Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐油抗霉的防火涂料及其制备方法,所述涂料包含有以下重量份的原料:膨胀石墨:1~10份、氯化镁溶液:10~15份、氨水溶液:10~15份、酚醛树脂:15~20份、脲醛树脂:10~15份、钛白粉:2~5份、防火剂:1~3份、碳酸钙:5~10份、硅油:1~3份、溶剂丙酮:20~30份、增塑剂1~3份。按比例将称得的膨胀石墨浸泡在配置好的氯化镁溶液中,然后再滴入氨水溶液,静置;将酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、钛白粉、碳酸钙、防火剂和增塑剂充分研磨混合,过筛后慢慢加入上述溶液中,搅拌均匀;最后再中加入硅油和丙酮混合液,搅拌,分散搅匀。本发明的耐油抗霉防火涂料,防火性能好,耐油和抗霉性能优良,并且粘接性能强、不易脱落。

一种耐油抗霉防火涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐油抗霉的防火涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,石油化工生产、管道、储存设备火灾风险大、防火要求高,防火涂料能有效保护所涂表面,提高其耐火极限,从而为事故救援争取更多的时间,避免灾难性事故的发生,最大限度地保护人身和财产安全。但是,现有的防火涂料存在涂料膜面接触油品后易发霉变质,耐油性和塑性不能兼顾的问题,极易导致涂料表面因长期沾染油品,发生霉变等问题,从而影响涂料的防火性能。
CN201410391077.6公开了一种油烟机外壳用涂料及其制备方法,该专利利用环氧改性有机硅树脂和抗油剂结合,从而提高其涂料的耐油性能; CN201310259008.5公开了一种防火涂料,该专利利用丙烯酸酯树脂和一些无机环保的材料结合,使其满足防火要求的同时,也满足耐油耐水性要求;CN201611011176.2公开了一种高耐磨耐油防火涂料及其制备方法,该专利利用丙烯酸树脂和改性电气石粉以及偏高岭土结合,制备出膨胀型耐磨耐油防火涂料;虽然树脂类的涂料耐油性均得到了改善,但是使用范围均没有特指石化领域,因此无法验证其在石化领域的耐油效果,以及遇到油品后的粘结力和吸附力也有待考证。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种耐油抗霉防火涂料,不仅具有良好防火阻燃性、粘结性,而且具有较好的耐油性和塑性,能够在石油化工行业与油品接触频繁的场所使用而不变质。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐油抗霉的防火涂料,包含有以下重量份的原料:膨胀石墨:1~10份、氯化镁溶液:10~15份、氨水溶液:10~15份、酚醛树脂:15~20份、脲醛树脂:10~15份、钛白粉:2~5份、防火剂:1~3份、碳酸钙:5~10份、硅油:1~3份、溶剂丙酮:20~30份、增塑剂1~3份。
所述增塑剂为:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯或氯化石蜡。
所述钛白粉的型号为R818;所述防火剂的型号为国产的FR-2025。
所述的耐油抗霉防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份比例将称得的膨胀石墨在配置好的0.5mol/L氯化镁溶液中浸泡2h~3h,然后再滴入已配置好的1mol/L氨水溶液,然后静置2h~3h;
(2)将酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、钛白粉、碳酸钙、防火剂和增塑剂按比例充分研磨混合,过150目筛,然后慢慢加入步骤(1)所得溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
(3)最后向步骤(2)的混合料中加入硅油和丙酮的混合液,在1000转/分下搅拌30min~45min,分散搅匀后即得耐油抗霉防火涂料。
与现有涂料相比,本发明的有益效果如下
本发明的耐油抗霉防火涂料,防火隔热性能好,具有优异的耐油性、抗霉性和阻燃性等优点,并且材料价格低廉和易获得,制作过程方便,其中,氨水和氯化镁溶液在常温下反应制得的氢氧化镁与防火剂配合使用,使防火效果达到防火要求,经氧炔火焰燃烧试验,在10分钟未然,而一般情况下,火焰的燃烧温度远低于氧炔火焰的温度,因此本品具有优良的防火性能;同时,添加膨胀石墨,可以有效地增强涂料的粘结力和吸附力,不易受环境湿度影响而发生脱落现象,另外,本产品中还添加脲醛树脂,故能有效提高涂料的耐油性和抗霉性,将含有蓖麻油的纱布放置在刷涂本品的小钢板上,并放入温度为40±2℃,湿度为90~95%的控制室中24小时后,把去除纱布的小钢板取出,常温下放置2小时后,将表面擦拭干净,涂料表面没有发生软化或隆起现象,因此本品具有较好阿的耐油性能;产品中的各种原料在市场上都可按名称或型号购得。
具体实施方式
为了使公众更好地理解本发明,现对具体实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种耐油抗霉的防火涂料,其特征在于它包含有以下重量份的原料:膨胀石墨:5份、氯化镁溶液:12份、氨水溶液:12份、酚醛树脂:17份、脲醛树脂:12份、钛白粉:3份、防火剂:2份、碳酸钙:7份、硅油:2份、溶剂丙酮:25份、增塑剂2份。
所述的新型耐油抗霉防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份比例将称得的膨胀石墨浸泡在配置好的0.5mol/L氯化镁溶液中2h~3h,然后再滴入已配置好的1mol/L氨水溶液,然后静置2h~3h;
(2)将酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、钛白粉、碳酸钙、防火剂和增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯充分研磨混合,过150目筛,然后慢慢加入步骤(1)所得溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
(3)最后向步骤(2)的混合料中加入硅油和丙酮的混合液,在1000转/分下搅拌30min,分散搅匀后即得。
实施例2
一种耐油抗霉的防火涂料,其特征在于它包含有以下重量份的原料:膨胀石墨:10份、氯化镁溶液:15份、氨水溶液:15份、酚醛树脂:20份、脲醛树脂:15份、钛白粉:5份、防火剂:3份、碳酸钙:10份、硅油:3份、溶剂丙酮:30份、增塑剂3份。
所述的新型耐油抗霉防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份比例将称得的膨胀石墨浸泡在配置好的0.5mol/L氯化镁溶液中2h~3h,然后再滴入已配置好的1mol/L氨水溶液,然后静置2h~3h;
(2)将酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、钛白粉、碳酸钙、防火剂和增塑剂磷酸三苯酯充分研磨混合,过150目筛,然后慢慢加入步骤(1)所得溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
(3)最后向步骤(2)的混合料中加入硅油和丙酮的混合液,在1000转/分下搅拌35min,分散搅匀后即得。
实施例3
一种耐油抗霉的防火涂料,其特征在于它包含有以下重量份的原料:膨胀石墨:1份、氯化镁溶液:10份、氨水溶液:10份、酚醛树脂:15份、脲醛树脂:10份、钛白粉:2份、防火剂:1份、碳酸钙:5份、硅油:1份、溶剂丙酮:20份、增塑剂1份。
所述的新型耐油抗霉防火涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
1)按上述重量份比例将称得的膨胀石墨浸泡在配置好的0.5mol/L氯化镁溶液中2h~3h,然后再滴入已配置好的1mol/L氨水溶液,然后静置2h~3h;

(3)最后向步骤(2)的混合料中加入硅油和丙酮的混合液,在1000转/分下搅拌45min,分散搅匀后即得。
上述任一实施实例中所述的防火涂料,所述防火剂的型号为国产的FR-2025;按型号及名称在市场上可以购买到。
上述任一实施实例中所述的防火涂料,上述所述的防火涂料,所述钛白粉的型号为R818;按型号及名称在市场上可以购买到。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,应当理解,本发明的构思可以按其他种种形式实施运用,它们同样落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐油抗霉防火涂料,其特征在于,包含有以下重量份的原料:膨胀石墨:1~10份、氯化镁溶液:10~15份、氨水溶液:10~15份、酚醛树脂:15~20份、脲醛树脂:10~15份、钛白粉:2~5份、防火剂:1~3份、碳酸钙:5~10份、硅油:1~3份、溶剂丙酮:20~30份、增塑剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐油抗霉防火涂料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯或氯化石蜡。
3.一种耐油抗霉防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例将称得的膨胀石墨在配置好的氯化镁溶液中浸泡2h~3h,然后再滴入氨水溶液,然后静置2h~3h;
(2)将酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、钛白粉、碳酸钙、防火剂和增塑剂按比例充分研磨混合,过150目筛,然后慢慢加入步骤(1)所得溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合料中加入硅油和丙酮混合液,在1000转/分下搅拌30min~45min,分散搅匀,即得耐油抗霉防火涂料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐油抗霉防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,各原料的重量份比例为:膨胀石墨:1~10份、氯化镁溶液:10~15份、氨水溶液:10~15份、酚醛树脂:15~20份、脲醛树脂:10~15份、钛白粉:2~5份、防火剂:1~3份、碳酸钙:5~10份、硅油:1~3份、溶剂丙酮:20~30份、增塑剂1~3份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐油抗霉防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述氯化镁溶液的浓度为0.5mol/L;所述氨水溶液的浓度为1mol/L。
