背景技术
裂纹漆可形成好看的裂纹,对物体表面具有保护及装饰作用,并且也提高了被装饰物体的产品附加值,从而得到了人们的广泛青睐,逐渐成为建筑装饰中常用的一种高档装修材料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,现提供一种裂纹漆及其制备方法,在干燥过程中自然产生类似于冰裂纹的效果,并貝有极好的防滑,抗刮耐磨性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种裂纹漆,由下列重量配比的原料制成: 聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂40份;醇酸树脂20份;气相二氧化硅6份;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.5份;钛白粉1.5份;润湿分散剂0.5份、TDI 三聚体1.5份、消泡剂1份。
所述裂纹漆的制备方法如下:包括以下步骤:按预定比例将裂解型引发剂,TDI 三聚体,聚氨酯稀释剂,润湿分散剂搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂,氨基树脂,消泡剂充分搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果为:提供的裂纹漆中包含醇酸树脂与TDI 三聚体,在裂纹漆使用时,醇酸树脂与TDI 三聚体快速反应产生内聚力,该内聚力致使由成膜物形成的漆膜开裂,同时其中的气相二氧化硅的收缩性拉裂下层未干透的底漆,从而形成皮革裂纹效果。

实施例1:
一种裂纹漆,由下列重量配比的原料制成: 聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂40份;醇酸树脂20份;气相二氧化硅6份;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.5份;钛白粉1.5份;润湿分散剂0.5份、TDI 三聚体1.5份、消泡剂1份。
所述裂纹漆的制备方法如下:包括以下步骤:按预定比例将裂解型引发剂,TDI 三聚体,聚氨酯稀释剂,润湿分散剂搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂,氨基树脂,消泡剂充分搅拌均匀即可。
