本发明公开了一种漂白衬布生产工艺通过缝头、烧毛;退浆煮漂处理:在加入含烧碱10‑15g/L,环保精炼剂6g/L退浆液的料槽中堆置10‑12h后在退煮联合机前三平洗格95℃以上平洗退浆;煮漂:将织物浸轧含有烧碱、精炼剂、水玻璃、纯碱的煮练液,控制温度120‑130℃,在煮锅中煮练5‑6h,然后充分水洗,至织物毛细管效应达8cm/30min以上;漂白:将水洗后的织物浸轧有多功能精炼酶20g/L、双氧水15g/L在100℃汽蒸一小时,然后95℃热洗四格,开幅轧水烘干;防缩整理:二浸二轧80g/L的防缩整理液;涂层等处理步骤,能够减小衬布的缩水率,漂白效果好,并且改善生物酶去除化学浆效果差的问题,减少前处理碱的用量,减轻污水处理的负担。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及衬布生产的技术领域,特别是一种漂白衬布生产工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
衬布是改善服装外观、手感和服装性能的一种辅料,对服装整体性能呢过具有极其重要的作用,人们对服装面料的要求不断提高,对服装衬布的要求也随之提高,特别是一些出口产品,不仅要求衬布与面料白度、色光相同,同时要求衬布与面料具有防缩功能,因此有必要提供一种漂白衬布生产工艺。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种漂白衬布生产工艺,能够减小衬布的缩水率,漂白效果好,并且改善生物酶去除化学浆效果差的问题,减少前处理碱的用量,减轻污水处理的负担。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种漂白衬布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a缝头、烧毛:缝头、烧毛处理,保证织物平直不卷边,布面光洁,净度达3.5级;
b退浆煮漂处理:退浆:在加入含烧碱10-15g/L,环保精炼剂6g/L退浆液的料槽中堆置10-12h后在退煮联合机前三平洗格95℃以上平洗退浆;煮漂:将织物浸轧含有烧碱、精炼剂、水玻璃、纯碱的煮练液,控制温度120-130℃,在煮锅中煮练5-6h,然后充分水洗,至织物毛细管效应达8cm/30min以上;
c漂白:将水洗后的织物浸轧有多功能精炼酶20g/L、双氧水15g/L在100℃汽蒸一小时,然后95℃热洗四格,开幅轧水烘干;
d防缩整理:平幅进布,二浸二轧80g/L的防缩整理液,所述防缩整理液的配方为:SR剂50g/L、超低甲醛树脂80g/L、催化剂13g/L、增白剂9g/L,控制酸浴pH值为5,然后80-100℃松式烘干,控制带液率30-40%,出布热风预烘;
e涂层:衬布平幅进布,经过一号热油辊预热,接着用二号热油辊预热,进入到雕刻辊进行粉点涂层,基浆可以是聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚酰胺、聚氨酯的单个物质或混合物;涂敷量为28g/m2,雕刻辊内部用90-100℃热水循环,涂粉后的衬布经过三号热油辊加热后,立即用冷却辊进行冷却。
作为优选,所述步骤b将织物浸轧含有15g/L烧碱、2.5g/L精炼剂A-114、1.4g/L水玻璃、1.2g/L纯碱的煮练液,控制温度130℃,在煮锅中煮练6h,然后充分水洗,至织物毛细管效应达14cm/30min以上。
作为优选,所述步骤c还包括丝光和复漂,丝光:将初次漂白后的织物在第一轧碱槽中浸轧220-240g/L烧碱液,绷布透风处理55秒,再在第二轧碱槽中浸轧200-220g/L烧碱液,然后进入布铗拉幅并淋洗除碱,最后进行烘干;复漂:丝光后将织物平幅浸轧由双氧水、水玻璃、精炼剂A-114组成的氧漂液,在102℃汽蒸一小时,平幅水洗,中和布面至pH值为6。
作为优选,所述步骤d中热风预烘为非接触式预烘干,过程为:先80-90℃短环预烘,然后150℃预烘干拉幅,在用160-165℃,焙烘2min。
本发明的有益效果:本发明一种漂白衬布生产工艺,能够减小衬布的缩水率,漂白效果好,并且改善生物酶去除化学浆效果差的问题,减少前处理碱的用量,减轻污水处理的负担。
【具体实施方式】
