本发明公开了一种柴油降凝剂,其由以下质量百分比的组分制成:23~25%醋酸乙烯,1~2%偶氮二异丁腈,1~3%聚乙二醇,余量汽油。本发明的柴油降凝剂,对其合成原料进行了优化改进,原料简单易得,成本低,产品具备较多的极性基团,降凝效果显著,应用范围广,稳定性好,使用剂量小,值得推广应用。本发明还公开了一种柴油降凝剂在柴油中的应用,使用方便,添加量小。

一种柴油降凝剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种柴油添加剂,尤其是涉及一种柴油降凝剂及其应用。
背景技术
柴油成分中的正构烷烃溶解度低,随着温度持续降低,正构烷烃将先以蜡结晶聚集的状态析出或者凝固,进而形成针状结晶体,相邻分子相互交联,最终形成网状结构,致使柴油油品的低温流动性能降低。为改善柴油的低温流动性能,通常在柴油中添加柴油降凝剂,现有的柴油降凝剂种类繁多,但降凝效果均不理想。
例如,美国专利U.S.P4022590中介绍了α-烯烃均聚或共聚物也被用作降凝剂,该降凝剂的使用效果与聚合物中酯的组成和酯基侧链平均碳数有关,其单一性高,在应用中必须注意其选择性,导致这类降凝剂的普适性也不高,而且对于柴油冷滤点的降低幅度也不大。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术的柴油降凝剂所存在的上述技术问题,提供了一种降凝效果显著,应用范围广,稳定性好,使用剂量小,成本低的柴油降凝剂。
本发明还提供了一种柴油降凝剂的应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种柴油降凝剂,其由以下质量百分比的组分制成:23~25%醋酸乙烯,1~2%偶氮二异丁腈,1~3%聚乙二醇,余量汽油。本发明提供了一种柴油降凝剂,对其合成原料进行了优化改进,原料简单易得,成本低,柴油降凝剂具备较多的极性基团,降凝效果显著,应用范围广,适合各规格型号柴油,稳定性好,使用剂量小,其中汽油为市售的各种型号汽油,无特殊要求,其合成方法为:将各原料按配比混合后置于原料罐中储存,在第一反应釜中通入乙烯赶尽空气后,将原料罐中的反应原料投至第一反应釜中直至原料占第一反应釜体积的60~70%,通入乙烯使第一反应釜内压力为7.8~8MPa,升温至60~65℃保持恒温1~1.5h,反应粗产物从第一反应釜的釜口溢出至第二反应釜,第二反应釜内压力通过乙烯保持在7.8~8MPa,第二反应釜内温度为60~65℃,保持恒温反应1~1.5h后将反应产物通入高压分离器进行气液分离,分离得到的液体流入蒸馏塔进行蒸馏,得到的剩余物即为柴油降凝剂。
一种柴油降凝剂在柴油中的应用,将柴油降凝剂与市售柴油按质量比为1:(500~1000)混合均匀配制成预配液,然后将预配液根据柴油降凝剂:需要降凝的柴油质量比为(1~1.5):1000的配比,加入到需要降凝的柴油中搅拌均匀即可。需要降凝的柴油与用于配制预配液的市售柴油为同一规格型号。
作为优选,步骤(2)中,预配液的配制温度为20~40℃。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:提供了一种柴油降凝剂,对其合成原料进行了优化改进,原料简单易得,成本低,产品具备较多的极性基团,降凝效果显著,应用范围广,稳定性好,使用剂量小,值得推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种柴油降凝剂,其由以下质量百分比的组分制成:23%醋酸乙烯,1%偶氮二异丁腈,1%聚乙二醇,余量汽油。
实施例2
一种柴油降凝剂,其由以下质量百分比的组分制成:25%醋酸乙烯,2%偶氮二异丁腈,3%聚乙二醇,余量汽油。
实施例3
一种柴油降凝剂,其由以下质量百分比的组分制成:24.5%醋酸乙烯,1.4%偶氮二异丁腈,1.5%聚乙二醇,余量汽油。
本发明的柴油降凝剂的具体应用方法为:将本发明的柴油降凝剂与市售柴油按质量比为1:500~1000混合均匀配制成预配液,然后将预配液根据柴油降凝剂:需要降凝的柴油质量比为(1~1.5):1000的配比,加入到需要降凝的柴油中搅拌均匀即可,需要降凝的柴油与用于配制预配液的市售柴油为同一规格型号。
以市售0#柴油为对比例,再分别将各实施例得到的柴油降凝剂与0#柴油按质量比为1:500混合均匀配制成预配液,然后将预配液根据柴油降凝剂:0#柴油质量比为1:1000的配比,加入到0#柴油中搅拌均匀,测定0#柴油的冷滤点,结果如下:
对比例(℃):-3℃;
实施例1(℃):-14℃;
实施例2(℃):-17℃;
实施例3(℃):-15℃。
从上述结果可知,添加各实施例中的柴油降凝剂后的市售0#柴油,冷滤点均明显低于未添加柴油降凝剂的市售0#柴油,说明本发明的柴油降凝剂降凝效果显著。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

1.一种柴油降凝剂,其特征在于,其由以下质量百分比的组分制成:23~25%醋酸乙烯,1~2%偶氮二异丁腈,1~3%聚乙二醇,余量汽油。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的柴油降凝剂在柴油中的应用,其特征在于,将柴油降凝剂与市售柴油按质量比为1:(500~1000)混合均匀配制成预配液,然后将预配液根据柴油降凝剂:需要降凝的柴油质量比为(1~1.5):1000的配比,加入到需要降凝的柴油中搅拌均匀即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柴油降凝剂在柴油中的应用,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,预配液的配制温度为20~40℃。
