技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,是一种防火涂料。
背景技术
随着有机合成材料的大量应用,其易燃的性能也日益突出。含卤素等难燃化的有机聚合物往往导致材料的物性变劣,使用寿命缩短、价格提高。采取在其表面涂覆防火涂料的办法来进行防火保护,不但能保持原来有机合成材料的优良能,而且经济适用。防火涂料在有机合成材料上的应用也有广阔的前景。此外,普通钢材被加热至540℃左右即丧失了结构强度。混凝土结构在高温火焰作用下也容易开裂崩解。因此,对钢铁结构和混凝土结构进行防火保护,使它们在火灾发生时能延长发生变形破坏的时间,为灭火赢得时间,减少火灾损失,受到人们很大的重视。防火涂料在钢铁结构和水泥结构上的应用正在扩大。
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是为解决上述现有防火涂料成本高,功能不全面性能较差等问题,提供一种成本低廉,性能优异,功能全面的防火涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一个技术方案提供了一种防火涂料,包括如下质量百分含量的物质:纤维素醚20%,FEVE 氟碳树脂20%,玻璃珠15%,颜料35%,聚磷酸铵10%,固化剂10%,酚基丙烷环氧树脂30%,季戊四醇9%,膨胀石墨10%,其余为溶剂。
所述的固化剂为二甲基苯胺。
所述的溶剂为正丁醇和醋酸异丙酯。
本发明中各物质配合取得了较好的效果,防火性能更好,应用范围更广。本发明采用FEVE 氟碳树脂与酚基丙烷环氧树脂配合,本发明产品中含有脂肪族羟基、醚基和极活泼的环氧基,还含有氟烯烃与烷基乙烯基等,它对大部分材料如木材、金属、玻璃、塑料、橡胶、皮革、陶瓷、纤维等都有良好的粘接力。固化后的产品,具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性、耐热性、耐酸碱性及良好的电绝缘性,具有良好的附着力、防腐蚀性和机械强度;本发明具有极佳的封闭性,阻燃成分不会迁移到涂层面,因此其防火性能受时间和环境的影响较小。特别是在爆炸发生后,能保持完好并粘附在基材上,较传统膨胀型防火油漆更适用于海上石油平台、油田、炼油厂及石化厂等。本发明产品中,环氧树脂等可以作为膨胀型防火油漆的成炭剂( 碳源)。传统理论认为,成炭剂是形成不易燃的泡沫炭化层的物质基础,对泡沫炭化层起着骨架作用,它们是一些含高碳的多羟基化合物。大量实验证实,环氧树脂可以作为成炭剂,也可以与脱水催化剂反应生成多孔结构的炭化层。成膜性好,目前国内所使用的膨胀型防火油漆的有些活性成分在潮湿条件下会慢慢析出,影响了防火效果。本发明产品封闭性好,不让活性成分析出,能够很好保持防火油漆耐久性和耐候性,具有更好的耐腐蚀性,而且质量轻。此外,本发明产品具有优异的抗冲击强度、粘结力及抗潮性能,还可应用于一些室内场所如游泳池、浴池及高层建筑等。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例来进一步说明本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
以100kg 产品计,纤维素醚20kg,FEVE 氟碳树脂20kg,玻璃珠15kg,颜料35kg,聚
磷酸铵10kg,固化剂10kg,酚基丙烷环氧树脂30kg,季戊四醇9kg,膨胀石墨10kg,其余为溶剂。溶剂a 优选醋酸异丙酯,溶剂b 优选正丁醇。固化剂为二甲基苯胺。
步骤1 :将玻璃珠,颜料,聚磷酸铵,固化剂,与溶剂a 进行混合,搅拌均匀后,进行
高速研磨,至细度15-20μm,得到色浆;
步骤2 :将纤维素醚,FEVE 氟碳树脂,酚基丙烷环氧树脂与溶剂b 进行混合,搅拌均
匀后加入步骤1 制得的色浆,高速分散15-20 分钟,过滤,即为本发明产品。

1.一种新型防火材料,其特征是,包括如下质量百分含量的物质:纤维素醚20%,FEVE 氟碳树脂20%,玻璃珠15%,颜料35%,聚磷酸铵10%,固化剂10%,酚基丙烷环氧树脂30%,季戊四醇9%,膨胀石墨10%,其余为溶剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型防火材料,其特征是:所述的固化剂为二甲基苯胺。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型防火材料,其特征是:所述的溶剂为正丁醇和醋酸异丙酯。
