2. model preparation and drug delivery: 10 mice in each group, during the test, the low-dose group, the high-dose group and each prescription group are respectively administered with the test substances according to the gavage of 20 ml/kg-bw, and the normal control group and the model control group are both administered with distilled water with the same volume by gavage for 1 time every day for 14 days continuously. After each group is fasted for 24 hours, the normal control group is given equal volume of distilled water, the other groups are respectively given compound diphenoxylate tablets (10mg/kg) by intragastric administration, a mouse constipation model is copied, and after 30min of model building, each group is respectively given ink (0.1ml/10g) by intragastric administration. The 20min later cervical vertebra dislocation method is sacrificed the animal, opens the abdominal cavity and separates mesentery, cuts the upper end from pylorus, lower extreme to the intestinal canal of returning the cecum, draws the small intestine into the straight line gently, measures intestinal canal length and is "small intestine total length", is "chinese ink propulsion length" from the pylorus to the chinese ink front edge, calculates the chinese ink propulsion rate:
ink propulsion rate (%) (ink propulsion length/total small intestine length) × 100%
The results are shown in table 1 below:

Compared with the low-dose group, the treatment was,ΔΔp<0.01
compared with a normal control group, the ink propulsion rate of the model group is obviously reduced (p is less than 0.01), and the success of molding is indicated. Compared with a model group, the ink propulsion rate of the sample low-dosage group and the sample high-dosage group is obviously increased, and the difference has very significant significance (p is less than 0.01), so that the sample can obviously improve the small intestine propulsion type peristalsis of a constipation mouse, and the small intestine propulsion effect of each square dismantling group on the constipation mouse is not obvious, and the statistical difference is not generated (p is more than 0.05). Compared with the low-dose group, the ink propulsion rate of each prescription group is obviously reduced (p is less than 0.01), which shows that the composition paste has the function of improving small intestine propulsion type peristalsis, and the effect is better than that of the prescription group.
Observation of clinical efficacy
1. Case selection: among 300 clinical volunteer patients with constipation, 180 male patients, 120 female patients, age group 18-60 years, and average age 39, all patients had no statistical difference in sex, age, and course of disease.
2. The evaluation standard of curative effect is as follows:
