具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种漂白组合物,其包含:
-水敏淀粉或淀粉衍生物基颗粒,其包含包封/分散在颗粒内的油,和
-漂白剂颗粒,其包含如下所述的次氯酸盐碱土金属盐的干混物。
已证明该组合物针对淀粉的氧化特别稳定,因此在保质期内保持其所有性质。
为了清楚起见,术语“水敏颗粒”在此是指可以至少部分溶解或分散在水基介质中的颗粒,该介质例如为水,或者是包含至少 50%水的溶剂混合物。
根据本发明的一个具体实施方案,水敏颗粒是通过喷雾干燥和 /或流化床包封方法获得的颗粒。该方法是本领域技术人员公知的。
根据本发明,加香成分或组合物分散在载体材料中。优选地,载体材料包含碳水化合物。例如,载体材料包含单糖、寡糖和/或多糖,其中前缀寡和多如下定义。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,载体材料包括单体的、低聚的或高分子的载体材料,或这些中的两种或更多种的混合物。低聚载体是这样一种载体,其中2~10个单体单元通过共价键连接。例如,如果低聚载体是碳水化合物,则低聚载体可以是蔗糖、乳糖、蜜三糖、麦芽糖,海藻糖、低聚果糖,以上仅举几个例子。单体载体材料的例子是葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖、岩藻糖、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇等。
高分子载体具有超过10个通过共价键连接的单体单元。后者的非限制性例子包括聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、糊精、麦芽糖糊精、天然或改性淀粉、植物胶、果胶、黄原胶、藻酸盐、角叉菜胶或纤维素衍生物,例如羧甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素或羟乙基纤维素,和通常目前用于包封挥发性物质的所有材料。优选地,高分子载体包括改性淀粉,例如烯基-琥珀酸化淀粉。最优选地,它包含改性淀粉和麦芽糖糊精。
为了清楚起见,通过表述“改性淀粉”,这里意指存在于本发明组合物中的载体或基质除食用淀粉或改性食用淀粉(例如辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠或辛烯基丁二酸酯淀粉糊精(CapsulTM))外,还含有多糖胶,例如阿拉伯胶,或麦芽糖糊精,或它们的混合物,只要所产生的加香剂递送体系在37℃下在60%相对湿度的空气中不释放所包封的油。
作为食用淀粉或改性食用淀粉衍生物的非限制性例子,可以列举天然淀粉、预糊化淀粉、抗性淀粉、改性淀粉、麦芽糖糊精、玉米糖浆糊精、可溶性纤维(Nutriose)、氢化淀粉水解产物。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,优选的淀粉或淀粉衍生物是辛烯基琥珀酸化淀粉:来自任何植物来源,已经通过接枝辛烯基琥珀酸酯基团进行化学改性以改善其亲脂性和其乳化性质的淀粉。典型的非限制性例子为糊精二辛烯基琥珀酸酯(来源:Ingredion,USA=;Cargill,USA=;Tate&Lyle,USA=Mira-;Grain Processing,USA=Pure-;Roquette,France=CO 01)。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,优选的淀粉或淀粉衍生物的特征在于Mw高于20,000Da,多分散性为约7.0。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,优选的淀粉或淀粉衍生物的特征在于食品级可用廉价改性淀粉的取代度为约2%~6%,或甚至为约 4%。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,水敏颗粒可进一步包含防火剂,例如硅酸钠,硅酸钾,碳酸钠,碳酸氢钠,磷酸一铵或碳酸一铵,磷酸二铵,磷酸单、二或三钠,次磷酸钠,氰尿酸三聚氰胺,氯代烃及它们的混合物。例如,相对于颗粒的干重,防火剂的存在量可以是5~15%重量。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,所包封/分散的油可以是这样的任何一种物质,其需要与外部环境和/或本发明组合物的其它组分分离,直到例如在使用时将组合物加入到水性介质中。
