【背景技术】
失眠即睡眠失常,是由于情志、饮食内伤,或病后、年迈,禀赋不足、心虚胆怯等病因,引起心神失养或心神不安,从而导致经常不能获得正常睡眠为特征的一类病症,为临床的常见病症之一,表现为入睡困难、断断续续不连贯,过早醒来且醒后不能入睡,有睡眠不足、全身乏力、倦怠的感觉。失眠虽然不属于危重疾病,但会引起肠道菌群的不平衡,从而导致便秘、腹泻、色斑痤疮、机体免疫力下降等现象,妨碍了人们正常的工作、学习和健康,并会加重或诱发心悸、胸痹、眩晕、头痛或中风病等病症,顽固性的失眠,给病人带来长期的痛苦。而采用各种安眠药来治疗失眠,虽然初期可达到效果,但长期食用会对身体产生一定的副作用,引起医源性疾病。
而青钱柳不仅具有调节血糖、激活胰岛器官功能、促进血糖代谢、降血糖以及促进睡眠的功效,而且还能降低甘油三脂和胆固醇,是天然降血压、降血糖、降血脂、安神的食品,但由单一青钱柳炮制的茶,促进睡眠的效果体现的不明显。
因此,针对上述弊端,本发明选择多种中草药与青钱柳复配,研制出一种绿色安全、无毒副作用且促进睡眠效果明显的茶,在保存了中国传统茶文化习惯的基础上,实现有效促进睡眠的目的。

本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备方法。本发明具有促进睡眠作用的茶具有绿色安全、无毒副作用、安神定惊、养心开郁的特点,可有效促进睡眠,提高人的睡眠质量,且其制备方法简单、易于实施、效率高,可有效降低原料中有效成分的损失,进而提高原料的利用率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶,包括以下重量份的原料组分:凌云富硒青钱柳叶25-30份、腊梅花10-15份、远志9-13份、麦冬8-13份、合欢皮5-12份、酸枣仁5-12份、广木香3-10份、何首乌3-8份、山楂2-7份和葛根1-5份。
如上所述一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶,优选的,包括以下重量份的原料组分:凌云富硒青钱柳叶27份、腊梅花12份、远志11份、麦冬10份、合欢皮8份、酸枣仁8份、广木香7份、何首乌5份、山楂5份和葛根3份。
如上所述一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)凌云富硒青钱柳叶的制备:将完整、新鲜的凌云富硒青钱柳叶进行净洗后,按重量份计称取凌云富硒青钱柳叶,并将其置于恒温恒湿室内晾干10-12h,采用频率为1000-2000MHz的微波进行5-10min的杀青处理,将杀青后的凌云富硒青钱柳叶摊凉至25-30℃后揉捻至凌云富硒青钱柳叶的破碎率达8-12%,再次摊凉至室温并采用远红外进行干燥处理,即可得到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶;
(2)混合组分的制备:按重量份计,称取经过净洗后的腊梅花、远志、麦冬、合欢皮、酸枣仁、广木香、何首乌、山楂和葛根,将称取好的原料组分混合得到混合组分,采用真空冷冻法对混合组分进行干燥处理后粉碎过筛50目,按重量比1:3加入蒸馏水混合并采用微波提取15-20min后过滤的滤液,将滤液浓缩至密度为1.28-1.34g/mL,即得所述混合组分;
(3)将上述制备得到的混合组分均匀的喷洒到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶的表面上并静置30-40min后,采用微波进行干燥至含水量低于5%后分袋包装,即可得到本发明所述具有促进睡眠作用的茶。
优选的,步骤(1)中,所述干燥后凌云富硒青钱柳叶的含水量为12-15%。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述干燥后混合组分的含水量为50-55%。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述微波提取的功率150-200W。
优选的,步骤(3)中,所述分袋包装中每袋的重量为3-3.5g。
