Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of food, and relates to a health-care food composition with a function of relaxing bowel, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the modern society, the work and life pressure is high due to intense competition, the defecation habits are changed due to environmental and psychological factors (mental stress) and irregular diet, constipation crowds are increased rapidly due to great changes of diet structures (mainly meat and excessively fine food intake) after the living standard is improved, the constipation incidence rate is in a remarkable rising trend, and the life quality of people is seriously influenced.
Constipation is a common clinical digestive tract disease, and refers to a disease with constipation, prolonged defecation time, or difficulty and difficulty in defecation. The incidence rate of constipation is positively correlated with the age, and data reports that the incidence rate of constipation in China is 10% -15%, wherein the incidence rate is 3% for young people, 8% for middle-aged people and 20% for old people. The middle-aged and the elderly people are aged, the food intake and physical activity are obviously reduced, the gastrointestinal tract secretes digestive juice, the tension and the peristalsis of intestinal tubes are weakened, abdominal cavity and pelvic floor muscles are weak, internal and external sphincter of anus are weakened, the reflection of stomach and colon is weakened, the rectal sensitivity is reduced, so that food is retained in the intestines for a long time, and the excessive absorption of water causes constipation; the elderly are also fond of eating low-residue and fine food due to tooth loss, or they are convenient and trouble-saving, and have the disadvantages of simple diet and lack of coarse fiber, which causes the volume of feces to be reduced, the viscosity to be increased, the movement in the intestine to be slowed, and excessive water absorption to cause constipation. The middle-aged and the elderly suffer from common constipation which is easy to neglect due to the retrogressive change of physiological functions, so severe consequences such as angina, myocardial infarction, stroke and the like are often induced, and adverse effects are brought to families and society.
Modern medicine treats constipation, western medicine catharsis, enema and other methods are usually adopted in western medicine, and the treatment is temporary and permanent; the traditional Chinese medicine regulates the balance of yin, yang and viscera of the organism by treatment based on syndrome differentiation, fundamentally removes the pathogenic factors and fundamentally improves the physique of patients. The traditional Chinese medicine for treating constipation mainly comprises anthraquinone-containing irritant cathartics such as rheum officinale, senna leaves, aloe and semen cassiae, the medicines generally have quick response but large side effects, and can easily cause degeneration of intestinal muscle nerve plexus after long-term use to cause secondary constipation, damage qi and blood and body fluid, further cause more loss of original insufficient qi and blood and body fluid of middle-aged and elderly people, and easily cause dehydration and shock and even endanger life.
At present, traditional Chinese medicine health food with oriental medicine culture connotation and traditional diet characteristics is generally accepted and welcomed by people, and the health care function is to adjust the physiological function of the traditional Chinese medicine health food on the premise of maintaining and improving the body health. Therefore, the health-care food composition has the effects of tonifying spleen and kidney, promoting the production of body fluid and moistening dryness, and is of great significance for treating habitual constipation of middle-aged and elderly people.

Cistanchis herba has sweet taste, salty and warm property, and no toxicity, and enters kidney and large intestine meridians. It is a top-grade herb for tonifying kidney, replenishing essence, moistening intestines and relaxing bowels, so it is called "leisurely" because it is not drastic and mild in purgation, and is a traditional herb for treating old people, deficiency of blood, deficiency of body fluids, deficiency of kidney and constipation. The book materia medica Zhengyi (year): cistanche deserticola has a salty taste which can be reduced, moisten and dredge intestines to dominate the uncomfortable defecation and obtain a shortcut, and has warm and moist nature, and can nourish yin and dredge yang, so that the cistanche deserticola can dredge the viscera without damaging body fluid, especially the ears. The empirical formula is usually prepared from cistanche, and the decoction or the tea for drinking has good effect on treating constipation of old people. Pharmacological research shows that inorganic salts and colloidal polysaccharide contained in the cistanche deserticola can effectively reduce defecation time, increase intestinal peristalsis times and time, obviously prevent water from being absorbed by the large intestine and play a role in relaxing the bowels.
Poria cocos, with sweet and bland taste and neutral nature, enters heart, lung, spleen and kidney meridians. Has the functions of invigorating spleen, calming heart, promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness; the medical records in the treatise on the property of medicine have the functions of appetizing, relieving convulsion and soothing the nerves. Poria has effects in invigorating spleen, regulating stomach function, strengthening intestine, removing blood stasis, promoting diuresis, strengthening body resistance, eliminating pathogenic factors, tonifying body without beauty, and benefiting without fierce. Evaluation of compendium of materia Medica: poria cocos benefits spleen and stomach, excreting dampness and inducing diuresis, has a light and weak flavor and flavor, and its property ascends, produces body fluid, opens striae, nourishes water and reduces urination, so it belongs to yang, floats and ascends, and its property is also. The "seepage" of tuckahoe is similar to the function of spleen qi to ascend and clear, and is helpful for the spleen to absorb nutrients. The tuckahoe promotes urination, thereby discharging moisture in intestines and stomach, and playing the roles of strengthening spleen qi and smoothing defecation. This is in line with the Chinese traditional theory of inducing diuresis with defecation.
