Abstract

技术领域
本发明关于一种非水性漂白去污剂,包括一种分散体,一种制备所述组合物的方法和一种包含该组合物的封闭包装。
背景技术
用来清洗机器或用作洗涤灵的,以粉末分散体或浆液或液体的形式被提供的商业出售的去污剂有在高浓度下不稳定的缺点。
对稳定的非水性漂白去污剂已经进行了开发,例如美国专利第5,164,106所述组合物,其中公开了一种对难除污渍有改进的清洁性能的碗碟去污组合物。该专利公开的内容指向一种包含双重漂白系统的稳定的非水性液体组合物,可以用于自动洗碗机中清洗碗碟,玻璃器具,炊具等等。该专利公开的非水性漂白去污组合物包括一种液态载体分散体,一种选自释放次氯酸盐化合物的漂白剂,一种非水性配合盐,硅酸钠,碱性金属碳酸盐,和一种溴化合物。典型的漂白组合物包括能够提供0.5-10%氯的量,相应的释放次氯酸盐化合物的用量是1-18wt.%,优选2-12wt.%。根据实施例,可以得到漂白剂的质量浓度为2.5-5.36%。
水性漂白组合物在本领域内是已知的,例如在美国专利第4,992,194中介绍的。该专利描述了一种方法,其中,使用低的pH值使一种非水性过氧化酸保持水不溶性。在较高的pH值下过氧化酸溶解并因此失活。该方法的缺点在于适用的过氧化酸数量有限。事实上,根据现有技术方案,少数可用酸之一是PAP(邻苯二甲酰氨基过氧化己酸)族化合物。因此,该方法肯定不常使用。
发明内容
人们发现,美国专利第5,164,106号的组合物在漂白剂质量浓度达到18%时是不稳定的。这是一个值得考虑的问题,因为人们需要浓度更高的漂白组合物,所述漂白组合物能有效去除餐具清洗过程中蛋白质类和淀粉类碳水化合物污渍及衣物清洗过程中顽固污渍,也能有效清洗例如食品和饮料工业的CIP(在线清洗)应用过程的表面污垢。由于经济原因,获得能够长期储存在高温度下足够稳定的组合物是特别重要的。因为当使用产生氧的漂白剂时,在分解过程中能够释放氧气,当使用释放次氯酸盐的试剂时,在分解过程中能够释放氯气,所以在高温下稳定尤其重要。通常,包括过氧化的和释放次氯酸盐试剂的漂白剂最终释放氧气,漂白剂的分解会导致活性的降低,造成氧气压(在不透气的包装中),当储藏在分解开始后才打开的不透气的瓶子或其他包装类型中时,会导致危险的情况。
因此,与本领域已知的漂白剂相比,浓度更高的更稳定的漂白分散体成为需要。
本发明的一个目标是获得一种包含至少20%,优选大约40%或更高质量分数的漂白剂的稳定分散体,所述漂白剂选自一种漂白剂大组,特别是产生氧的漂白剂。本发明进一步的目标是所得组合物能够被包装并储存较长时间,没有发生分解或产生氧气。
有待解决的问题是设计一种浓缩的非水性液态去污组合物,该组合物在储藏时稳定,在自动洗碗机,洗衣机或其他漂白应用过程中作为漂白剂是有效的。特别的,该组合物能够容易地除去咖啡渍,茶渍和酒渍。典型的污渍,例如由血,淀粉和蛋白质引起的污渍也应该很容易的被除去。与现有技术已知的组合物相比,该组合物被制成的浓度更高,同时在长时间储存时能够保持稳定。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种非水性的液态去污剂浓缩组合物,所述组合物在储藏条件下稳定,不会降解或分解(即使在更高的温度下),容易倾倒,在洗涤水中易分散。
本发明指向一种非水性漂白去污组合物,包括下列物质的分散体:
a)占重量20%到85%的固态漂白剂,所述固态漂白剂是一种次氯酸盐释放试剂,
b)占重量0.1-10%的增稠剂,其中该增稠剂是粘土与聚合物的混合物,混合比例为粘土∶混合物为1∶10到10∶1,
c)占重量0-0.3%的增稠剂催化剂,
d)占重量0-23%的辅助化合物,和
e)至少占重量的14.9%的对漂白剂是化学惰性的非水性液体,其中漂白剂的溶解度小于10mg/l,所述非水性液体选自植物油,矿物油,合成油,或包括鱼油的动物油及它们的混合物。
具体实施方式
根据本发明,组合物在至少6个月,通常在至少一年,更多情况下在无限制的时间内是稳定的,仍然含有不同浓度的漂白剂。获得含有质量比为25-50%,优选35-45%的漂白剂的稳定的组合物是可能的。含有最优选范围,即含有质量比为35-45%漂白剂的组合物应用于常规洗衣机,洗碗机等等当中。在更高的浓度下,尤其是质量浓度接近85%时,组合物变得更粘,但是可以用于用高压抽取漂白组合物的适合的仪器中。质量浓度高于85%是可能的,但是由于随之而来的黏度的增加,不能用于商业应用。
