本公开涉及一种热交换器系统。
背景技术
在用于车辆的热交换器系统中,增压空气冷却器和油冷却器可安装在散热器的上游。在具体设置中,已通过增压空气冷却器或油冷却器的空气可通过散热器,因此,散热器取得的冷却效果可能欠佳。
发明内容
本公开的目的是出示一种热交换器系统,该热交换器系统配置为呈现增强的散热器性能。
根据本公开的一个方面,一种热交换器系统包括散热器。所述热交换器系统还包括增压空气冷却器。所述增压空气冷却器包括至少两个互相连接的芯体,所述至少两个互相连接的芯体包括:第一芯体,紧邻散热器安装在与空气流动方向相垂直的方向上并通常位于散热器的平面内,既不在散热器的上游也不在散热器的下游;以及第二芯体,与散热器成一定角度安装并在空气路径中位于散热器的上游,使来自第一芯体的空气输出不通过散热器。
由于通过所述增压空气冷却器芯体中的其中之一的空气不会通过散热器,所以到达散热器的空气已接收到的预热较少,因此可提高散热器的性能。通过本公开,可在该系统中使用更小的散热器来获得所期望的性能。
第一增压空气冷却器芯体可安装到散热器的一侧或者散热器的下方。第一芯体可安装在散热器的顶部。第一芯体和第二芯体可具有相同的尺寸。第二芯体部可与散热器成30°至60°范围内的一个角度。第二芯体部可与散热器成40°至50°范围内的一个角度。热交换器系统还可包括位于散热器上游的油冷却器。该油冷却器可相对于散热器倾斜。这意味着可使用更长的油冷却器,并且还意味着在增压空气冷却器与散热器之间具有更好的清洁通道。该油冷却器的倾斜角度可在5°至20°的范围内。该油冷却器的倾斜角度可在8°至12°的范围内。第二芯体可紧邻该油冷却器安装。第二芯体可安装在该油冷却器上方。所述至少两个互相连接的芯体可仅包括第一芯体和第二芯体。

如下,将参照图1至到图5描述本公开的实施例。
(比较例)
图1示出了非公路用车的热交换器系统。在车辆的发动机罩12下方,增压空气冷却器14和油冷却器16安装在散热器18的上游,散热器18本身在风扇20的上游。
增压空气冷却器14安装在油冷却器16上方。系统是紧凑的,但是到达散热器18的所有空气都已经要么通过了增压空气冷却器14、要么通过了油冷却器16。因此空气已被加热到一定程度,以至于散热器18取得的冷却效果可能欠佳。
(第一实施例)
该第一实施例的热交换器系统10包括散热器18、油冷却器16和多芯体增压空气冷却器(CAC,Charge Air Cooler)14。CAC 14包括两个相互连接的芯体14a、14b。系统10被布置成置于非公路用车的发动机罩或格栅12的下方。
图2为突出与比较例的差异的示意图。第一CAC芯体(第一芯体)14a被安装在散热器18的正上方,换句话说,第一CAC芯体14a被安装在与空气流动方向相垂直的方向上并通常位于该散热器18的平面中,这样它既不位于该散热器18的上游也不位于该散热器18的下游。第一CAC芯体14a在其输入端接收周围的未加热的空气,并且来自第一CAC芯体14a的输出被释放到散热器18的下游。
第二CAC芯体(第二芯体)14b仍然位于散热器18的上游,但是倾斜的。
油冷却器16也从散热器18倾斜,使得油冷却器16的上部比油冷却器16的下部更远离散热器18。
这种布置在图4中被更详细地示出。第二CAC芯体14b以与水平面成50°的角度向前倾斜。油冷却器16以与竖直方向成10°的角度向后倾斜。第一CAC芯体14a和第二CAC芯体14b是相同的。
图4示出了从风扇20向散热器18的下部区域和第一CAC芯体14a的上部区域延伸的护罩22。挡板24设置在第一CAC芯体14a的下边缘与第二CAC芯体14b的相邻侧之间,以便被第二CAC芯体14b和油冷却器16预热的空气,不能进入第一CAC芯体14a。在油冷却器16与散热器18之间设置罩26,以提高风扇20通过系统10抽吸空气的效率。
图3示出了第一CAC芯体14a和第二CAC芯体14b是如何相互连接的。在第一CAC芯体14a的一端处设有增压空气入口30,增压空气入口30通向增压空气冷却器入口箱32,增压空气冷却器入口箱32连接到增压空气芯体14a、14b的入口端。CAC芯体14a、14b的出口端连接到CAC出口箱34,CAC出口箱34通向增压空气出口36。
本实施例的多芯体增压空气冷却器14可改善散热器18以及系统10整体的性能。因为来自第一CAC 14a的空气不进入散热器18,所以散热器18接收较少的预热空气,因而其性能得到改善。性能的改善可使得,能够使用比在比较例中更小的散热器来实现相同或更佳的性能。油冷却器16的倾斜意味着油冷却器16与散热器18之间的区域更容易清洁,而且意味着油冷却器16可更高,以增加热交换的面积并因此再次改善热交换系统10的性能。
在所示的实施例中,存在完全闭合的挡板24。在其他实施例中挡板24可变化,并可以是部分或完全打开的(没有挡板),这样挡板的范围可用于进一步热平衡该系统。
尽管实施例示出了两个CAC芯体14a、14b,但在其它实施例中,可存在两个以上的芯体,特别是三个或四个芯体。

Claims (11)

1.一种热交换器系统,包括:
散热器(18);和
增压空气冷却器(14),其中
所述增压空气冷却器(14)包括至少两个互相连接的芯体,包括:
第一芯体(14a),紧邻散热器(18)安装在与空气流动方向相垂直的方向上并通常位于散热器(18)的平面内,既不在散热器(18)的上游也不在散热器(18)的下游,以及
第二芯体(14b),与散热器(18)成一定角度安装并在空气路径中位于散热器(18)的上游,使来自第一芯体(14a)的空气输出不通过散热器(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述第一芯体(14a)被安装在所述散热器(18)的顶部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述第一芯体(14a)和所述第二芯体(14b)具有相同的尺寸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述第二芯体(14b)与所述散热器(18)所成角度的范围为30°到60°。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述第二芯体(14b)与所述散热器(18)所成角度的范围为40°到50°。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的热交换器系统,还包括:
位于散热器(18)上游的油冷却器(16)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述油冷却器(16)相对于所述散热器(18)倾斜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述油冷却器(16)的倾斜角度在5°至20°的范围内。
9.根据权利要求7所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述油冷却器(16)的倾斜角度在8°至12°的范围内。
10.根据权利要求6所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述第二芯体(14b)安装在所述油冷却器(16)的上方。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的热交换器系统,其中,所述至少两个互相连接的芯体仅包括所述第一芯体(14a)和所述第二芯体(14b)。