特别地,所包封的物质可以是液体有机材料(在室温下)并且难溶于水(例如logPo/w>0.1),非限制性例子包括加香剂、调味料或油性化妆品成分。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,所包封/分散的油是加香剂,其可以是纯的成分或包含几种成分的物质组合物。
因此,加香剂可以是一种加香组合物,其包含:
i)至少一种加香成分,优选香料基料;和
ii)可选地,香料载体和/或至少一种香料佐剂。
通过“香料载体”,我们在这里指的是从嗅觉的观点来看实际上是中性,即不会显著改变加香成分的感官特性的材料。载体可以是液体或固体。
作为液体载体,可以列举作为非限制性例子的乳化体系,即溶剂和表面活性剂体系,或通常用于香料中的溶剂。香料中通常使用的溶剂的性质和类型的详细描述是无法穷尽的。然而,可以列举作为非限制性例子的溶剂,如丁二醇或丙二醇、甘油、二丙二醇及其单醚、三乙酸1,2,3-丙三酯、戊二酸二甲酯、己二酸二甲酯、乙酸 1,3-二乙酰氧基丙-2-基酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、苯甲酸苄酯、苄醇、2-(2-乙氧基乙氧基)-1-乙醇、柠檬酸三乙酯或它们的混合物,它们是最常用的。对于同时包含香料载体和香料基料的组合物,除之前详细说明的,其他合适的香料载体也可以是乙醇,水/乙醇混合物,柠檬烯或其他萜烯,异链烷烃,如以商标公知的那些(来源:Exxon Chemical),或二醇醚和二醇醚酯,如以商标公知的那些(来源:Dow Chemical Company),或氢化蓖麻油,如以商标RH 40公知的那些(来源:BASF)。
通过“香料基料”,我们在这里指的是包含至少两种加香成分的组合物。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,加香组合物包含至少一种香料基料,其包含至少三种、四种加香成分。
基料中存在的加香助成分的性质和类型在这里不保证更详细的描述,其在任何情况下都是无法穷尽的,香料领域的技术人员能够根据其常识并根据预期的用途或应用和所需的感官效果对其进行选择。一般而言,这些加香助成分属于不同的化学分类,如醇类、内酯类、醛类、酮类、酯类、醚类、乙酸酯类、腈类、萜类化合物、含氮或含硫杂环化合物和精油,并且所述加香助成分可以是天然来源的或合成来源的,或者甚至是前体香料(即在降解时释放出加香成分的化合物)。
根据本发明的香料基料可以不限于上述加香成分,并且许多其他的这些助成分在任何情况下都在参考文献中列出,例如S. Arctander,Perfume and Flavor Chemicals,1969,Montclair,New Jersey,USA或其更新的版本,或其他相似性质的著作,以及香料业领域大量的专利文献。还应当理解,所述助成分也可以是已知以受控方式释放各种类型的加香化合物的化合物。

可以理解的是,本领域技术人员仅通过应用本领域的标准知识以及通过试错法来混合加香组合物的上述组分,完全能够设计用于期望效果的最佳配方。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,所包封/分散的油可占水敏颗粒总重量的约20~60%重量,更优选30%~60%重量,或甚至35~55%重量。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,水敏颗粒的特征可在于直径为 5μm(5×10-6m)至150μm(150×10-6m)。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,漂白组合物所包含的水敏颗粒的量相对于组合物的总重量为约10%~0.1%重量,或甚至为约 5%~0.5%重量。
本发明的另一个基本要素是漂白剂颗粒,其包含次氯酸盐碱土金属盐与其他矿物颗粒的干混物。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,漂白剂颗粒是氯化石灰颗粒,其包含但不限于次氯酸钙[Ca(OCl)2]、碱式次氯酸钙[Ca3(OCl)2(OH)4] 和碱式氯化钙[Ca3Cl2(OH)4],其通过US1,945,913中概述的化学方法制备。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,漂白剂颗粒的特征可在于干粉的直径为0.1μm(0.1×10-6m)至400μm(400×10-6m)。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,次氯酸盐的特征可在于Ca/O/Cl 的元素含量比为1/5/1至1/3/1,或甚至为1/3.5/1至1/4.5/1。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,漂白剂颗粒的特征可在于有效氯含量为20%~40%重量,优选30%~38%重量。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,漂白剂颗粒还可含有水合和/或非水合的氧化钙、碳酸钙和/或氢氧化钙。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,漂白剂颗粒可包含少于5%重量的水分,优选少于2%重量的水分,或最优选少于1%重量的水分。
漂白剂颗粒本身是已知的材料,并且已在各种文献,例如在 US 1945913中描述,并且在本发明的语境中可称为热带(tropical) 漂白剂或稳定漂白粉。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,漂白组合物所包含的水敏颗粒的量相对于组合物的总重量为约0.1%~10%重量,或甚至为约 0.5%~5%重量。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,漂白组合物所包含的漂白剂颗粒的量相对于组合物的总重量为约90%~99.9%重量,或甚至为约 95%~99.5%重量。
根据本发明的任何实施方案,本发明的组合物可通过以下方法制备:
i)用包封/分散的油对淀粉或淀粉衍生物进行喷雾干燥,以形成水敏颗粒;和
ii)将水敏颗粒与漂白剂颗粒混合。
为了制备含有油例如加香剂的水敏颗粒,先制备具有一定量加香剂(例如上面所述的量)的淀粉或淀粉衍生物在水中的溶液或分散体,然后将由此获得的乳液使用常规喷雾干燥技术进行喷雾干燥,例如使用带有旋转雾化器的喷雾干燥器,入口温度高于200℃,通常为约240℃,出口温度低于120℃,通常为100℃或更低。
尽管存在漂白剂,但本发明组合物具有在储存时稳定的优点,并且不会引起漂白能力的不希望的降低或淀粉/油的氧化着色。
因此,本发明的组合物可有利地用于所有种类的消费品中,其中非常需要存在漂白剂和油,例如加香剂。
因此,本发明的另一个目的由包含如上定义的本发明组合物的消费品代表。
消费品的成分的性质和类型在这里不保证更详细的描述,其在任何情况下都是无法穷尽的,技术人员能够根据其常识并根据产品的性质和预期效果对其进行选择。
合适的加香消费品的非限制性例子可以是需要固体漂白剂的任何消费品,例如织物护理产品,例如固体漂白剂;或家庭护理产品,例如硬表面(例如地板、浴室或洁具)清洁剂。
根据本发明的组合物可以掺入到各种上述产品或组合物中的比例在很宽的数值范围内变化。当根据本发明的组合物与本领域通常使用的加香助成分、溶剂或添加剂混合时,这些值取决于待加香制品的性质和所需感官效果以及给定基料中的助成分的性质。
例如,在加香组合物的情况下,掺入有这些组合物的消费品以重量计可含有0.001%~100%的组合物,百分比相对于消费品的重量计。