Fructus cannabis is sweet in taste and neutral in nature, has the functions of entering spleen, stomach and large intestine channels, has the functions of relaxing bowel, nourishing and tonifying deficiency, and is particularly suitable for the old, the lying-in woman and the constipation caused by intestinal dryness due to the deficiency of body fluid and blood. The records of the "pharmacy and medical records" are: ma ren can moisten intestine, moisten body and remove dryness, so it is indicated for constipation due to qi stagnation in large intestine. Pharmacological research shows that the fructus cannabis contains a large amount of fatty oil components, and plays a role in lubricating the intestinal tract; the fructus Cannabis extract can stimulate intestinal tract, activate intestinal tract secretion function, and increase intestinal tract peristalsis amplitude, so fructus Cannabis has effects of loosening bowel to relieve constipation.
Semen Pruni has pungent, bitter, sweet and neutral nature, and has effects of moistening and increasing fat, moistening intestine and relaxing bowels, and moistening middle-jiao and qi of large intestine, and can be used for treating fluid deficiency, intestinal dryness, constipation, flatulence, qi stagnation, food stagnation, edema of limbs, and dyschezia. The record of the prescription records that it is specially used for treating qi stagnation and dryness and unsmooth circulation of large intestine. It is recorded in Ben Cao Jing Shu that it is specialized in descending, directing the accumulation of large intestine dryness and benefiting the whole body of water and qi. Pharmacological research shows that the bunge cherry seeds contain bunge cherry seed glycosides, fatty oil, volatile organic acid, saponin, phytosterol and other components, can effectively promote gastrointestinal motility, lubricate intestinal tracts, accelerate excretion of feces in the intestinal tracts and play a role in relaxing bowels and purgation.
Peach kernel, semen Persicae is bitter and sweet in taste and neutral in nature, enters heart, liver and large intestine channels, and has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, moistening intestine and relaxing bowels. The book Ben Cao Yan Yi Bu Yi (supplement to the Yi) cites the cloud from Heart: peach kernel, semen Persicae has the effect of eliminating the hard lumps in blood and regulating menstruation, and is a deficient secret for the elderly. Tao ren is good at treating constipation due to intestinal dryness due to fluid deficiency, constipation due to blood deficiency, and constipation due to deficiency of the elderly. Peach kernel, semen Persicae is bitter in taste and can purge blood stasis, sweet, slow and moist and moisten intestine dryness, when treating habitual constipation, even if there is no obvious symptom of blood stasis, peach kernel is added properly based on syndrome differentiation treatment according to the theory of 'blood impairment into collaterals by long-term illness' to dissipate blood stasis and smooth qi movement, so that constipation can be removed. Pharmacological research shows that: peach kernel contains 45% of fatty oil, can improve the lubricity of intestinal content mucous membrane, and has the effects of improving blood flow blockage, blood circulation disorder and the like.
Siraitia grosvenorii is sweet in taste and cool in nature, and enters lung and large intestine meridians. Has the functions of moistening lung and relaxing bowels, dispersing lung qi, and moistening, and can promote the production of body fluid, moisten intestines and relax bowels, and treat constipation due to intestinal dryness. Pharmacological research shows that: the mogroside can promote the intestinal peristalsis of mice, remarkably reduce the ink propulsion rate of the mice with water-deprivation and dryness-accumulation type constipation, reduce the first defecation time and increase the defecation quantity and quality; the purgative action of the medicine is much more moderate than that of the laxative traditional Chinese medicines such as senna leaf, so the medicine is more suitable for treating the constipation of the old or the weak.
The dried orange peel is bitter and pungent in flavor and warm in nature, and enters spleen, stomach and lung meridians; the product has effects of dispersing qi, regulating qi-flowing, eliminating dampness and phlegm, inducing diuresis and relaxing bowels, and can be used for treating incoordination between spleen and stomach, abdominal pain, phlegm dampness obstructing lung, cough with excessive phlegm, dysuresia, and constipation. "Dachangchi Dachang Mi sai" recorded in Ben Cao gang mu (compendium of materia Medica) for treating pericarpium Citri Tangerinae; the ancient prescription containing dried orange peel can be used for treating constipation, which indicates that dried orange peel has the function of relaxing bowels. Pharmacological research shows that: the small dose of tangerine peel has no obvious influence on the intestinal propulsion movement of the mouse, and the large dose of tangerine peel can obviously accelerate the intestinal propulsion movement of the mouse; it is the main mechanism of the purgation action of dried orange peel to increase the intestinal contraction and promote the intestinal propulsion. For various diseases, the bitter orange peel can purge energy and dry, and the pungent orange peel can disperse energy and harmonize, so that the effect of regulating qi and drying dampness is taken to cooperate with the tuckahoe to play the role of invigorating spleen and remove the source of qi, fluid and body fluid stagnation; it can be used with Tao ren to moisten the blood in large intestine.