令人惊奇的是,本发明组合物可以用作自动洗碗机的液态去污组合物,能够改善自动洗碗机清洗中对蛋白和碳水化合物污渍,和纺织物清洗中对咖啡渍,茶渍和酒渍的清洁性能。它们也可以用于食品饮料工业用于清洗表面污垢。更通常地,漂白剂在碗碟清洗和洗衣过程中可以用作脱色剂,也可以以消毒的目的被使用。该液态去污剂组合物包含一种漂白剂源,特别是一种产生氧的漂白剂源,更特别是包含一种次氯酸盐源。
本发明特定的涉及洗碗机用清洗剂浓缩组合物,该组合物对于清洗碗碟,玻璃器具,炊具等等上的蛋白质类和淀粉类碳水化合物污渍,尤其是烹调或烤制过程中沾上的污渍有改进的清洁性能,对咖啡渍,茶渍和酒渍有改进的清洁能力。这些污渍在洗衣过程中被除去。
非水性液态组合物在储藏过程中稳定,不发生沉淀,优选地可倾倒,在水中易分散。
本发明非水性液态去污剂组合物有在储藏过程中稳定,不沉淀,不凝结,在清洗机中易分散的优点。本发明优选的液态组合物易于倾倒,易于测定,易于放入清洗机中且在清洗机的洗涤水中易分散。
通过后面对本发明及其优选实施方案的详细描述,本发明的这些和其他目的将会变得更容易理解。
依照本发明,这里提供了一种洗碗机用非水性液态去污剂组合物,所述组合物包括至少一种优选地选自产生氧气的化合物的漂白剂,一种增稠剂,一种非水性液体,和任选的增稠剂催化剂和辅助化合物。本发明中的术语“非水性”的意思是一种组合物或液体包含少于5%质量分数的游离水。因此,大多数本发明组合物或液体只含有微量的游离水,优选不含任何游离水。
本发明还提供了在家用或工业应用自动洗碗机中清洁碗碟,玻璃器具和炊具的方法,和在洗衣机中清洗衣物的方法,所述洗衣机有一种含有有效量的上述非水性液态组合物的水洗浴室。依照本发明的这方面,组合物在储藏过程中稳定,易于测定,且易于倾倒或在自动清洗器中分散。
1、漂白剂
适用于漂白组合物的产生氧气的化合物是水可溶的固体材料,在与氧接触或溶解于氧过程中能够产生氧气。氧气的释放可以通过直接释放氧气获得也可以通过释放次氯酸盐,次溴酸盐,或次碘酸盐离子,臭氧,过氢氧化离子,或例如二氧化氯的卤素二氧化物获得。固态漂白剂的例子是杂环N-卤素亚酰胺颗粒,例如,三卤化氰脲酸,二卤化氰脲酸及其盐,例如二卤化氰脲酸钠,二卤化氰脲酸钾,其中,术语“卤代”代表氯代,溴代或碘代。优选的卤代基团是氯代。可以使用其相应的二卤代氰脲酸盐和三卤代氰脲酸盐。可以使用其他N-卤代亚酰胺,例如N-卤代琥珀酰亚胺,N-卤代马来酰亚胺,N-卤代邻苯二甲酰亚胺和N-卤代萘二甲酰亚胺。另外合适的N-卤代酰亚胺是乙内酰脲,例如1,3-二卤代-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲;N-单卤代-C,C-二甲基乙内酰脲;亚甲基-双(N-单卤代-C,C-二甲基乙内酰脲);1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-异丁基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-乙基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5,5-二异丁基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-n-戊基乙内脲酸;等等。
优选的固态漂白剂是释放次氯酸盐的试剂。可用的释放次氯酸盐的试剂是三氯代马来酰亚胺和干燥的颗粒状的水溶性无水无机盐,例如次氯酸钙和次氯酸锂。如果需要的话,释放次氯酸盐的试剂可以是一种稳定的固态混合物或氢氧化物,例如p-甲苯-硫代-氯胺-三水化钠(choramine-T),苯基-硫代-氯胺-二水化钠,次氯酸钙四水化合物,或通过将以其常见Na3PO4.12H2O形式存在的磷酸三钠与碱金属次氯酸盐(例如次氯酸钠)化合生产的包含0.5-4%可利用氯的氯化磷酸三钠。除了钾盐,钠盐和钙盐之外,也可以使用其他盐,例如锂盐,镁盐和铵盐。
在碱金属或碱性金属次氯酸盐用为氯源的组合物中,这些化合物可以以无水固体分散体形式被使用,从而预防组合物中非离子表面活性剂退化。