本发明一种漂白衬布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a缝头、烧毛:缝头、烧毛处理,保证织物平直不卷边,布面光洁,净度达3.5级;

e涂层:衬布平幅进布,经过一号热油辊预热,接着用二号热油辊预热,进入到雕刻辊进行粉点涂层,基浆可以是聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚酰胺、聚氨酯的单个物质或混合物;涂敷量为28g/m2,雕刻辊内部用90-100℃热水循环,涂粉后的衬布经过三号热油辊加热后,立即用冷却辊进行冷却。
所述步骤b将织物浸轧含有15g/L烧碱、2.5g/L精炼剂A-114、1.4g/L水玻璃、1.2g/L纯碱的煮练液,控制温度130℃,在煮锅中煮练6h,然后充分水洗,至织物毛细管效应达14cm/30min以上。所述步骤c还包括丝光和复漂,丝光:将初次漂白后的织物在第一轧碱槽中浸轧220-240g/L烧碱液,绷布透风处理55秒,再在第二轧碱槽中浸轧200-220g/L烧碱液,然后进入布铗拉幅并淋洗除碱,最后进行烘干;复漂:丝光后将织物平幅浸轧由双氧水、水玻璃、精炼剂A-114组成的氧漂液,在102℃汽蒸一小时,平幅水洗,中和布面至pH值为6。所述步骤d中热风预烘为非接触式预烘干,过程为:先80-90℃短环预烘,然后150℃预烘干拉幅,在用160-165℃,焙烘2min。

1.一种漂白衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a缝头、烧毛:缝头、烧毛处理,保证织物平直不卷边,布面光洁,净度达3.5级;
b退浆煮漂处理:退浆:在加入含烧碱10-15g/L,环保精炼剂6g/L退浆液的料槽中堆置10-12h后在退煮联合机前三平洗格95℃以上平洗退浆;煮漂:将织物浸轧含有烧碱、精炼剂、水玻璃、纯碱的煮练液,控制温度120-130℃,在煮锅中煮练5-6h,然后充分水洗,至织物毛细管效应达8cm/30min以上;
c漂白:将水洗后的织物浸轧有多功能精炼酶20g/L、双氧水15g/L在100℃汽蒸一小时,然后95℃热洗四格,开幅轧水烘干;
d防缩整理:平幅进布,二浸二轧80g/L的防缩整理液,所述防缩整理液的配方为:SR剂50g/L、超低甲醛树脂80g/L、催化剂13g/L、增白剂9g/L,控制酸浴pH值为5,然后80-100℃松式烘干,控制带液率30-40%,出布热风预烘;
e涂层:衬布平幅进布,经过一号热油辊预热,接着用二号热油辊预热,进入到雕刻辊进行粉点涂层,基浆可以是聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚酰胺、聚氨酯的单个物质或混合物;涂敷量为28g/m2,雕刻辊内部用90-100℃热水循环,涂粉后的衬布经过三号热油辊加热后,立即用冷却辊进行冷却。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种漂白衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b将织物浸轧含有15g/L烧碱、2.5g/L精炼剂A-114、1.4g/L水玻璃、1.2g/L纯碱的煮练液,控制温度130℃,在煮锅中煮练6h,然后充分水洗,至织物毛细管效应达14cm/30min以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种漂白衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c还包括丝光和复漂,丝光:将初次漂白后的织物在第一轧碱槽中浸轧220-240g/L烧碱液,绷布透风处理55秒,再在第二轧碱槽中浸轧200-220g/L烧碱液,然后进入布铗拉幅并淋洗除碱,最后进行烘干;复漂:丝光后将织物平幅浸轧由双氧水、水玻璃、精炼剂A-114组成的氧漂液,在102℃汽蒸一小时,平幅水洗,中和布面至pH值为6。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种漂白衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤d中热风预烘为非接触式预烘干,过程为:先80-90℃短环预烘,然后150℃预烘干拉幅,在用160-165℃,焙烘2min。
