具体实施方式
本发明总体上涉及一种包括发光部分的充电系统。发光部分可以在对齐电动车辆供电设备时帮助用户,特别是在低光或无光环境中。示例性电动车辆供电设备包括充电插头和充电端口,示例性低光环境可以包括昏暗停车场、夜间城市街道和黑暗住宅车库。
参考图1至图3,示例车辆10是包括牵引电池的插电式混合动力电动车辆(PHEV)。在另一示例中,车辆10是电池电动车辆(BEV)。
车辆10的动力分配动力系统使用第一驱动系统和第二驱动系统。第一和第二驱动系统产生扭矩以驱动一组或多组车辆驱动轮12。第一驱动系统包括内燃发动机和发电机的组合。第二驱动系统至少包括马达、发电机和牵引电池。

5.根据权利要求4所述的总成,其中所述外部环绕件和所述至少一个端子环绕件包括比所述底板更高百分比的发光树脂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的总成,其中所述端子区域的底板包括第一百分比的发光树脂,并且所述端子区域的端子环绕件包括第二不同百分比的发光树脂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的总成,其中包括在所述底板中的所述第一百分比的发光树脂标称为零。
8.根据权利要求1所述的总成,还包含具有发光树脂的边框,所述边框围绕所述电动车辆的充电端口的至少一部分。
9.根据权利要求1所述的总成,还包含将所述充电系统的充电插头连接到所述充电站的另一部分的电缆,其中所述电缆包括发光部分。
10.一种将电动车辆连接到外部充电站的方法,包含:
使用充电端口、充电插头或两者的发光部分使所述充电插头相对于所述充电端口对准,其中所述发光部分包含成型发光树脂;以及
将所述充电插头从与所述充电端口电断开的位置移动到与所述充电端口电连接的位置,其中当所述充电插头电连接到所述电动车辆的充电端口时所述发光部分被所述充电端口覆盖,并且当所述充电插头与所述充电端口电断开时所述发光部分的至少一部分被暴露。