实施例
现在将通过以下实施例进一步详细描述本发明:
实施例1
本发明的漂白组合物的制备
1)水敏颗粒的制备:
根据以下配方,使用Niro Mobil Minor喷雾干燥器(GEADenmark) 以中试规模处理3.8kg批次喷雾进料:
使用螺旋桨头搅拌器将改性淀粉分散在热水(30℃)中,前一天以确保完全溶解。过夜后,使用Ultra TuraxTM均化器将加香剂分散成透明的不再乳状的溶液。所得乳液的粘度约为320mPas。入口温度保持在220℃,乳液以足以保持出口温度为85℃的速率进料。干燥气体传送量约为85kg/h。将1mm喷嘴保持在60℃,氮气传送量为10~11kg/h。收集了约1250g粉末。
2)组合物的制备
如上所述通过喷雾干燥制备的含有水敏颗粒的组合物和本发明的漂白剂颗粒(也称为稳定漂白粉或热带漂白剂)如下制备。将最终组合物所需的漂白粉总量的约2%称重并与最终组合物所需的全部水敏颗粒预混合。然后将预混合的粉末加入到剩余量的本发明漂白剂颗粒中,并在带式混合器中混合1分钟。
用类似的方法制备各种组合物(如图1所示),并测试它们的稳定性。预计淀粉和改性淀粉在强氧化环境中会变成褐色,这样可以直观地识别漂白粉中水敏颗粒的氧化降解。
将水敏颗粒分别以混合物重量的1%、2%、5%和10%的比例与上述类型的漂白剂颗粒干混。然后将混合物在40℃和50%湿度的封闭玻璃小瓶中储存3个月。
由于次氯酸盐漂白剂是不需要除水分之外的引发剂的氧化剂,因此预期碳水化合物基质如淀粉或淀粉衍生物由于氧化而经历可见的颜色变化(褐变)。此外,由于上述两种等级的漂白剂颗粒含有大量有效氯(36%和65%),因此两种等级的漂白剂都会引起包含加香油和OSS的水敏颗粒的褐变。
正如图1(a-f)所预期和记录的那样,水敏颗粒和全强度(纯、高效)次氯酸钙颗粒的混合物确实显示出所有混合物的可见褐变,除了2%重量的水敏颗粒之外,其中水敏颗粒被漂白剂颗粒完全隐藏。随着水敏颗粒的重量分数增加,褐变效应越来越明显。对照如图 1(e、f)所示。
另一方面,如图1(g-l)所记录的那样,在40℃和50%湿度下3 个月后,水敏颗粒和稳定漂白粉颗粒的混合物(本发明的一个例子) 没有显示出明显的褐变。令人惊讶的是,与对照相比,即使在混合物重量的10%水敏颗粒的最高浓度下也没有观察到明显的褐变。对照如图1(k、l)所示。
总之,图1显示了上述两种等级的漂白剂颗粒中水敏颗粒的氧化稳定性,并清楚地显示了高效次氯酸钙中的氧化褐变,而稳定漂白粉中没有氧化褐变,后者是本发明的主题。
实施例2
热带漂白粉(也称为稳定漂白粉)的表征以及与纯(高效)次氯酸钙Ca(ClO)2的比
较
使用能量色散光谱(EDS)系统结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行漂白粉的元素分析。使用各种放大率和入射能量对每种粉末的5个区域进行成像并分析其元素含量。两种组合物之间没有明显的视觉差异,但元素分析具有明显区别。
参考图2和图3,热带漂白粉(又名“稳定漂白粉”,“干燥次氯酸钙混合物”)的特征在于氧与氯的质量比(O/Cl)约为2,而纯(高效) 次氯酸钙的特征在于O/Cl的质量比接近0.5。稳定漂白粉(热带漂白剂)中较低的氯(等效次氯酸盐)含量缓和了其氧化性能并延长了所包封加香剂的使用寿命(保质期),同时其低水分特性可稳定氯并缓和其在顶空中的存在。
此外,以原子百分比计,纯(高效)次氯酸钙粉末测量与化学配比(即1氯对2钙和2氧)一致,而热带漂白粉(又称稳定漂白粉)的特征为1钙对1氯和4氧,因为它是由制造过程带来的几种成分组成的复杂混合物。
实施例3
根据本发明的一些实施方案的组合物的稳定性
图4显示了与新鲜混合的对照加香剂配方相比,在40℃下3 个月后,通过喷雾干燥包封的加香剂配方在稳定漂白粉(SBP)和纯 (高效)次氯酸钙(HTH)中的储存稳定性。在图4中,完美的成分稳定性是100%。
结果表明,纯(高效)次氯酸钙在3个月的老化期间对所包封的加香剂具有深度的破坏性影响,其中一些加香剂成分完全不可检测。
