本发明涉及一种防火涂料,所述防火涂料由下述重量份的各组分制成:填料50‑60份、环氧树脂30‑40份、FEVE氟碳树脂10‑20份、固化剂10~16份、溶剂10‑20份、聚磷酸铵10‑20份和发泡剂三聚氰胺10‑16份。本发明的优点在于:本发明中各物质配合取得了较好的效果,防火性能更好,应用范围更广,它对大部分材料如木材、金属、玻璃、塑料、橡胶、皮革、陶瓷、纤维等都有良好的粘接力,固化后的产品,具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性、耐热性、耐酸碱性及良好的电绝缘性,具有良好的附着力、防腐蚀性和机械强度;且以水为溶剂,在生产和使用过程中的VOC远远低于溶剂型油漆,因此该防火涂料更为节省资源、降低污染、低毒环保。

技术领域
本发明属于防火技术领域,特别涉及一种防火涂料。
背景技术
膨胀型防火涂料是目前应用最为广泛的防火涂料种类,膨胀型防火涂料成膜后,在常温下是普通的漆膜,在火焰或高温作用下,涂层发生膨胀炭化,形成一个比原来厚度大几十倍甚至几百倍的不燃的蜂窝泡沫状炭质层,阻火模块可以切断外界火源对基材的加热,从而起到阻燃作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有性能优异、功能全面且具有环保低毒效果的防火涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种防火涂料,其创新点在于:所述防火涂料由下述重量份的各组分制成:填料50-60份、环氧树脂30-40份、FEVE氟碳树脂10-20份、固化剂 10 ~ 16份、溶剂10-20份、聚磷酸铵10-20份和发泡剂三聚氰胺10-16份。
进一步地,所述固化剂为环氧固化剂。
进一步地,所述溶剂为水。
本发明的优点在于:本发明中各物质配合取得了较好的效果,防火性能更好,应用范围更广,本发明采 用 FEVE 氟碳树脂与环氧树脂配合,本发明产品中含有脂肪族羟基、醚基和极活泼 的环氧基,还含有氟烯烃与烷基乙烯基等,它对大部分材料如木材、金属、玻璃、塑料、橡胶、 皮革、陶瓷、纤维等都有良好的粘接力,固化后的产品,具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性、耐热性、 耐酸碱性及良好的电绝缘性,具有良好的附着力、防腐蚀性和机械强度 ;本发明具有极佳的封闭性,阻燃成分不会迁移到涂层面,因此其防火性能受时间和环境的影响较小;且以水为溶剂,在生产和使用过程中的VOC远远低于溶剂型油漆,因此该防火涂料更为节省资源、降低污染、低毒环保。

本发明防火涂料,所述防火涂料由下述重量份的各组分制成:填料50-60份、环氧树脂30-40份、FEVE氟碳树脂10-20份、固化剂 10 ~ 16份、溶剂10-20份、聚磷酸铵10-20份和发泡剂三聚氰胺10-16份。
作为实施例,更具体的实施方式为固化剂为环氧固化剂,溶剂为水。
实施例1
本实施例防火涂料,所述防火涂料由下述重量份的各组分制成:填料50份、环氧树脂40份、FEVE氟碳树脂20份、环氧固化剂 16份、水20份、聚磷酸铵20份和发泡剂三聚氰胺16份。
实施例2
本实施例防火涂料,所述防火涂料由下述重量份的各组分制成:填料60份、环氧树脂30份、FEVE氟碳树脂10份、环氧固化剂 10 份、水10份、聚磷酸铵10份和发泡剂三聚氰胺10份。
实施例3
本实施例防火涂料,所述防火涂料由下述重量份的各组分制成:填料55份、环氧树脂35份、FEVE氟碳树脂15份、环氧固化剂 13份、水15份、聚磷酸铵15份和发泡剂三聚氰胺13份。
