Abstract

本申请公开了一种高层间结合力的碳纤维毡‑碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法,属于碳纤维复合材料制备领域。该制备方法包括步骤:1)、将碳纤维毡进行水蒸气活化;2)、将活化后的碳纤维毡在环氧树脂固化体系中充分浸渍;3)、将充分浸渍的碳纤维毡与碳纤维布层叠,通过压辊轧压,得到预浸渍布;4)、将预浸渍布放入真空灌注设备,然后抽真空‑灌入环氧树脂固化体系‑加热固化‑脱模,得到碳纤维毡‑碳纤维布复合材料。本发明利用高活性碳纤维毡替代传统工艺中碳纤维活化工艺,综合提高了碳纤维材料的拉伸、剪切强度,同时也降低了碳纤维复合材料的成本。

Description

碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本申请属于新型高分子材料领域,特别是涉及一种碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
碳纤维(carbon fiber,简称CF),是一种含碳量在95%以上的高强度、高模量纤维的新型纤维材料。碳纤维具有耐腐蚀、强度大、高模量,密度低、比性能高,无蠕变,非氧化环境下耐超高温,耐疲劳性好等特性,而碳纤维复合材料继承了碳纤维的优异性能,在国防军工和民用方面都是重要材料。
传统的碳纤维复合材料在制备过程中,都需要对碳纤维表面进行处理,一般通过表面接枝或者催化活化的手段增加表面活性,从而提高与固化树脂的结合力,但这种手段的弊端在于活化手段会造成碳纤维表面一定的损伤,并且对于提高碳纤维间的结合力,尤其是碳布之间的结合力的能力十分有限,因此碳纤维复合材料的层间结合力一直是其性能短板。
而碳纤维毡作为结构疏松、表面多孔、多官能团(C=O,C-OOH,C-OH等)的特点作为碳纤维中间层,提高碳纤维层间结合力,避免了传统工艺中碳纤维布需要表面活化造成碳纤维结构受损导致强度下降的问题,综合提高了碳纤维材料的拉伸、剪切强度,同时碳纤维毡成本远低于碳纤维布,也降低了碳纤维复合材料的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本申请实施例公开一种高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料,包括层叠设置的多层碳纤维布,相邻碳纤维布之间结合有水蒸气活化后的碳纤维毡,所述碳纤维毡与碳纤维布的接触面之间结合有固化的环氧树脂。
相应的,本申请还公开了一种高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法,包括步骤:
1)、将碳纤维毡进行水蒸气活化;
2)、将活化后的碳纤维毡在环氧树脂固化体系中充分浸渍;
3)、将充分浸渍的碳纤维毡与碳纤维布层叠,通过压辊轧压,得到预浸渍布;
4)、将预浸渍布放入真空灌注设备,然后抽真空-灌入环氧树脂固化体系-加热固化-脱模,得到碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料。
优选的,在上述的高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法中,所述步骤2)中,通过超声发生器促进浸渍。
优选的,在上述的高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法中,所述超声发生器功率为200~400W,浸胶时间为10~20min。
优选的,在上述的高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法中,所述步骤1)中,碳纤维毡活化温度为700~1000℃、活化时间为30~80min。
优选的,在上述的高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法中,所述步骤4)的环氧树脂固化体系中,环氧树脂为EP-12、EP-13、EP-16中的一种或多种,固化剂为二氨基二苯甲烷,促进剂为2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚。
优选的,在上述的高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法中,所述环氧树脂:二氨基二苯甲烷:2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚按照质量比=100:(10~20):(20~40)。
优选的,在上述的高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法中,所述步骤4)中,加热固化温度为90~150℃,固化时间为2~4h。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明利用高活性碳纤维毡替代传统工艺中碳纤维活化工艺,综合提高了碳纤维材料的拉伸、剪切强度,同时也降低了碳纤维复合材料的成本。