另一方面,在40℃下储存3个月后,本发明主题的稳定漂白粉对喷雾干燥的包封加香剂的影响显著且出乎意料地得到改善。在稳定漂白粉中,与新鲜混合物相比,加香剂配方中的成分平均因其老化而仅损失了GC-MS峰面积的45%,其中醛显示出高于平均值的损失而酯显示出低于平均值的损失。
图4中的数据应视为定性数据。
为了从漂白粉和喷雾干燥的加香剂的干混物中提取加香剂成分,将混合物溶解在水中,并通过固相微萃取(SPME)对顶空进行取样。一旦溶解,漂白剂也被活化,随后发生化学反应。
将包封的加香剂和各自的漂白剂级别(纯的次氯酸钙或稳定漂白粉)的新鲜混合物用作基准,相对于该基准来计算剩余的成分百分比。
实施例4
根据本发明的一些实施方案的组合物的性能
为了确定具有本发明的一些实施方案的稳定漂白粉的混合物中水敏颗粒(喷雾干燥的加香剂)的适当剂量,通过模拟1.7m3通风外壳(其模拟了典型的洗手间)内的真实清洁应用来测试原型。芳香特性和强度的评价由专业调香师(Master Perfumer)以本发明的一些实施方案的漂白粉中不同剂量的喷雾干燥加香剂进行,以及以施用期间不同剂量的产品进行。对于在本发明该实施方案中测试的加香剂配方,选择10g总原型剂量的稳定漂白粉中1.5%重量水敏颗粒的剂量用于分析。
专业调香师指出,当与没有加入漂白粉的喷雾干燥加香剂参考物并排比较时,漂白粉确实改变了加香剂调和物的感知享乐特性。然而,尚不清楚这种效果是否是由于在施用期间漂白剂存在下加香剂成分的化学降解还是顶部空间中氯的显著存在是否掩盖或抵消了加香剂成分。
在初始施用含有1.5%重量本发明一些实施方案的加香剂配方喷雾干燥粉末的香味漂白粉后6、11和45分钟,在淋浴间进行固相微萃取(SPME)顶空试验。该测试的基准是不含漂白剂的喷雾干燥加香剂,其用SPME以相同的时间间隔取样。图5总结了应用香味漂白粉的顶空水平,以基准水平的百分比表示。数据是定性的。
在本发明的当前实施方案中使用的加香剂配方中仅有两种成分受到稳定漂白粉的显著影响:成分1,其为头香醛,以及成分3,其为醇。另一方面,与基准相比,作为成分2的较重的醛随着时间推移在顶空中保持稳定。与基准相比,酮类(成分4、5和7)和重质醇(成分6)的顶空水平在11至45分钟内保持稳定,而酯(成分8和 9)的顶空水平呈现稳定且随时间推移明显下降。GC-MS色谱图记录了加香剂中使用的两种酯的醇衍生物在顶空中的存在增加,证实了它们预期的水解。然而,由于水敏颗粒在稳定漂白粉基料中的储存稳定性,酯在产品应用时仍然提供了感官益处。
Claims (6)
1.一种漂白组合物,其特征在于所述漂白组合物包含:
- 相对于漂白组合物总重量为0.1%~10%重量的水敏淀粉或淀粉衍生物基颗粒,其包含包封或分散在颗粒内的油,所述水敏淀粉或淀粉衍生物是天然淀粉、预糊化淀粉、改性淀粉、麦芽糖糊精、玉米糊精或氢化淀粉水解产物,和
- 相对于漂白组合物总重量为90%~99.9%重量的漂白剂颗粒,其中所述漂白剂颗粒是氯化石灰颗粒,其包含次氯酸钙Ca(ClO)2、碱式次氯酸钙Ca3(ClO)2(OH)4和碱式氯化钙Ca3Cl2(OH)4,并且所述漂白剂颗粒还含有水合和/或非水合的氧化钙、碳酸钙和/或氢氧化钙,
其中,所述漂白剂颗粒的特征在于Ca/O/Cl的元素含量比为1/5/1至1/3/1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的漂白组合物,其特征在于所述水敏淀粉或淀粉衍生物是辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠或辛烯基丁二酸酯淀粉糊精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的漂白组合物,其特征在于所述水敏淀粉或淀粉衍生物的分子量高于20,000Da。
4.根据权利要求1所述的漂白组合物,其特征在于所述油是加香剂。
5.一种消费品,其特征在于所述消费品包含权利要求1所述的漂白组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的消费品,其特征在于所述消费品是织物护理产品或家庭护理产品。
