背景技术
阻燃剂是一种赋予易燃聚合物难燃性的功能性助剂,主要是针对高分子材料的阻燃设计的。其中,阻燃剂有多种类型,其按使用方法的不同可分为添加型阻燃剂和反应型阻燃剂。
传统的溴锑阻燃剂使用最为广泛,然而问题也随之而来。用于生产溴锑阻燃剂的原料十溴二苯醚和三氧化二锑的价格均较为昂贵,且上述阻燃剂在燃烧时会产生刺激性气味的浓烟,容易对逃生者的呼吸道造成损坏,影响逃生者的身心健康。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种复合型阻燃材料、其制备方法及其应用,该新型阻燃材料具有生产成本低、燃烧时无味无烟以及难燃隔热的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种复合型阻燃材料,以重量份数计,包括如下成份:纯净水10~20份,多聚磷酸铵20~30份、三聚磷酸铝10~15份,四溴苯酐15~20份,环状磷酸酯 30~40份、三氧化二锑10~20份,氯化铝5~10份,氯化镁5~10份,氨水20~30 份,二氧化钛10~15份,乳液40~50份,增稠剂1~2份。
作为优选,以重量份数计,所述的新型阻燃材料包括如下成份:纯净水13~16 份,多聚磷酸铵24~28份、三聚磷酸铝11~14份,四溴苯酐17~19份,环状磷酸酯32~36份、三氧化二锑12~17份,氯化铝6~8份,氯化镁6~9份,氨水24~28 份,二氧化钛11~14份,乳液43~47份,增稠剂1.2~1.8份。

(1)于容器中加入纯净水与多聚磷酸铵,搅拌,得多聚磷酸铵浊液;
(2)于多聚磷酸铵浊液依次加入环状磷酸酯、三聚磷酸铝、四溴苯酐、三氧化二锑、氯化铝、氯化镁、二氧化钛、氨水以及乳液,充分搅拌,过滤,得阻燃组合物;
(3)于阻燃组合物中加入增稠剂,即得所述的新型阻燃材料。
本发明还提供所述的新型阻燃材料在木材阻燃处理上的应用。
本发明还提供所述的新型阻燃材料在织物阻燃处理上的应用。

复合型阻燃材料的制备方法参照实施例1。
对比例2
一种复合型阻燃材料,以重量份数计,包括如下成份:纯净水15份、三氧化二锑14份,氯化铝7份,氯化镁7份,三聚磷酸铝12份,四溴苯酐18份,氨水26份,二氧化钛12份,乳液45份,增稠剂1.5份。
复合型阻燃材料的制备方法参照实施例1。
Claims (9)
1.一种复合型阻燃材料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括如下成份:纯净水10~20份,三聚磷酸铝10~15份,四溴苯酐15~20份,多聚磷酸铵20~30份、环状磷酸酯30~40份、三氧化二锑10~20份,氯化铝5~10份,氯化镁5~10份,氨水20~30份,二氧化钛10~15份,乳液40~50份,增稠剂1~2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种复合型阻燃材料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括如下成份:纯净水13~16份,三聚磷酸铝11~14份,四溴苯酐17~19份,多聚磷酸铵24~28份、环状磷酸酯32~36份、三氧化二锑12~17份,氯化铝6~8份,氯化镁6~9份,氨水24~28份,二氧化钛11~14份,乳液43~47份,增稠剂1.2~1.8份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种复合型阻燃材料,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括如下成份:纯净水15份,三聚磷酸铝12份,四溴苯酐18份,多聚磷酸铵25份、环状磷酸酯34份、三氧化二锑14份,氯化铝7份,氯化镁7份,氨水26份,二氧化钛12份,乳液45份,增稠剂1.5份。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种复合型阻燃材料,其特征在于,多聚磷酸铵为经密胺树脂包覆的包覆型多聚磷酸铵。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种复合型阻燃材料,其特征在于,所述乳液为EVA乳液。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种复合型阻燃材料,其特征在于,增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
7.如权利要求3所述的复合型阻燃材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)于容器中加入纯净水与多聚磷酸铵,搅拌,得多聚磷酸铵浊液;
(2)于多聚磷酸铵浊液依次加入环状磷酸酯、三聚磷酸铝、四溴苯酐、三氧化二锑、氯化铝、氯化镁、二氧化钛、氨水以及乳液,充分搅拌,过滤,得阻燃组合物;
(3)于阻燃组合物中加入增稠剂,即得所述的新型阻燃材料。
8.如权利要求1~6所述的复合型阻燃材料在木材阻燃处理上的应用。
9.如权利要求1~6所述的复合型阻燃材料在织物阻燃处理上的应用。