优选的次氯酸盐源是二氯代或三氯代异氰脲酸盐和choramine-T(甲苯硫代氯胺)。
过氧化氢源选自过碳酸基团,过硅酸基团,过硫酸基团,过硼酸基团,过含氧酸基团,过氧化二烷基基团,过氧化二酰基基团,预制成的过氧化羧酸基团,无水过氧化基团,无机过氧化基团,氢过氧化基团和它们的混合物。具体的例子包括过氧化蚁酸,过氧化醋酸,单过邻苯二甲酸盐,单过氧化琥珀酸盐,单过氧化硫酸盐,单过氧化磷酸盐,单过氧化辛酸,过氧化苯甲酸,乙基过氧化碳酸,苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧化己酸,过硼酸钠和过碳酸钠。
典型地,使用的释放氧气的试剂占组合物总重的约20-80%,优选约25-50%,更优选35-45%。
研究发现,当固态漂白剂的颗粒尺寸小于400μm,优选10-200μm,最优选30-110μm时得到最好的分散系。根据实施例,漂白剂的颗粒尺寸为70μm。
2、增稠剂
组合物还包括占总重0.1-10%的常用增稠剂,从而获得均匀的乳脂或糊产品。
增稠剂,即稠化剂或能够提供增稠性质的悬浮剂,在本领域内是已知的,它们可以是水溶性的或水不溶性的,可分散的或呈胶体性的,由单体组成的或由聚合体组成的,且在组合物中稳定,例如对碱度和例如次氯酸钠和过氧化钠的漂白剂稳定。优选的稠化剂通常包括蒙脱石和/或绿坡缕石型的无机胶体粘土。这些材料通常以1.5-10wt.%,优选2-5wt.%的量被使用,从而给组合物转入理想的增稠性质。
蒙脱石粘土包括高岭石(斑脱土),硅酸镁锂,绿坡缕石,蒙脱土,皂石等等。优选高岭石粘土,高岭石粘土可以以多种商品名购得,例如在Sud-chemie公司,名为TixogelMP1OO,TixogelVP,TixogelMIO,在Water Ingredients公司名为Bentone34,BentoneGel,BentoneSD-I,在Georgia Kaolin公司名为ThixogelNo.1和GelwhiteGP,H,等等;及在Georgia Kaolin公司名为ECCAGUMGP,H,等等;及在Luthern Clay Products公司名为ECCAGUMGP,H,等等。绿坡缕石粘土包括可从Engelhard Minerals and Chemicals公司商业购得的商品名为Attagel,即Attagel40,Attagel50和Attagel150材料。也可以使用蒙脱石与绿坡缕石按4∶1到1∶5的质量比混合的混合物。上述类型的增稠剂或悬浮剂在本领域内是已知的,例如美国专利第3,985,668号所述,该专利在此通过引证并入本文。优选的粘土是有机修饰的斑脱土,有机修饰的蒙脱土和合成的硅酸镁锂。
可以使用常用的有机聚合物增稠剂例如聚丙烯酸盐,例如分子量为1,000-20,000的粉末状聚丙烯酸盐。合适的聚丙烯酸盐,例如聚丙烯酸钠是购自Alco Chem.Co公司的Alcosperse130D,MW 15,000,购自Alco Chem.Co公司的Alcosperse149D,MW2000,和购自Rohm & Haas Co.公司的Alcrysol45N,MW 4500,及购自Water Ingredients公司的聚合物WSP 10(丁烯共聚物),WSP 01(block opolymer S-E/P(苯乙烯/乙烯氧化物/丙烯氧化物)嵌段共聚物),WSP 52(苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯三嵌段共聚物),WSP50(苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物),WSP 22(聚丁烯),PEO-1(聚氧化乙烯)。
组合物包括优选占总重0.1-6%,优选1-4%,更优选2-3%的增稠剂。
进一步研究发现,当以粘土与聚合物的混合物作为增稠剂时,所得组合物除了具有化学稳定性之外,还具有高的物理稳定性(即,不存在相分离的稳定的分散系)。当粘土与聚合物的比例在1∶10-10∶1,优选1∶3-2∶1时聚合物能有效的增加物理稳定性。最优选,这种混合物与石蜡油作为非水性液体相结合使用(这里参阅下面)。
3、增稠剂催化剂
组合物可能含有占总重高达0.3%的增稠剂催化剂。该活化剂在本领域内是已知的,能够改善粘土增稠剂的分散性。与粘土一起使用的合适的催化剂包括低醇,例如乙醇和碳酸丙烯酯。
