背景技术
人类一直存在对卫生的追求。最终卫生成为日常生活的重要方面。卫生方法主要在于维持健康。除了一般的清洗效果外,由于其扩展的应用可能性,逐渐重视原材料组合物的气味和改善的清洗能力。清洗能力的优化尤其以提升卫生清洗水平的能力和清洗程度的改进为特征。
现在卫生可以分为身体、表面和纺织品卫生领域。后者还根据纺织品材料和有色(color)划分应用。至少从20世纪90年代初以来,消费者已经意识到生态清洁概念。在这一点上,理想的是一方面维持传统的清洁剂优势,另一方面寻求进一步创新和生态可行性产品方案。
工业生产的初期,洗衣用清洁剂以粉末出现。如今,粉末状洗衣用清洁剂由不同洗涤活性物质的混合物组成。

具体实施方案
大体上,在基质上洗涤活性物质和分散体固体组分的各自分布并不均质。具有洗涤活性物质和固体组分各自均质分布的本发明三相洗衣用清洁剂擦可通过在基质的制造过程期间——即在应用浸渍液之前,将至今已为应用于基质的分散体组分的次级增洁剂(沸石和/或层状硅酸盐和/或光学增白剂)掺合在环境温度下为固体的基质中来实现。固体水不溶性添加剂可在基质固化之前通过水浴来添加。或者,沸石和/或层状硅酸盐可在基质制造期间经由悬浮分散体(例如,添加剂/水)喷涂至基质上。

浸渍液的液体洗涤清洁剂可具有大于500mPas的粘度。此外,可包括重垢型洗衣用清洁剂的所有已知组分。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于制造均质三相洗衣用清洁剂擦的方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
(a)将不溶于水和环境温度下为固体的洗涤活性物质掺合入环境温度下为固体的基质,以使得在掺合之后所述物质在所述基质之上均质分布,(b)用浸渍液浸渍因此功能化的所述基质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制造均质三相洗衣用清洁剂擦的方法,其特征在于所述洗涤活性水不溶性物质包括沸石和/或层状硅酸盐和/或光学增白剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于制造均质三相洗衣用清洁剂擦的方法,其特征在于所述基质由至少一种连续长丝或接合纤维组成。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于制造均质三相洗衣用清洁剂擦的方法,其特征在于所述基质由至少一种疏水合成纤维组成以使得它提供颜色吸附。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的用于制造均质三相洗衣用清洁剂擦的方法,其特征在于所述浸渍液为液体清洁剂。
6.一种三相重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其包括环境温度下为固体并用浸渍液浸渍的基质,其特征在于不溶于水和环境温度下为固体的洗涤活性物质已被掺合入所述基质,以使得所述物质在所述基质之上均质分布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的三相重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述洗涤活性水不溶性物质包括沸石和/或层状硅酸盐和/或光学增白剂。
8.根据权利要求6或7中任一项所述的三相重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述基质由至少一种连续长丝或接合纤维组成。
9.根据权利要求6-8中任一项所述的三相重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述基质由至少一种疏水合成纤维组成以使得它提供颜色吸附。
10.根据权利要求6-9中任一项所述的三相重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述浸渍液为液体清洁剂。
