Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型模板,包括模(由肋组成)(按齐缝或者错缝的结构排布构成)、胶纸及两者相粘及胶纸正面满涂覆的胶粘剂。本发明提供了模块化制造带墙体装饰的模板,本发明的显著特征:该模板在喷涂砂浆或粘贴装饰材料形成带装饰材料的模板、在此模板上浇筑混凝土时,肋与砂浆或混凝土不相粘,胶纸在浸水后不变形、不散失物理性能、肋与胶纸相粘处不渗透浆料;待砂浆或混凝土凝固后,撕去模和胶纸后的缝清晰、笔直,表面无污染,节省人工、施工方便,可广泛应用于装饰材料的制造、装配式建筑墙板的制作,也可应用于各种建筑内、外墙等墙体装饰工程,符合绿色建筑的要求。

一种新型模板
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰领域,是一种新型模板。
背景技术
随着现代工业技术的发展,建造房屋可以像生产产品一样,成批成套地制造,只要把生产好的房屋构件,运到工地装配起来就完成了。大量的建筑部品由车间生产加工完成,构件种类主要有:外墙板,内墙板,叠合板,阳台,空调板,楼梯,预制梁,预制柱等。现场大量的装配作业,使得原始现浇作业大大减少。采用建筑、装修一体化设计、施工的理想状态是装修可随主体施工同步进行,这就需要标准化的设计和信息化的管理,构件越标准,生产效率越高,相应的构件成本就越低,整个装配式建筑的性价比也会越高。
但是,现有的内外墙板的生产还存在较多缺陷,如墙体的饰面材料需人工贴上去,费事、费力;或现浇时饰面容易污染。
此外,人们对居住舒适度的要求也越来越高,而居住舒适度与建材的能耗相关联,墙体又是重中之重,因此,为了减小能耗,墙体材料需选用保温效果好且轻质的材料,大多为有机材料,其表面为柔性体系,现有的装饰方法为刷涂料或者贴面砖。然而这两种方法存在的缺陷是:前者的使用年限短;而后者效率低、成本高、质量不容易控制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型模板,以解决现有技术存在的效果不佳等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型模板,它由模(由肋组成)(按齐缝或者错缝的结构排布构成)、胶纸、肋与胶纸相粘及胶纸正面满涂覆的胶粘剂组成。
其中,为保证模板拼接时缝保持一致,模相邻两边沿有肋,对应的另两相邻边沿无肋,中间有肋,且肋要横平竖直,模有两种形状见图1及图2。
其中,所述模的材质可为塑料材质或其他与水泥基不粘的材质。推荐使用PVC。
其中,所述模与胶纸接触的一面覆有胶粘剂。
其中,所述肋的宽度为1-20mm。
其中,所述肋的厚度1mm-20mm,如采用装饰材料后粘贴,肋的厚度也可以比装饰材料的厚度小0-2mm。
其中,所述肋的长度可根据设计需要,推荐长度40mm-800mm。
其中,所述模的尺寸可根据设计要求制定,推荐尺寸为1.0945m*0.512m或者0.96m*0.5m。
其中,所述模的工艺可采用挤出成型、注塑成型、冲压工艺及将板材裁成所肋需要的尺寸按模板的尺寸粘贴在胶纸上,推荐注塑成型法。
其中,所述胶纸具有耐水性,长期浸水后不散失物理性能。

具体实施方式
实施例1
下面结合附图,通过一个具体的实施例来具体说明本发明的技术方案。
一种新型模板,包括模(由肋组成)(按齐缝的结构排布构成)、胶纸及两者相粘及胶纸正面满涂覆的胶粘剂。
1、模的制造:
模由肋组成,按齐缝或者错缝的结构排布构成,模的外形为矩形或正方形,边沿及中间有肋组成,齐缝的肋的结构如图1所示,错缝的肋的结构如图2所示。为了使得多个模板拼接时缝保持一致,模的相临边沿有肋,对应两边无肋,肋的宽度8毫米(缝宽8毫米)、厚度2毫米、长度(长肋)245毫米、长度(短肋)65毫米,如设计32块砖(砖的尺寸237*57mm),按错峰排列,横4块砖、8排,模的尺寸1,094.5*512mm,按此尺寸及形状做模具。
模的配方及工艺如下:
模的材质选PVC,工艺按注塑成型法。