本发明通过下列实施例作进一步说明:根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的具体的物料比、工艺条件及其结果仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例1
1)将碳纤维毡通过700℃水蒸气活化80min;2)将活化后的碳纤维毡在环氧树脂固化体系中充分浸渍,固化体系中EP-12:二氨基二苯甲烷:2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚=100:10:20,并用200W超声发生器超声10min;3)将充分浸渍的碳纤维毡与碳纤维布层叠,层叠厚度3mm,通过压辊轧压,得到预浸渍布;4)将预浸渍布放入真空灌注设备,然后抽真空,灌入环氧树脂固化体系并加热至90℃固化4h,脱模得到碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料。

实施例2
1)将碳纤维毡通过800℃水蒸气活化60min;2)将活化后的碳纤维毡在环氧树脂固化体系中充分浸渍,固化体系中EP-13:二氨基二苯甲烷:2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚=100:15:25,并用300W超声发生器超声15min;3)将充分浸渍的碳纤维毡与碳纤维布层叠,层叠厚度3mm,通过压辊轧压,得到预浸渍布;4)将预浸渍布放入真空灌注设备,然后抽真空,灌入环氧树脂固化体系并加热至120℃固化3h,脱模得到碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料。

实施例3

实施例4
1)将碳纤维毡通过1000℃水蒸气活化30min;2)将活化后的碳纤维毡在环氧树脂固化体系中充分浸渍,固化体系中EP-12:EP-13:二氨基二苯甲烷:2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚=40:60:20:30,并用400W超声发生器超声10min;3)将充分浸渍的碳纤维毡与碳纤维布层叠,层叠厚度3mm,通过压辊轧压,得到预浸渍布;4)将预浸渍布放入真空灌注设备,然后抽真空,灌入环氧树脂固化体系并加热至150℃固化2h,脱模得到碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料。

1)将碳纤维毡通过1000℃水蒸气活化30min;2)将活化后的碳纤维毡在环氧树脂固化体系中充分浸渍,固化体系中EP-13:EP-16:二氨基二苯甲烷:2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚=70:30:10:20,并用200W超声发生器超声20min;3)将充分浸渍的碳纤维毡与碳纤维布层叠,层叠厚度3mm,通过压辊轧压,得到预浸渍布;4)将预浸渍布放入真空灌注设备,然后抽真空,灌入环氧树脂固化体系并加热至120℃固化3h,脱模得到碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料。

综上所述,本发明利用高活性碳纤维毡结构疏松、表面多孔、多官能团(C=O,C-OOH,C-OH等)的特点作为碳纤维中间层,提高碳纤维层间结合力,避免了传统工艺中碳纤维布需要表面活化造成碳纤维结构受损导致强度下降的问题,综合提高了碳纤维材料的拉伸、剪切强度,同时碳纤维毡成本远低于碳纤维布,也降低了碳纤维复合材料的成本。

Claims (4)

1.一种高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于包括步骤:
1)、将碳纤维毡进行水蒸气活化,碳纤维毡活化温度为800℃、活化时间为60min;
2)、将活化后的碳纤维毡在环氧树脂固化体系中充分浸渍,该环氧树脂固化体系中,EP-13:二氨基二苯甲烷:2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚=100:15:25,并用300W超声发生器超声15min;
3)、将充分浸渍的碳纤维毡与碳纤维布层叠,通过压辊轧压,得到预浸渍布;
4)、将预浸渍布放入真空灌注设备,然后抽真空-灌入环氧树脂固化体系-加热固化-脱模,得到碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中,加热固化温度为90~150℃,固化时间为2~4h。
3.一种高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于包括步骤:
1)、将碳纤维毡进行水蒸气活化,碳纤维毡活化温度为1000℃、活化时间为30min;
2)、将活化后的碳纤维毡在环氧树脂固化体系中充分浸渍,该环氧树脂固化体系中,EP-13:EP-16:二氨基二苯甲烷:2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚=70:30:10:20,并用200W超声发生器超声20min;
3)、将充分浸渍的碳纤维毡与碳纤维布层叠,通过压辊轧压,得到预浸渍布;
4)、将预浸渍布放入真空灌注设备,然后抽真空-灌入环氧树脂固化体系-加热固化-脱模,得到碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高层间结合力的碳纤维毡-碳纤维布复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中,加热固化温度为90~150℃,固化时间为2~4h。