首先,本发明从提供一种绿色安全、无毒副作用且促进睡眠效果好的茶出发,针对性的添加了可与凌云富硒青钱柳叶产生协同作用,从而增强单一组分安神定惊、养心开郁效果的天然中草药,进而达到促进睡眠、提高睡眠质量的目的。其中,腊梅花、何首乌、麦冬和葛根协同作用可达到增强单一组分理气和胃、养阴生津效果的作用,从而可有效制约广木香和远志的缺点,有利于在保护人体的前提下增加对有效成分的吸收,进而提高本发明茶的促睡眠作用;而且青钱柳、腊梅花、合欢皮、酸枣仁、山楂、麦冬和葛根的甘味可有效中和远志、广木香和何首乌的苦涩味,同时,青钱柳、远志、广木香、合欢皮和何首乌的温性可有效中和腊梅花、葛根、麦冬和山楂的凉性,从而使本发明的茶具有性味平和的特点,因此,以上各个组分的相互作用,可有效提高本发明具有促进睡眠作用的茶的保健性。其次,经过本发明的方法制备得到的凌云富硒青钱柳叶具有更好的感官接受度,通过从凌云富硒青钱柳叶的形状、色泽及泡制得到的茶汤颜色和香气来进行感官评价得分超过93分,相比于由传统方法(自然晾干、滚筒杀青等)制备得到的凌云富硒青钱柳叶高8-10分;而且混合组分干燥后的含水量为50-55%,则便于提高超声波提取的效果,从而提高混合组分有效成分的提取率,其水浸出物的含量超过42%,大大提高了原料的利用率;因此,通过本发明的制备方法来进行原料处理,不仅可有效提高生产效率,而且可有效提高生产质量。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有促进睡眠作用的茶具有绿色安全、无毒副作用、安神定惊、养心开郁的特点,可有效促进睡眠,提高人的睡眠质量,且其制备方法简单、易于实施、效率高,可有效降低原料中有效成分的损失,进而提高原料的利用率。
【具体实施方式】
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
1.制备前准备
1)凌云富硒青钱柳叶的制备:按重量份计,称取完整、新鲜且经过净洗的凌云富硒青钱柳叶25份,将其置于恒温恒湿室内晾干10h,采用频率为1000MHz的微波进行5min的杀青处理,将杀青后的凌云富硒青钱柳叶摊凉至25℃后揉捻至凌云富硒青钱柳叶的破碎率达8%,再次摊凉至室温并采用远红外进行干燥处理至含水量为12%,即可得到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶。
2)混合组分的制备
(1)按重量份计,称取下列原料组分:
(2)将称取好的原料组分混合得到混合组分,采用真空冷冻法对混合组分进行干燥处理至含水量为50%后粉碎过筛50目,按重量比1:3加入蒸馏水混合并采用功率为150W的微波提取15min后过滤的滤液,将滤液浓缩至密度为1.28g/mL,即得所述混合组分。
2.将上述制备得到的凌云富硒青钱柳叶和混合组分按以下方法应用到本发明具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备中:将混合组分均匀的喷洒到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶的表面上并静置30min后,采用微波进行干燥至含水量低于5%后分袋包装,且每袋的重量为3g,即可得到本发明所述具有促进睡眠作用的茶。
实施例2
1.制备前准备
1)凌云富硒青钱柳叶的制备:按重量份计,称取完整、新鲜且经过净洗的凌云富硒青钱柳叶27份,将其置于恒温恒湿室内晾干11h,采用频率为1500MHz的微波进行8min的杀青处理,将杀青后的凌云富硒青钱柳叶摊凉至27℃后揉捻至凌云富硒青钱柳叶的破碎率达10%,再次摊凉至室温并采用远红外进行干燥处理至含水量为13%,即可得到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶。
2)混合组分的制备
(1)按重量份计,称取下列原料组分:
(2)将称取好的原料组分混合得到混合组分,采用真空冷冻法对混合组分进行干燥处理至含水量为53%后粉碎过筛50目,按重量比1:3加入蒸馏水混合并采用功率为170W的微波提取17min后过滤的滤液,将滤液浓缩至密度为1.30g/mL,即得所述混合组分。
2.将上述制备得到的凌云富硒青钱柳叶和混合组分按以下方法应用到本发明具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备中:将混合组分均匀的喷洒到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶的表面上并静置35min后,采用微波进行干燥至含水量低于5%后分袋包装,且每袋的重量为3.3g,即可得到本发明所述具有促进睡眠作用的茶。
实施例3
1.制备前准备
1)凌云富硒青钱柳叶的制备:按重量份计,称取完整、新鲜且经过净洗的凌云富硒青钱柳叶30份,将其置于恒温恒湿室内晾干12h,采用频率为2000MHz的微波进行10min的杀青处理,将杀青后的凌云富硒青钱柳叶摊凉至30℃后揉捻至凌云富硒青钱柳叶的破碎率达12%,再次摊凉至室温并采用远红外进行干燥处理至含水量为15%,即可得到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶。