4、辅助化合物
组合物可能进一步含有占总重23%的辅助化合物。辅助化合物是指例如表面活性去污剂,例如磷酸盐,硅酸盐和碳酸盐的配合盐,抑泡剂,香味剂,光亮增强剂,着色剂,鳌合剂等等。
可以使用直链或含支链的碱金属单和/或双-(C8-14)烷基二苯醚单-和/或双璜酸酯表面活性剂,以名为DOWFAX3B-2和DOWFAX2A-1的商品商业购得。其他合适的表面活性剂包括初级烷基硫酸盐,烷基硫酸盐,烷基芳基硫酸盐,仲烷基硫酸盐,烷基磷酸盐。实施例包括例如十二烷基硫酸钠的(C10-18)烷基硫酸钠,例如十六烷基-1-璜酸钠的(C10-18)烷基磺酸钠和例如十二烷基苯磺酸钠的(C12-18)烷基苯磺酸钠。也可以使用其相应的钾盐。
可以加入碳酸钠做配合盐从而起到缓冲液的作用维持所需的pH水平。本发明组合物也可以包含例如NaTPP的无机配合盐或例如聚羧酸碱金属盐的有机配合盐。
优选的无机配合盐是碱金属磷酸盐,例如三聚磷酸钠(TPP)。可以使用一种或一种以上其他的配合盐来代替所有或部分的碱金属聚磷酸盐。合适的其他配合盐是碱金属硼酸盐,碱金属磷酸盐和碱金属碳氢酸盐。这些配合体的具体的实施例是四硼酸钠,焦磷酸钠,焦磷酸钾,重碳酸钠,己偏磷酸钠,倍半碳酸钠,单或二正磷酸钠,重碳酸钾和硅酸钠或硅酸钾。
由于本发明的组合物通常是高浓度的,因此可以使用相对地的剂量,理想的情况是给磷酸配合体(例如三聚磷酸钠)补充一种例如碱金属聚羧酸盐的辅助配合体。合适的碱金属居所酸盐是碱金属柠檬酸盐和碱金属酒石酸盐,例如,柠檬酸一钠和柠檬酸二钠(无水的)。优选柠檬酸和酒石酸的钠盐。
抑泡剂的加入是重要的,它可以增加洗碗机的效率,减小洗碗机使用时由于大量气泡存在造成的摇动作用。去污活性材料是主要产生泡沫的成分,通过合适地选择去污活性材料的类型和用量可以有效地减少泡沫。起泡程度在某种情况下也依赖于机器中洗涤水的硬度,这就是为什么适当的调节具有软化水作用的NaTPP的比例能够帮助提供合适的抑泡程度。但是通常优选包括氯的漂白稳定消泡剂或抑泡剂。从例如BASF-Wyandotte(PCUK-PAE)公司购得的烷基磷酸酯和从Hooker(SAP)和Knapsack(LPKN-158)公司购得的烷基磷酸酯非常有效。可以使用的其他抑泡剂包括,例如已知的硅树脂,例如陶氏化学生产的聚硅氧烷与分散硅的混合物Corning1400和1500。
使用碱金属硅酸盐,例如硅酸钠,给例如精美瓷器的坚固表面提供碱度和粘性。硅酸钠可以也可以保护清洗机不受腐蚀。优选的硅酸盐是二硅酸钠和偏硅酸钠。
组合物中大多数成分可以以干燥粉末或无水分散体或溶液的形式加入到无水液态组合物中。
在需要的时候,可以使用大量的鳌合剂。优选鳌合剂是与钙和镁有强配位作用或键合作用的化合物。最优选的是NTA(氨三乙酸),MGDA(甲基甘氨酸二乙酸),EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸),和(S,S)-EDDS(乙二胺-N,N′-丁二酰)的钠盐或钾盐或它们的混合物。鳌合剂优选的量是10-23wt.%。
组合物中可能包括微量,通常小于4wt.%的多种其他常用成分,例如香味剂,向水性剂,防腐剂,光亮增强剂,染料和色素等等。这些成分对含氯漂白剂和高碱性(许多成分的性质)稳定。尤其优选着色的是含氯酞箐和硅铝酸盐的聚硫胶,它们能够分别提供令人愉快的绿色和蓝色。
5、非水性液体
依照本发明,所使用的非水性液体通常是植物油,矿物油,合成油或包括鱼油的动物油及其混合物。具体的但不详尽的例子是石蜡油,椰子油,色拉油和橄榄油。
上述非水性液体可以单独使用,也可以混合使用使产品液达到所需的黏度和稳定性。优选使用至少两种液体的混合物。优选的混合物包括,除了上述液体之外,占总重0.1-5%的含有12到24个碳原子的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸协同液。这种协同液的例子是例如硅油,短链烷基例如己烷,庚烷,辛烷,大豆油甲酯(例如SteposolSB-W),大豆油脂肪酸甲酯/乳酸乙酯混合物(例如SteposolSC),异丁基酯(RodiasolveDIB,ex.Rhodia)和其他类型的液体例如乙烯乙二醇醚。
