面并可滑动穿设于该第一压板32的通孔,其自由端位于该第一压板32的下方并设有一平的压合面540,该压合面540邻近导弯构件34的折弯面340。第二压板52设有若干对应所述第一压板32的台阶孔320的定位孔(未标号)。在本实施方式中,定位孔为螺纹孔。
本实施方式中,弹性构件36为螺旋弹簧。
连接件60的一端设有一尺寸较大的头部62,垂直该头部62设置有一杆部,杆部的末端设有螺纹。连接件60从第一压板32的下方滑动装设于台阶孔320内,头部62可滑动收容于台阶孔320的尺寸较大的部分并抵接台阶孔320内的台阶面,该连接件60的杆部套设弹性构件36后其末端锁入第二压板52的定位孔中。从而第一压板32可纵向滑动的悬挂于第二压板52。弹性构件36的两端可分别抵顶第一压板32及第二压板52。
请结合参照图1至3,本发明自动压合机构自动压合方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将喇叭网10及壳体70固定于工作台20。
喇叭网10放置在工作台20,将壳体70放在定位件80上,并使所述喇叭网10的卡爪102伸入该壳体70的卡槽72后正对导弯构件34的折弯面340。
步骤S2,将喇叭网10的卡爪102折弯。
驱动单元驱动第二压板52朝工作台20运动。由于弹性构件36具有较大的倔强系数,第一压板32随第二压板52一起向工作台20运动。由此,导弯构件34、限位柱380和压平构件54都向工作台20运动。导弯构件34的折弯面340接触所述喇叭网10的卡爪102的内侧后,第一压板32继续随第二压板50朝工作台20运动,其折弯面340抵压卡爪102而迫使其向外弯折。当所述卡爪102向外弯折达到45度角时,所述限位柱380抵接所述止挡柱382,此时,第一压板32停止运动。
步骤S3,将喇叭网10的卡爪102压合于所述壳体70。
驱动单元驱动第二压板52继续向工作台20运动,使压平构件54的压平面540将喇叭网10折弯的卡爪102压平并贴合于所述壳体70。在此过程中,弹性构件36受压而弹性变形。连接件60随第二压板52运动,而使头部62伸出台阶孔320而运动至第一压板32的下方。
当上述步骤完成后,驱动单元驱动所述第二压板52远离所述工作台20且弹性构件36恢复变形,从而所述连接件60的头部62滑动缩回台阶孔320并抵紧所述第一压板32的台阶孔的台阶面,而带动所述第一压板32也向上运动而复位。
本发明的自动压合机构,还可以根据喇叭网10的卡爪102的硬度来选择弹性构件36,以保证所述弹性构件36有足够的弹力迫使所述导弯构件34将所述卡爪102压弯。另外,还可以根据不同壳体70及喇叭网10的厚度,设置导弯构件34及压平构件54向下运动的距离。

Claims (8)

1.一种自动压合机构,用来将喇叭网的卡爪压合于播放设备的壳体,所述自动压合机构包括一承载预装设有喇叭网的壳体的工作台、一第一压板、一第二压板、一固定于所述第一压板的若干导弯构件及一固定于所述第二压板的若干压平构件,每一导弯构件固定于所述第一压板的底部,并随所述第一压板连动,每一导弯构件的自由端设有一倾斜的折弯面,每一压平构件固定于所述第二压板的底部,并随所述第二压板连动,压平构件远离所述第二压板的一端设有一平的压合面,所述第一压板活动挂设于所述第二压板,所述压平构件可滑动的穿过所述第一压板,当驱动所述第二压板运动时,所述导弯构件的折弯面先将所述卡爪折弯,所述压平构件的压合面再将所述卡爪压平贴合于所述壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动压合机构,其特征在于:所述第一压板通过若干连接件挂设于所述第二压板,所述连接件具有一头部,所述第一压板设有若干台阶孔,所述连接件穿过所述对应台阶孔并固定于所述第二压板,所述连接件可以在所述对应台阶孔内滑动,所述头部与所述台阶孔的台阶面相抵挡。
3.如权利要求2所述的自动压合机构,其特征在于:所述第一压板与所述第二压板之间设置若干套设于所述连接件的弹性构件,所述弹性构件的两端分别抵顶于第一及第二压板。
4.如权利要求1所述的自动压合机构,其特征在于:所述第一压板对应所述压平构件设有若干通孔,所述压平构件可对应滑动地穿过所述通孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的自动压合机构,其特征在于:所述工作台与所述第一压板之间设置有一限位单元,所述限位单元包括一止挡柱及一可与所述止挡柱相抵顶的限位柱。
6.如权利要求5所述的自动压合机构,其特征在于:所述限位柱固定于所述第一压板,所述止挡柱固定于所述工作台,且正对所述限位柱。
7.如权利要求1所述的自动压合机构,其特征在于:所述第二压板通过一驱动单元驱动,所述驱动单元可以是冲床、气缸或者液压缸中的任意一种。
8.一种用自动压合机构将喇叭网的卡爪压合于一壳体的压合方法,所述自动压合机构包括一工作台、一第一压板、一第二压板、一固定于所述第一压板的若干导弯构件及一固定于所述第二压板的若干压平构件,每一导弯构件固定于所述第一压板的底部,并随所述第一压板连动,每一导弯构件的自由端设有一倾斜的折弯面,每一压平构件固定于所述第二压板的底部,并随所述第二压板连动,压平构件远离所述第二压板的一端设有一平的压合面,所述第一压板活动挂设于所述第二压板,所述压平构件可滑动的穿过所述第一压板;所述压合方法包括以下步骤:
(i)将预装设有喇叭网的壳体固定于所述工作台,且使所述卡爪正对着所述卡爪的导弯构件;
(ii)当驱动所述第二压板运动时,所述导弯构件的折弯面将所述卡爪向所述壳体折弯;
(iii)当所述卡爪被折弯之后,所述导弯构件停止运动,所述第二压板带动所述压平构件的压合面将所述折弯的卡爪压合于所述壳体。