2)混合组分的制备
(1)按重量份计,称取下列原料组分:
(2)将称取好的原料组分混合得到混合组分,采用真空冷冻法对混合组分进行干燥处理至含水量为55%后粉碎过筛50目,按重量比1:3加入蒸馏水混合并采用功率为200W的微波提取20min后过滤的滤液,将滤液浓缩至密度为1.34g/mL,即得所述混合组分。
2.将上述制备得到的凌云富硒青钱柳叶和混合组分按以下方法应用到本发明具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备中:将混合组分均匀的喷洒到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶的表面上并静置30-40min后,采用微波进行干燥至含水量低于5%后分袋包装,且每袋的重量为3.5g,即可得到本发明所述具有促进睡眠作用的茶。
效果验证:选取100名年龄为25-35之间的失眠症患者(患失眠均为1年左右,且男女各半)作为实验对象,将其平均分为5组,每组男女数目相同;以上述实施例1-3制备得到的茶作为实验组1-3,以仅由本发明的凌云富硒青钱柳叶经过粉碎过筛、干燥制备得到的茶作为对照组1,以与实施例1原料组分相同但由传统方法制备得到的茶作为对照组2;每组均口服对应的茶溶液(每组茶均为3g/袋,每次泡制1袋,每袋茶均加入500mL的热水进行泡制),2次/d,在其余条件一致的情况下治疗1周,且以1周为一个疗程,对各组茶的临床疗效进行测评(疗效评判标准见表1),结果见表2:

结合表1和表2可知,本发明制备得到的茶治疗失眠患者的总有效率为100%,比对照组1高10%,且其临床治愈率为90%以上,比对照组2高10%,由此可说明,本发明制备得到的茶治疗失眠效果显著,可有效促进人体睡眠,提高睡眠质量,具有一定的保健性。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料组分:凌云富硒青钱柳叶25-30份、腊梅花10-15份、远志9-13份、麦冬8-13份、合欢皮5-12份、酸枣仁5-12份、广木香3-10份、何首乌3-8份、山楂2-7份和葛根1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料组分:凌云富硒青钱柳叶27份、腊梅花12份、远志11份、麦冬10份、合欢皮8份、酸枣仁8份、广木香7份、何首乌5份、山楂5份和葛根3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)凌云富硒青钱柳叶的制备:将完整、新鲜的凌云富硒青钱柳叶进行净洗后,按重量份计称取凌云富硒青钱柳叶,并将其置于恒温恒湿室内晾干10-12h,采用频率为1000-2000MHz的微波进行5-10min的杀青处理,将杀青后的凌云富硒青钱柳叶摊凉至25-30℃后揉捻至凌云富硒青钱柳叶的破碎率达8-12%,再次摊凉至室温并采用远红外进行干燥处理,即可得到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶;
(2)混合组分的制备:按重量份计,称取经过净洗后的腊梅花、远志、麦冬、合欢皮、酸枣仁、广木香、何首乌、山楂和葛根,将称取好的原料组分混合得到混合组分,采用真空冷冻法对混合组分进行干燥处理后粉碎过筛50目,按重量比1:3加入蒸馏水混合并采用微波提取15-20min后过滤的滤液,将滤液浓缩至密度为1.28-1.34g/mL,即得所述混合组分;
(3)将上述制备得到的混合组分均匀的喷洒到所述凌云富硒青钱柳叶的表面上并静置30-40min后,采用微波进行干燥至含水量低于5%后分袋包装,即可得到本发明所述具有促进睡眠作用的茶。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述干燥后凌云富硒青钱柳叶的含水量为12-15%。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述干燥后混合组分的含水量为50-55%。
6.根据权利要求3所述一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述微波提取的功率150-200W。
7.根据权利要求3所述一种具有促进睡眠作用的茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述分袋包装中每袋的重量为3-3.5g。