组合物在该液体或协同液中部分溶解或完全不溶,在液体中形成乳液,分散体或悬浮液。
本发明组合物有很好的粘性和稳定性特点,在室温或更高的温度下保持稳定,在低温下是可倾倒的。一种特别有用的组合物包含35-45wt.%的主要颗粒尺寸在60-80μm之间的固态二卤代异氰脲酸钠(NaDCCA),0.5-3wt.%的粘土增稠剂例如TixogelMP100,0.02-0.04wt.%的乙醇和64.48-51.96wt.%或高达100wt.%的石蜡油。研究发现,没有氧形成时的稳定性非常好。根据ASTMD 2022,本发明组合物在40℃下储藏6个月用硫代硫酸盐滴定法测出漂白剂活性损失小于5%,这表现了本发明组合物的稳定性。因此,本发明组合物可以在温度在0-40℃之间的常规储藏条件下密闭包装储藏几个月。因此,本发明还有一个目的是得到包含本发明组合物的稳定的储藏包装(或容器)。
制备液态组合物的方法
可以用常规的方法来制备本发明组合物。在制备该组合物合适的方式中,该方法包括步骤:
i)在提高的温度下制备对漂白剂显示化学惰性的一种预胶化的组合物和非水性液体,其中,漂白剂的溶解度小于10mg/l;
ii)在高剪切混合仪中制备一种预胶化的粘土,非水性液体和任选制备的增稠剂催化剂;
iii)在搅拌下将ii)的预胶化产品加入到i)的预胶化产品中,和
iv)加入固态漂白剂和任选加入辅助化合物。
步骤i)中使用的适当的提高温度在100℃以上,优选约150℃。步骤ii)中使用的高剪切混合仪在本领域内是已知的,包括例如Silverson,ULTRA TURRAX T25,和Heidolph DIAX 600。
本发明可以通过多种不同方式实现,为了说明本发明对大量具体的实施方案进行了描述。
测定包含55%石蜡油,3%分馏的椰子油,2%TixogelMP100和40%二卤代异氰酸钠(NaDCCA)的结构型液体的粘度曲线。
根据本发明,随后的配方实施例阐明本发明但不对发明进行限制。
预胶体
预胶化聚合物(WAP01)
将96wt.%的石蜡油和4wt.%的WSP01(荷兰Zeist,ex WaterIngredients公司生产的苯乙烯-乙烯/丙烯的嵌段共聚物)组成的混合物进行搅拌并加热大约60分钟使温度高于160℃。在WSP01完全溶解之后,缓慢搅拌使其冷却。

预胶化粘土
将88wt.%的石蜡油和10wt.%的TixogelMP 100(例如德国慕尼黑生产的Süd-Chemie)的混合物装入塑料烧杯中,用高剪切混合仪(Ultra Turrax)搅拌5-10分钟(转速:16000rpm),之后向混合物中加入2wt.%的乙醇再用高剪切混合仪以16000rpm的转速搅拌10分钟。
过程
将石蜡油(32.5%)和预胶化粘土(15%)混合15分钟,之后,加入预胶化聚合物(12.5%)继续混合20分钟。之后加入NaDCCA粉末(40%)(荷兰Temeuzen,Clearon公司生产的),将混合物另外搅拌30分钟。
配方
依照本实验制备下列配方:
A)50%预胶化WSP 01+10%预胶化MP 100+40%NaDCCA
B)45%预胶化WSP 01+15%预胶化MP 100+40%NaDCCA
C)32.5%石蜡油+15%预胶化MP 100+12.5%预胶化WSP01+40%NaDCCA
D)42.5%石蜡油+15%预胶化MP 100+12,5%预胶化WSP01+30%NaDCCA
E)57%石蜡油+2%预胶化WSP 01+1%预胶化MP 100+40%NaDCCA
F)58%石蜡油+0.5%预胶化WSP 50+1.5%预胶化MP 100+40%NaDCCA.
如下所述,通过测定相分离测定上述组合物的稳定性。将产品放入量筒中在40℃下保存40天。从测量刻度中读出分离出的油的体积,用总体积的百分比表示。没有一种本发明组合物发生相分离(油体积为0%),然而由预胶化粘土制成的参照组合物表现出实际的相分离(油体积的范围在5-15%之间)。

1.非水性漂白去污组合物,包括下列物质的分散体:
a)占重量20%到85%的固态漂白剂,所述固态漂白剂是一种次氯酸盐释放试剂,
b)占重量0.1-10%的增稠剂,其中该增稠剂是粘土与聚合物的混合物,混合比例为粘土∶混合物为1∶10到10∶1,
c)占重量0-0.3%的增稠剂催化剂,
