技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法。
背景技术
采用涂料对织物染色具有环境污染小、工艺简单、节能省水等优点,在印染行业中得到广应用。但是目前涂料染色存在湿摩擦牢度差、染深色困难和织物手感较硬等缺点。采用含有反应性基团的阳离子改性剂对纤维进行预处理,通过在纤维表面引入阳离子基团,可有效提高棉纤维对涂料的吸附能力,达到提高颜色深度的目的。与该方法相关的专利和文献报道虽然较多,但主要针对于织物的涂料浸染工艺,如中国专利02160747.8中以天然混纺织物为原料,先采用多胺多醇的多官能团化合物对织物进行前处理,其染色工艺为:前处理、甩干、染色、甩干、后处理、干燥,得到手感柔软,色牢度较好的产品。但是该染色过程工艺冗长。
目前,虽然织物轧染染色工艺具有工艺流程短、生产效率高等优点,但是涂料轧染工艺存在上染率低、得色浅、手感硬等问题。因此,开发出一种织物的涂料轧染染色方法,并且对涂料进行调温改性处理—进而对织物进行染色,同时解决涂料轧染中上染率低、得色浅、手感硬等问题,其具有重要意义。
发明内容
基于背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提出了一种具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其不仅具有上染率高、色牢度强、手感柔软的优点,而且赋予织物调温功能,同时工艺简单,流程短,效率高,污染小,可大幅度减少黏合剂的用量。
本发明提出了一种具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,包括:将织物浸轧染液,二浸二轧,轧余率为60-80%,再将浸轧后的织物烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,时间为5-15min,接着汽蒸固色,汽蒸温度为100-108℃,时间为1-10min;
其中,所述染液包括:涂料色浆10-60g/L、pH调节剂1-10g/L、表面活性剂3-5g/L、黏合剂10-40g/L;制备所述黏合剂的方法包括:将单体聚氨酯丙烯酸酯PUA、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、1,3-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯和引发剂AIBN混匀后,加入1-十二醇搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;将乳化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、非离子乳化剂XL-50和平平加O加入水中搅拌均匀得到混合物B;将混合物A加入混合物B中,在4000-6000r/min的速率下高速搅拌10-20min,升温至80-90℃后搅拌反应2-4h,再升温至95-105℃,熟化0.3-0.5h,过滤,洗涤,得到所述黏合剂。
优选地,制备所述黏合剂的方法中,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯PUA、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、1,3-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1-十二醇、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的重量比为10:1-2:1-3:1-3:8-12:0.1-1;十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、非离子乳化剂XL-50、平平加O的重量比为1:0.3-0.8:0.1-0.3。
优选地,所述涂料色浆选自KRC黄、D301蓝、D118红、B202黄中的一种或者多种的组合。
优选地,所述pH调节剂选自氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、三乙醇胺的水溶液或者氨水中的一种或者多种的组合;优选地,pH调节剂调节染液的pH值为7-11。

本发明提出的一种具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,通过在涂料染液中加入表面活性剂、pH调节剂和黏合剂,混合均匀后,直接对织物进行浸轧,然后进行烘干和固色处理,得到涂料染色产品。其中黏合剂以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯等作为单体原料,采用类悬浮聚合法制备出了以1-十二醇为芯材,丙烯酸基共聚物为壁材的微胶囊化黏合剂,由于1-十二醇在相变过程中能吸收或释放大量潜热,且保持温度基本不变,因此作为涂料染色的黏合剂时,赋予织物良好的调温功能;与此同时,在以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯等作为单体原料进行丙烯酸基共聚物壁材的合成时,通过以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和XL-50(异构C10醇聚氧乙烯醚)等为乳化剂,成功制备出了阳离子型黏合剂,与常规阴离子型黏合剂相比,该阳离子型黏合剂乳液稳定性较好,成膜溶失率和吸水性较小,断裂强力较高,并且由于其阳离子的特性,该黏合剂涂料染色织物较常规阴离子黏合剂涂料染色织物,具有更高的色牢度和更好的手感,且不含游离甲醛,因此省略了常规阴离子黏合剂涂料染色过程中的柔软拉幅工序,缩短了工艺流程,节约了能源。
综合上述可知,本发明克服了现有涂料轧染方法中存在的得色浅、牢度差和手感硬等问题,减少了涂料染色中黏合剂的用量,改善了染色织物的手感。

将织物在55℃下浸轧染液,二浸二轧,轧余率为80%,再将浸轧后的织物烘干,烘干温度为80℃,时间为15min,接着汽蒸固色,汽蒸温度为100℃,时间为10min,再进行皂洗,皂洗中采用的皂洗剂包括:NP-10 1g/L、纯碱2g/L,皂洗的温度为85℃,皂洗时间为15min,接着水洗,水洗的温度为40℃,水洗时间为20min,再烘干;

其中,所述染液包括:涂料色浆40g/L、pH调节剂6g/L、表面活性剂4.5g/L、黏合剂30g/L;制备所述黏合剂的方法包括:将单体聚氨酯丙烯酸酯PUA、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、1,3-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯和引发剂AIBN混匀后,加入1-十二醇搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;将乳化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、非离子乳化剂XL-50和平平加O加入水中搅拌均匀得到混合物B;将混合物A加入混合物B中,在5000r/min的速率下高速搅拌16min,升温至88℃后搅拌反应3.5h,再升温至102℃,熟化0.35h,过滤,洗涤,得到所述黏合剂;聚氨酯丙烯酸酯PUA、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、1,3-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1-十二醇、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的重量比为10:1.6:2.5:1.5:9:0.6;十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、非离子乳化剂XL-50、平平加O的重量比为1:0.6:0.2;所述pH调节剂为氨水,pH调节剂调节染液的pH值为9;所述表面活性剂为司盘40、司盘60和平平加O。
本发明中的各项指标的测试方法如下:
(1)K/S值
用X-Rite测色配色系统测定被染样品的K/S值,在每个试样不同部位测试5次,取平均值。
(2)色牢度
耐摩擦色牢度按照GB/T 3920-2008《织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》测定;
耐皂洗色牢度按照GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》方法D(4)测定。
上述实施例1-4中所述具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法得到的织物性能的测试结果如下表所示:

本发明提出的一种具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,通过在涂料染液中加入表面活性剂、pH调节剂和黏合剂,混合均匀后,直接对织物进行浸轧,然后进行烘干和固色处理,得到涂料染色产品。其中黏合剂以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯等作为单体原料,采用类悬浮聚合法制备出了以1-十二醇为芯材,丙烯酸基共聚物为壁材的微胶囊化黏合剂,由于1-十二醇在相变过程中能吸收或释放大量潜热,且保持温度基本不变,因此作为涂料染色的黏合剂时,赋予织物良好的调温功能;与此同时,在以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯等作为单体原料进行丙烯酸基共聚物壁材的合成时,通过以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和XL-50(异构C10醇聚氧乙烯醚)等为乳化剂,成功制备出了阳离子型黏合剂,与常规阴离子型黏合剂相比,该阳离子型黏合剂乳液稳定性较好,成膜溶失率和吸水性较小,断裂强力较高,并且由于其阳离子的特性,该黏合剂涂料染色织物较常规阴离子黏合剂涂料染色织物,具有更高的色牢度和更好的手感,且不含游离甲醛,因此省略了常规阴离子黏合剂涂料染色过程中的柔软拉幅工序,缩短了工艺流程,节约了能源。
综合上述可知,本发明克服了现有涂料轧染方法中存在的得色浅、牢度差和手感硬等问题,减少了涂料染色中黏合剂的用量,改善了染色织物的手感。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,包括:将织物浸轧染液,二浸二轧,轧余率为60-80%,再将浸轧后的织物烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,时间为5-15min,接着汽蒸固色,汽蒸温度为100-108℃,时间为1-10min;
其中,所述染液包括:涂料色浆10-60g/L、pH调节剂1-10g/L、表面活性剂3-5g/L、黏合剂10-40g/L;制备所述黏合剂的方法包括:将单体聚氨酯丙烯酸酯PUA、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、1,3-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯和引发剂AIBN混匀后,加入1-十二醇搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;将乳化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、非离子乳化剂XL-50和平平加O加入水中搅拌均匀得到混合物B;将混合物A加入混合物B中,在4000-6000r/min的速率下高速搅拌10-20min,升温至80-90℃后搅拌反应2-4h,再升温至95-105℃,熟化0.3-0.5h,过滤,洗涤,得到所述黏合剂;
制备所述黏合剂的方法中,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯PUA、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、1,3-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、1-十二醇、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的重量比为10:1-2:1-3:1-3:8-12:0.1-1;十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、非离子乳化剂XL-50、平平加O的重量比为1:0.3-0.8:0.1-0.3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,所述涂料色浆选自KRC黄、D301蓝、D118红、B202黄中的一种或者多种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、三乙醇胺的水溶液、氨水中的一种或者多种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,pH调节剂调节染液的pH值为7-11。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醚类或者聚氧乙烯酯类表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自吐温60、吐温65、吐温80、曲拉通X-100、司盘20、司盘40、司盘60、平平加O、平平加OP-10、平平加AEO-10中的一种或者多种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,将织物浸轧染液的浸轧温度为55-75℃。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,将织物染色之后,还包括对织物进行皂洗、水洗、烘干。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,皂洗的温度为85-95℃,皂洗时间为5-15min;水洗的温度为40-50℃,水洗时间为5-20min。
10. 根据权利要求9所述的具有调温功能织物的涂料染色方法,其特征在于,皂洗中采用的皂洗剂包括:NP-10 1-5g/L、纯碱 1-2g/L。
