发明背景和现有技术
人类一直存在对卫生的追求。最终卫生成为日常生活的重要方面。卫生方法主要在于维持健康。除了一般的清洗效果外,由于其扩展的应用可能性,逐渐重视原材料组合物的气味和改善的清洗能力。清洗能力的优化尤其以提升卫生清洗水平的能力和清洗程度的改进为特征。
现在卫生可以分为身体、表面和纺织品卫生领域。后者还根据纺织品材料和有色(color)划分应用。至少从20世纪90年代初以来,消费者已经意识到生态清洁概念。在这一点上,理想的是一方面维持传统的清洁剂优势,另一方面寻求进一步创新和生态可行性产品方案。
工业生产的初期,洗衣用清洁剂以粉末出现。如今,粉末状洗衣用清洁剂由不同洗涤活性物质的混合物组成。
随着洗衣用清洁剂酶剂的发展进程,其他新表面活性物组合物也进入该市场领域。如今,除了清洗必需物质以外,还添加了大量的填充材料。相应的,不必改变消费者定量使用习惯。第一次尝试不使用填充材料,导致由于用户习惯的应用而过量加入表面活性剂。

对使用市售可用的洗衣机进行最佳清洁的另一个重要因素是在洗涤过程期间及时按量加入洗涤活性物质。这在使用可得清洁剂(粉末清洁剂和液体清洁剂)时通过洗涤程序来实现。只要考虑到预洗涤周期和主洗涤周期的软化剂和清洁剂添加,则定量室容许随着时间进行变化。

据发现,对于羊毛和精细洗衣用清洁剂擦,使用具有疏水性涂层的亲水性基质是合适的,因为使用了较低温度下的较短洗涤程序。在用于白色、黑色、彩色和通用洗衣的洗衣用清洁剂擦的应用中,发现使用具有亲水性涂层的疏水性基质是成功的,因为在这些情况下可降低相排放物扩散。
重垢型洗衣用清洁剂分散体的水不溶性功能添加物可包括沸石和/或层状硅酸盐。分散体的液体洗涤清洁剂可具有大于500mPas的粘性。所述分散体在统计学上被固定至所述载体基质。此外,其可包含重垢型洗衣用清洁剂的所有已知组分。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于制造重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦的方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
(a)对亲水性基质进行疏水性涂布或对疏水性基质进行亲水性涂布以用于获得在环境温度为固体的多层载体基质,
(b)将由液体洗涤清洁剂和水不溶性功能添加物组成的分散体施加至所述基质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述亲水性基质的所述疏水性涂布或所述疏水性基质的所述亲水性涂布仅在一侧上进行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述亲水性基质的所述疏水性涂布或所述疏水性基质的所述亲水性涂布是在两侧上进行。
4.重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其包含在环境温度为固体的基质和施加至所述基质的分散体,并且由液体洗涤清洁剂和水不溶性功能添加物组成,所述重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦的特征在于所述载体基质由具有疏水性涂层的亲水性基质组成或者由具有亲水性涂层的疏水性基质组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述亲水性基质的所述疏水性涂层或所述疏水性基质的所述亲水性涂层仅提供在一侧上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述亲水性基质的所述疏水性涂层或所述疏水性基质的所述亲水性涂层提供在两侧上。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述水不溶性功能添加物包含沸石和/或层状硅酸盐。
8.根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述分散体的所述液体洗涤清洁剂具有大于500mPas的粘性。
9.根据权利要求4至8中任一项所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述分散体在统计学上被固定至所述载体基质。
10.根据权利要求4至9中任一项所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于其含有重垢型洗衣用清洁剂的所有已知组分。
11.根据权利要求4至10中任一项所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于待涂布的所述基质是亲水性的,并且由纤维素、粘胶纤维或其他纤维素衍生物组成。
12.根据权利要求11所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述疏水性涂布是用聚合物、长链脂肪醇、蜡、油或牛油树脂来进行。
13.根据权利要求4至10中任一项所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于待涂布的所述基质是疏水性的,并且由聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酯组成。
14.根据权利要求13所述的重垢型洗衣用清洁剂擦,其特征在于所述亲水性涂布是用极性蜡、极性油、多价脂肪醇、磺化化合物、硫酸化化合物、烷氧基化化合物、酰胺化化合物、葡糖酸化化合物、或具有官能性亲水性头部的其他化合物来进行。
