Abstract
本发明公开了一种橡胶鞋中底配方,由以下原料制成:纯天然橡胶1000g;日本产微晶物理发泡剂60g;抗氧化剂15g;氧化锌160g;滑石粉200g;钛白粉200g;DM9801增塑剂30g;硬脂酸20g;CFP发泡剂1.5g;硫磺20g;耐黄变剂10g。其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)炼胶;(2)配鞋帮和鞋大底;(3)胶料入模;(4)公母模配对;(5)加热公模和母模;(6)完成发泡;(7)降温;(8)开模;(9)鞋子修饰;(10)包装。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:无污染性,具有较为舒适的硬度,降低劳动强度,提高劳动生产效率,人力成本较低。穿着该类型的鞋子中底产品,具有耐低温,回弹性高,抗疲劳,静音,无胶水绿色环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底,尤其涉及一种橡胶鞋中底配方及其生产工艺。
背景技术
橡胶用在制造鞋子的外底已有近百年历史,也有用橡胶进行鞋子帮底成型的,但其基本原理都是通过制造胶条将鞋底与鞋帮通过初步粘合,再在高温高压的硫化罐中进行二次硫化,使得帮底产生较为牢固的结合。而橡胶也有被用来进行制造鞋子中底,暨将橡胶料与发泡剂等相关助剂以一定配方复合制成胶条,包裹在内底布中,置于鞋外底上方的鞋腔内,与鞋子一起在硫化罐中二次硫化反应做成橡胶海绵,而海绵不具有粘合橡胶外底和鞋帮的功能。由本配方做成的发泡鞋中底一次性将成型鞋外底与鞋帮套结合成成型鞋子,该中底完全替代了胶黏剂。并使得帮底结合牢度达到国家鞋子的剥离强度要求。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种橡胶鞋中底配方及其生产工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种橡胶鞋中底配方,其特征在于:由以下原料制成:
纯天然橡胶1000g;
日本产微晶物理发泡剂60g;
抗氧化剂15g;
氧化锌160g;
滑石粉200g;
钛白粉200g;
DM9801增塑剂30g;
硬脂酸20g;
CFP发泡剂1.5g;
硫磺20g;
耐黄变剂10g。
上述胶料经过混炼、精炼成为鞋中底所需的配料。
一种橡胶鞋中底配方的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)炼胶:纯天然橡胶1000g;日本产微晶物理发泡剂60g;抗氧化剂15g;氧化锌160g;滑石粉200g;钛白粉200g;DM9801增塑剂30g;硬脂酸20g;CFP发泡剂1.5g;硫磺20g;耐黄变剂10g进行混合、混炼、精炼,将混合物制成半流体的橡胶,供发泡使用;
(2)配鞋帮和鞋大底:将制成的鞋帮套楦拉帮,作为公模,拉帮时,子口线与发泡结合位置必须对准,误差不大于0.1mm,再预先将制成的大底置放到鞋底母模中,鞋底花纹侧与母模花纹对准,达到完全配合;以备鞋帮底成型所用;
(3)胶料入模:将上述混炼的橡胶物料按照每款鞋底所需的重量均匀地放进大底母模具腔,即大底的上层;
(4)公母模配对:将公模与母模完全按照鞋号匹配后,进行密封配合,检查模具配合没有误差要求鞋腔;
(5)加热:公模、母模分别通电加热,使模具腔温度达到200-230℃(款式不同温度可适当调整),加热时间10-15min;
(6)完成发泡:置入鞋模腔的胶料在高温高压的作用下,发泡剂中将鞋帮和鞋大底有机粘接成所需的成鞋(模具相关位置设计有自动排气装置,气体成分主要为二氧化碳和水蒸汽,无毒无味),发泡时间10-15min;
(7)降温:采用通风与冷水冷却的方法,降温约20min,使鞋模降低温度到58-62℃;
(8)开模:自动开启模具,置入鞋腔的胶料经过发泡成为所需的鞋子中底,即完整的鞋子成型结束;
(9)鞋子修饰:由质检员进行外观检查,清楚多余胶料,质检;
(10)包装。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:
1、使用该配方制成的鞋子中底,代替了具有污染性的冷黏胶水,具有较为舒适的硬度,一般为邵氏硬度45-50邵尔,密度在3-5g/cm3范围可根据需求进行调整。由该中底制成的鞋子,大大降低劳动者的劳动强度,生产过程可进一步实行机器人自动操作。
2、由于操作过程可完全实行机器化标准操作,可大大提高劳动生产效率。该鞋底使用相配套的专用设备,每个操作人员同时可以操作5-6台设备,人力成本较低。
3、穿着该类型的鞋子中底产品,具有耐低温,回弹性高,抗疲劳,静音,无胶水绿色环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
本发明一种橡胶鞋中底配方,其特征在于:由以下原料制成:
纯天然橡胶1000g;
日本产微晶物理发泡剂60g;
抗氧化剂15g;
氧化锌160g;
滑石粉200g;
钛白粉200g;
DM9801增塑剂30g;
硬脂酸20g;
CFP发泡剂1.5g;
硫磺20g;
耐黄变剂10g。
上述胶料经过混炼、精炼成为鞋中底所需的配料。

1.一种橡胶鞋中底配方,其特征在于:由以下原料制成:
纯天然橡胶1000g;
微晶物理发泡剂60g;
抗氧化剂15g;
氧化锌160g;
滑石粉200g;
钛白粉200g;
DM9801增塑剂30g;
硬脂酸20g;
CFP发泡剂1.5g;
硫磺20g;
耐黄变剂10g。
2.一种橡胶鞋中底配方的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)炼胶:纯天然橡胶1000g;日本产微晶物理发泡剂60g;抗氧化剂15g;氧化锌160g;滑石粉200g;钛白粉200g;DM9801增塑剂30g;硬脂酸20g;CFP发泡剂1.5g;硫磺20g;耐黄变剂10g进行混合、混炼、精炼,将混合物制成半流体的橡胶,供发泡使用;
(2)配鞋帮和鞋大底:将制成的鞋帮套楦拉帮,作为公模,拉帮时,子口线与发泡结合位置必须对准,误差不大于0.1mm,再预先将制成的大底置放到鞋底母模中,鞋底花纹侧与母模花纹对准,达到完全配合;以备鞋帮底成型所用;
(3)胶料入模:将上述混炼的橡胶物料按照每款鞋底所需的重量均匀地放进大底母模具腔,即大底的上层;
(4)公母模配对:将公模与母模完全按照鞋号匹配后,进行密封配合,检查模具配合没有误差要求鞋腔;
(5)加热:公模、母模分别通电加热,使模具腔温度达到200-230℃,加热时间10-15min;
(6)完成发泡:置入鞋模腔的胶料在高温高压的作用下,发泡剂中将鞋帮和鞋大底有机粘接成所需的成鞋,发泡时间10-15min;
(7)降温:采用通风与冷水冷却的方法,降温约20min,使鞋模降低温度到58-62℃;
(8)开模:自动开启模具,置入鞋腔的胶料经过发泡成为所需的鞋子中底,即完整的鞋子成型结束;
(9)鞋子修饰:由质检员进行外观检查,清除多余胶料,质检;
(10)包装。
