Abstract

本发明涉及一种覆膜装饰钢板,其特征在于,在钢板上设有一层覆合膜。其覆膜装饰钢板的制备方法为:将PET树脂和PMMA-PP树脂分别制膜,然后覆合经剪切后印刷,最后制成覆合膜,最后将覆合膜与钢板的粘合,制成覆膜装饰钢板,本发明的优点是无毒、无味无污染、无有害辐射、加工性能优异、成本低廉,可用于墙体装饰、家电面板、各种高级家具装饰。

一种覆膜装饰钢板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种覆膜装饰钢板及其制备方法,可用于墙体装饰、家电面板、各种高级家具装饰等,属于装饰钢板技术领域。
背景技术
在国内,墙幕装饰材料大多以石材、瓷砖、木板、铝合金板、不锈钢金属板、铝塑板为主要材料,石材、瓷砖材料具有笨重、施工效率低、保暖节能性差的缺点;木板材料不仅防燃性差,其加工性和耐久性以及用途范围也受到限制。同时木板、石材的大量使用又会造成山林的大量破坏,对环境造成不良影响。铝及不锈钢材,不仅价格昂贵,其外观也比较单调,使建筑物的美观效果及舒适性受到制约,同时也有可能造成环境中重金属的残留。近年来作为新型墙体装饰材料的彩涂钢板在国内发展迅速。但彩涂钢板在生产过程中需要使用大量的有机性挥发溶剂,不仅对环境造成污染,也对人体健康产生影响,同时,彩涂钢板也比较呆板,得不到理想的美观效果。
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越注重建筑物的质量和环境问题,以提高居住环境的舒适美观、改善建筑物功能、提高建筑质量和施工效率、节能、促进山林等自然环境保护和资源的有效利用,减少环境污染,实现经济、社会、资源和环境协调发展需要的环保性绿色建材的开发和生产已是建材领域的重要内容。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无毒、无味、无污染、无有害辐射、加工性能优异、成本低廉的覆膜装饰钢板及其制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案是提供一种覆膜装饰钢板,其特征在于,在钢板上设有一层覆合膜。
一种覆膜装饰钢板的制备方法,其特征在于,覆膜装饰钢板的制备方法为:第一步.PET树脂膜与PMMA-PP树脂膜的制备及印刷覆合
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂、聚丙烯酸脂与粒状PP共聚树脂PMMA-PP原料分别进料于烘干机,在80℃-120℃温度下烘干干燥后,放入螺杆挤出机经挤出注塑成型,各段温度为240℃,260℃,280℃,280℃,制成聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂膜和PMMA-PP树脂膜,然后将聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂膜和PMMA-PP树脂膜覆合经剪切后印刷,最后制成覆合膜;
第二步.覆合膜与钢板的粘合
钢板涂聚丙烯酸甲酯PMMA水溶性粘结胶水后在80℃温度下烘至半干,与步骤1的覆合膜经滚压压制覆合,压力为1kg/10cm2,温度为150℃-180℃,然后进烘干机在80℃-120℃温度下烘干,覆合膜与钢板粘合完成后经检测、裁切、捆装入库。
所述的钢板为热镀锌钢板,双面镀锌,镀锌量:≥180g/m2,涂层厚度:≥20μm无需清洗,无废水产生,力学性能,相当于美国ACTM A446-C和D级,耐盐雾性能:≥500h;所述的粘接剂采用水溶性聚丙烯酸脂加聚氨脂类架桥树脂乳化液,溶剂为水,不会对大气造成污染,现作为环保性粘接剂已在先进国家普遍使用;本发明的烘干温度很低不会产生分解,蒸发的水溶剂可进行冷却集中处理。
由于树脂原料为粒状,PET的PMMA-PP的制膜温度均远远低于分解温度,因为干式制膜,在制膜过程中无任何挥发成分产生,不会对空气环境产生危害。
本发明综合了各种材料的优点,以优质的镀锌、镀铝锌板或其他金属板为基板,在其上贴覆上美观的环保性树脂膜而制成的。该产品巧妙地融合了钢板的强韧,加工性能优异,成本低廉,以及树脂膜的表现力丰富,耐腐蚀性和耐老化性优异的最大特征,具备其他装饰材料无以类比的施工性能及视觉美观效果。对改善人们的居住环境,促进我国绿色建材的发展将产生重要影响。