d)占重量0-23%的辅助化合物,和
e)至少占重量的14.9%的对漂白剂是化学惰性的非水性液体,其中漂白剂的溶解度小于10mg/l,所述非水性液体选自植物油,矿物油,合成油,或包括鱼油的动物油及它们的混合物。
2.如权利要求1中所述的漂白去污组合物,其中漂白剂选自二卤代氰脲酸盐,三卤代氰脲酸盐,Chloramine-T,N-卤代琥珀酰亚胺,N-卤代马来酰亚胺,N-卤代邻苯二甲酰亚胺,N-卤代萘二甲酰亚胺,1,3-二卤代-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲;N-单卤代-C,C-二甲基乙内酰脲;亚甲基-双(N-单卤代-C,C-二甲基乙内酰脲);1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-异丁基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-乙基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5,5-二异丁基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-n-戊基乙内脲酸,三卤代马来酰亚胺和它们的混合物,其中卤代表示氯代。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述漂白去污组合物,其中漂白剂的颗粒尺寸小于400μm,优选10-200μm,最优选30-110μm。
4.如权利要求1到3中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中所述粘土是有机修饰的蒙脱石,有机修饰的斑脱土或合成的硅酸锂镁。
5.如权利要求1到4中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中所述聚合物是苯乙烯/氧化乙烯/环氧丙烷的嵌合共聚物或苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯的三嵌合共聚物。
6.如权利要求1到5中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中辅助化合物选自表面活性剂,漂白催化剂,酶,着色剂,香味剂,磷酸盐,抗泡剂,无机碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐,光亮增强剂,鳌合剂和非水性配合剂或它们的混合物。
7.如权利要求1到6中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中包括占总重25-50%,优选35-45%的所述漂白剂。
8.如权利要求1到7中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中包括占总重0.1-6%,优选0.1-4%,更优选0.5-3%的所述增稠剂。
9.如权利要求1到8中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中所述增稠剂中粘土∶聚合物的比例是1∶3到2∶1。
10.如权利要求1到9中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中非水性液体是石蜡油。
11.如权利要求1到10中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中增稠剂催化剂是碳酸丙烯酯。
12.包括权利要求1-11中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物的封闭包装。
13.制备权利要求1-11任何一项所述漂白去污组合物的方法,包括步骤:
i)在提高的温度下制备对漂白剂显示化学惰性的一种预胶化的组合物和非水性液体,其中,漂白剂的溶解度小于10mg/l;
ii)在高剪切混合仪中制备一种预胶化的粘土,非水性液体和任选制备的增稠剂催化剂;
iii)在搅拌下将ii)的预胶化产品加入到i)的预胶化产品中,和
iv)加入一种固态漂白剂和任选加入一种辅助化合物。