配方(按重量):
主材PVC:100
增韧剂CPE:10
稳定剂:锌皂1
水滑石1
润滑剂:硬酯酸钡0.5
钛白粉:0.5(增强耐候性、耐水性)
颜色:碳黑0.01
2、胶纸的制造(采用纸质基材):
纸质基材是用原纸按本专利配方及工艺制备。
工艺及配方如下:
2.1、原纸浸渍:
采用机内浸渍或者机外浸渍方式对原纸进行浸渍处理,胶乳浸渍量10-15g/m2。
浸溃胶乳配方为(重量比):
聚乙烯醇:19%
聚丙烯酰胺:75%
氧化锌:5.5%
聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:0.5%
将以上物质按比例混合,并加水稀释成浓度15%的浸渍液;
2.2面涂及背涂:
浸渍完后的原纸经烘干后采用施胶涂布机进行面涂及背涂处理。
面涂配方(重量比):
聚乙烯醇:25%
聚氧化乙烯:40%
聚氨酯:35%
将以上物质按比例混合,并加水稀释成浓度15%的乳液进行面涂,涂布量 10-15g/m2。
背涂配方(重量比):
交联淀粉:8%
水:92%
将以上物质按比例混合,涂布量:5-6g/m2。
2.3干燥、压光、分切、检验、包装:
涂布完后的纸经干燥系统烘干至水分质量含量4-5%,然后进入压光机压光处理后经卷纸、分切、检验、包装后入库。
3、胶粘剂的制造
配方及工艺如下:
3.1配方(重量比)
玉米淀粉:35%
环氧氯丙烷:15%
硫酸钠溶液:25%(固含量15%)
次氯酸钠:15%(固含量15%)
3.2工艺:
按比例将玉米淀粉及硫酸钠溶液加入反应釜中进行常温搅拌8-10分钟,然后按比例加入环氧氯丙烷进行交联反应,温度60-70℃,常压,持续搅拌,反应5小时,然后按比例加入次氯酸钠进行氧化反应,温度60-70℃,常压,持续搅拌,反应2小时,即可制得。
4、模板制造
4.1将胶纸在切纸机上切成模的宽度(外边),将胶粘剂用涂布机均匀涂覆在胶纸上。
4.2将涂覆有胶粘剂的胶纸与模进行粘结。
按照上述步骤就可制造出所需要的模板。
虽然上述说明书描述了本发明的特定实施方式、方面和应用,但应理解为,本发明不限于本文公开的确切结构组成,各种明显的修改、变化和变更,只要不偏离所附权利要求中限定的本发明的精神和范围,都应在权利要求范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种新型模板,其特征在于,由模(由肋组成)(按齐缝或者错缝的结构排布构成)、胶纸、肋与胶纸相粘及胶纸正面满涂覆的胶粘剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模板,其特征在于,为保证模板拼接时缝保持一致,模相邻两边沿有肋,对应的另两相邻边沿无肋,中间有肋,且肋要横平竖直,模有两种形状见图1及图2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模板,其特征在于,所述模的材质可为塑料材质或其他与水泥基不粘的材质。推荐使用PVC。
4.根据权利要求1所述的模板,其特征在于,所述模与胶纸接触的一面覆有胶粘剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的模板,其特征在于,所述肋的宽度为1-20mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的模板,其特征在于,所述肋的厚度1mm-20mm,如采用装饰材料后粘贴,肋的厚度也可以比装饰材料的厚度小0-2mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的模板,其特征在于,所述肋的长度可根据设计需要,推荐长度40mm-800mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的模板,其特征在于,所述模的尺寸可根据设计要求制定,推荐尺寸为1.0945m*0.512m或者0.96m*0.5m。