本发明的优点是:
1.重量轻:更适于高层建筑及桥梁施工,可大量减少承重墙体的厚度和材料用量,节省资源,节省成本,降低建材生产能耗和建筑使用能耗,节约能源,减少山林破坏,促进环境保护,外观美观,豪华而柔和,气质高贵优雅,除可表现现有材料的效果外,还可表现其他材料不可表现的效果;
2.幅面大:最大幅面为1250mm×2500mm,减少接缝数量,提高支模板效益;
3.不翘曲、不变形、不开裂、耐水性好、水煮24小时不开胶,耐火耐燃,耐酸碱、不老化、耐洗刷、韧性好;
4.力度性好、周转次数高、使用寿命长,可达20年(外装);
5.脱模容易,时间仅是刚模的1/7;
6.做清水混凝土,浇注物体表面平整、光滑、美观,省去二次抹灰工艺,可直接贴面装饰,缩减工期30%;
7.耐腐蚀,不污染混凝土表面;
8.可做变形平面的模板;
9.施工性好,钉、锯、钻孔等性能优于竹胶合板、小钢板,可以根据施工需要加工成各种形状的模板。
10.不含任何对人体和环境有害的物质和提起,居住环境健康卫生;无毒、无味无污染、无有害辐射,故称“绿色建材”。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
PET树脂选自仪征化纤;
PMMA-PP树脂选自三菱化工;
PMMA水溶性粘结胶水选自金山石化;
钢板为热镀锌钢板选自郑州拓普公司,双面镀锌,镀锌量:180g/m2,涂层厚度:20μm。
覆膜装饰钢板的制备方法为:
第一步.PET树脂膜与PMMA-PP树脂膜的制备及印刷覆合
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂、粒状聚丙烯酸脂与PP共聚树脂PMMA-PP原料分别进料于烘干机,在100℃温度下进行烘干干燥后,放入螺杆挤出机经挤出注塑成型,各段加热温度为240℃,260℃,280℃,280℃,制成聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂膜和PMMA-PP树脂膜,然后将聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂膜和PMMA-PP树脂膜覆合经剪切后印刷,最后制成覆合膜;
第二步.覆合膜与钢板的粘合
钢板涂聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PMMA水溶性粘结胶水后在80℃温度下烘至半干,与步骤1的覆合膜经滚压压制覆合,压力为1kg/10cm2,温度为150℃-180℃,然后进烘干机在80-120℃温度下烘干,覆合膜与钢板粘合完成后经检测、裁切、捆装入库。
本发明腹膜装饰钢板主要指标:
使用寿命:20年(外装)、
耐燃:符合国家标准、
加工性:180度对折无破坏、
环境挥发和放射性物质:无、
耐药品,耐腐蚀等项目:均符合国家及国际标准。

Claims (1)

1.一种覆膜装饰钢板的制备方法,其特征在于覆膜装饰钢板的制备方法为:
第一步.PET树脂膜与PMMA-PP树脂膜的制备及印刷覆合
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂、聚丙烯酸脂与PP共聚树脂PMMA-PP原料分别进料于烘干机,在80℃-120℃温度下进行烘干干燥后,放入螺杆挤出机经挤出注塑成型,各段加热温度为240℃,260℃,280℃,280℃,制成聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂膜和PMMA-PP树脂膜,然后将聚对苯二甲酸乙二脂PET树脂膜和PMMA-PP树脂膜覆合经剪切后印刷,最后制成覆合膜;
第二步.覆合膜与钢板的粘合
钢板涂聚丙烯酸甲酯PMMA水溶性粘结胶水后在80℃-100℃温度下烘至半干,与步骤1的覆合膜经滚压压制覆合,压力为1kg/10cm2,温度为150℃-180℃,然后进烘干机在80-120℃温度下烘干,覆合膜与钢板粘合完成后经检测、裁切、捆装入库。