Claims (13)
1.非水性漂白去污组合物,包括:
a)占重量20%到85%的固态漂白剂,所述固态漂白剂是一种次氯酸盐释放试剂,
b)占重量0.1-10%的增稠剂,其中该增稠剂是粘土与聚合物的混合物,混合比例为粘土∶混合物为1∶10到10∶1,
c)占重量0-0.3%的增稠剂催化剂,
d)占重量0-23%的辅助化合物,和
e)至少占重量的14.9%的对漂白剂是化学惰性的非水性液体,其中漂白剂的溶解度小于10mg/l,所述非水性液体选自植物油,矿物油,合成油,或包括鱼油的动物油及它们的混合物。
2.如权利要求1中所述的漂白去污组合物,其中漂白剂选自二卤代氰脲酸盐,三卤代氰脲酸盐,Chloramine-T,N-卤代琥珀酰亚胺,N-卤代马来酰亚胺,N-卤代邻苯二甲酰亚胺,N-卤代萘二甲酰亚胺,1,3-二卤代-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲;N-单卤代-C,C-二甲基乙内酰脲;亚甲基-双(N-单卤代-C,C-二甲基乙内酰脲);1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-异丁基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-乙基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5,5-二异丁基乙内脲酸;1,3-二卤代-5-甲基-5-n-戊基乙内脲酸,三卤代马来酰亚胺和它们的混合物,其中卤代表示氯代。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述漂白去污组合物,其中漂白剂的颗粒尺寸小于400μm,优选10-200μm,最优选30-110μm。
4.如权利要求1到3中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中所述粘土是有机修饰的蒙脱石,有机修饰的斑脱土或合成的硅酸锂镁。
5.如权利要求1到4中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中所述聚合物是苯乙烯/氧化乙烯/环氧丙烷的嵌合共聚物或苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯的三嵌合共聚物。
6.如权利要求1到5中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中辅助化合物选自表面活性剂,漂白催化剂,酶,着色剂,香味剂,磷酸盐,抗泡剂,无机碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐,光亮增强剂,鳌合剂和非水性配合剂或它们的混合物。
7.如权利要求1到6中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中包括占总重25-50%,优选35-45%的所述漂白剂。
8.如权利要求1到7中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中包括占总重0.1-6%,优选0.1-4%,更优选0.5-3%的所述增稠剂。
9.如权利要求1到8中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中所述增稠剂中粘土∶聚合物的比例是1∶3到2∶1。
10.如权利要求1到9中任何一项所述漂白去污组合物,其中非水性液体是石蜡油。
11.如权利要求1到10任何一项中所述漂白去污组合物,其中增稠剂催化剂是碳酸丙烯酯。
12.包括权利要求1-11任何一项所述漂白去污组合物的封闭包装。
13.制备权利要求1-11任何一项所述漂白去污组合物的方法,包括步骤:
i)在提高的温度下制备对漂白剂显示化学惰性的一种预胶化的组合物和非水性液体,其中,漂白剂的溶解度小于10mg/l;
ii)在高剪切混合仪中制备一种预胶化的粘土,非水性液体和任选制备的增稠剂催化剂;
iii)在搅拌下将ii)的预胶化产品加入到i)的预胶化产品中,和
iv)加入一种固态漂白剂和任选加入一种辅助化合物。
