背景技术
这样类型的折叠部件,诸如扶手,从现有技术、例如从DE 4035856C2或DE3414316C2中已知。然而,其中描述的固定机构具有相对复杂的设计。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种折叠部件,诸如扶手,所述折叠部件不具有现有技术的缺点。

本发明涉及折叠部件。举例而言,这样的折叠部件是车辆座椅的扶手,所述折叠部件特别是在后部、即机动车辆的后排座椅上使用。这样的扶手可围绕旋转轴线从存放位置旋转到使用位置,所述扶手在所述存放位置配置成基本上平行于车辆座椅的靠背,所述扶手在所述使用位置基本上与靠背成90°角定向并且可用于座椅乘客以支撑手臂。为了避免扶手特别是在其存放位置时、在发生事故的情况下以不受控制的方式围绕其旋转轴线旋转和/或摆动,根据本发明,扶手具有锁定元件,所述锁定元件将扶手固定在其存放位置。
根据本发明,锁定元件现在以这样的方式配置,使得在发生事故的情况下,所述锁定元件围绕旋转轴线从致动位置旋转到锁定位置,扶手在所述致动位置能够围绕旋转轴线从存放位置自由地转移到使用位置并且反之亦然,扶手在所述锁定位置保持在存放位置。特别地,折叠部件和锁定元件以这样的方式设计,使得在发生事故的情况下,锁定元件的旋转角度的增速是折叠部件的旋转角度增速的2倍。这有利地导致提供的用于折叠部件的锁定机构相对于系统中的时机变化是鲁棒的。锁定机构优选地已在数毫秒中锁定并且在很长一段时间中维持锁定状态。锁定机构优选地持续锁定从25毫秒到最长180毫秒。通过这样的方式,特别是干扰变量,诸如衬垫压力、摩擦、位置误差、公差、重量差,在其影响方面减小。因此,例如所述设计能够转移到另外的车辆机构。另外,对敏感且详细设计的锁定几何形状的重新设计因此得以避免。对乘客造成的风险因此以有利的方式得以减小。另外,根据本发明的折叠部件对于嗡嗡声、吱吱声和嘎嘎声(BSR)特性具有积极效果,因为常规系统的弹簧加载的棘爪得以省略,并且利用这样的省略,在增加刺激的情况下发出嘎嘎声的可能性减小。
特别地,根据本发明的具有锁定元件的折叠部件还配置在锁中、倾斜器中、轨道中、杠杆中、抽屉中以及具有离心力的任何类型的锁中,特别是配置在在离心锁中。
凸轮盘优选地基本上设计为圆形。
折叠部件或扶手的旋转轴线和凸轮盘的旋转轴线优选地重叠。
凸轮盘能够与扶手单件或多件地形成。然而,在每种情况下,凸轮盘配置成与扶手共同旋转。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,凸轮盘和/或折叠部件或扶手在其圆周上具有锁定轮廓,例如凹部。扶手在发生事故的情况下通过所述锁定轮廓固定在其存放位置。
另外优选地,凸轮盘和/或折叠部件或扶手具有止动部,特别是止动凹口,所述止动部限制扶手的旋转角度,特别是限制在其使用位置。
锁定元件优选地配置成凸轮盘的形式并且特别优选地具有圆形的横截面。
凹部优选地配置在锁定元件的圆周上,特别是配置在凸轮盘的圆形的横截面上,所述凹部通常面向折叠部件或扶手的凸轮盘并且由此允许折叠部件或扶手从使用位置旋转到存放位置或反之亦然。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的折叠部件1,诸如根据本发明的扶手1,所述折叠部件配置在车辆座椅上。这样的车辆座椅特别是座椅凳,所述座椅凳特别是配置在车辆座椅的后部。根据本发明的折叠部件1,诸如根据本发明的扶手1,接下来集成在两个车辆座椅之间,特别是集成到座椅凳的靠背中。在根据图1的展示中,靠背配置在其存放位置,即所述靠背基本上平行于车辆座椅的靠背(未示出)定位。根据本发明的折叠部件1或根据本发明的扶手1具有旋转轴线4,所述部件或扶手能够围绕所述旋转轴线从存放位置9旋转到其使用位置10(参见图2)。另外,折叠部件1或扶手1在其下端、在其旋转轴线4区域中具有凸轮盘14,所述凸轮盘能够与折叠部件1或扶手1单件或多件地配置,然而,所述凸轮盘配置成与折叠部件1或扶手1共同旋转。在这种情况下,凸轮盘14是圆形的区段,优选地是圆形的四分之三区段并且在其圆周的区域中具有锁定轮廓5,在此是凹部。另外,折叠部件1或扶手1和/或凸轮盘优选地具有止动部3,特别是止动凹口,如能够从图2中看出的,所述止动部将折叠部件1或扶手1的位置限制在其使用位置,即限制折叠部件或扶手的旋转角度。另外根据本发明,折叠部件1或扶手1具有锁定元件2,所述锁定元件具有基本上圆形的横截面并且所述锁定元件在发生事故的情况下能够从在图1中展示的其致动位置12旋转到锁定位置13(参见图3)。锁定元件具有凹部7。折叠部件1或扶手1从存放位置到使用位置的旋转由于凹部7而成为可能。
图2示出根据本发明的折叠部件1根据本发明或扶手1处于其使用位置。图1与2之间的比较示出折叠部件1或扶手1的凸轮盘14沿圆形的凹部7旋转,直到折叠部件1或扶手1的止动部3碰撞凸轮盘2。锁定元件2因此也是用于折叠部件1或扶手1的旋转的限位元件。
图3展示发生事故的情况,在所述情况中,发生超过机动车辆的常规操作的减速。这样的减速引起锁定元件2围绕其旋转轴线在此沿顺时针方向从在图1和2中展示的致动位置12到达锁定位置13。作为结果,锁定元件2接合在配置在凸轮盘14或折叠部件1或扶手1上的锁定轮廓5中,在此接合在凸轮盘14中的凹部中,并且由此防止折叠部件1或扶手1围绕其旋转轴线4旋转。锁定元件2的旋转能够通过减速和/或驱动引起。
只要发生事故的情况过去,凸轮盘14就能够再次到达其致动位置12,并且因此折叠部件1或扶手1的正常致动成为可能。
图4和图5示出根据本发明的折叠部件1或根据本发明的扶手1的另一个实施方式处于锁定位置。锁定元件2在此定位在锁定位置13并且接合在配置在凸轮盘14上的锁定轮廓5中(参见图3),并且因此防止折叠部件1或扶手1在图4和图5中围绕其旋转轴线4沿逆时针方向旋转。

Claims (7)

1.一种折叠部件(1),特别是车辆座椅的扶手(1),所述折叠部件能够围绕旋转轴线(4)从存放位置(9)旋转到使用位置(10)并且所述折叠部件在发生事故的情况下能够通过锁定元件(2)固定在其存放位置(9),其特征在于,在发生事故的情况下,锁定元件(2)围绕旋转轴线(6)从致动位置(12)旋转到锁定位置(13),其中凸轮盘(14)配置在折叠部件(1)或扶手(1)上。
2.如权利要求2所述的折叠部件(1),特别是扶手(1),其特征在于,折叠部件(1)或扶手(1)的旋转轴线(4)与凸轮盘(14)的旋转轴线(4)重合。
3.如在前权利要求中任一项所述的折叠部件(1),特别是扶手(1),其特征在于,凸轮盘(14)和/或折叠部件(1)或扶手(1)在其圆周上具有锁定轮廓(5),特别是凹部。
4.如在前权利要求中任一项所述的折叠部件(1),特别是扶手(1),其特征在于,凸轮盘(14)和/或折叠部件(1)或扶手(1)具有止动部(3),特别是止动凹口(3)。
5.如在前权利要求中任一项所述的折叠部件(1),特别是扶手(1),其特征在于,锁定元件(2)配置成凸轮盘(14)的形式。
6.如权利要求6所述的折叠部件(1),特别是扶手(1),其特征在于,锁定元件(2)具有圆形的横截面。
7.如权利要求6或7所述的折叠部件(1),特别是扶手(1),其特征在于,锁定元件(2)在其圆周上具有凹部(7)。
