普通牛皮纸大都用作信封、包装袋或者水泥袋的内衬，由于它具有很好的强度，所以被用在许多领域中。目前，用于建筑墙面或屋面的保温板大都强度比较低，而且在生产保温板过程中还会对环境造成污染，现在还没有利用阻燃防水的牛皮纸再加工成蜂窝状牛皮纸芯而生产的防水保温板产品。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用在防水保温复合板上的、具有防水和阻燃双功能的新型牛皮纸芯。

一种阻燃、防水双功能牛皮纸芯，特殊之处在于包括牛皮纸条1，相邻的两个牛皮纸条1之间构成蜂窝状结构，牛皮纸条1是阻燃、防水型牛皮纸；
所述相邻的两个牛皮纸条1之间为通过防水胶依次错开粘连、通过张拉定型形成的蜂窝状结构；
所述牛皮纸条1是通过在秸秆纤维中添加阻燃剂、防水剂制成的厚度均匀的牛皮纸。

实施例1
本实施例的一种阻燃、防水双功能牛皮纸芯参考图1，包括若干个体积、大小都相同的牛皮纸条1，相邻的两个牛皮纸条1之间通过防水胶依次错开粘连，通过张拉定型后形成由多个六边形构成的蜂窝状结构；所述牛皮纸条1是通过在秸秆纤维中添加阻燃剂、防水剂制成的厚度均匀的新型牛皮纸。
新型牛皮纸的生产工艺：
1、利用废弃的秸秆，提取秸秆纤维；
2、加入一定量的水、阻燃剂、防水剂、防水胶，搅拌均匀；
3、利用挂浆机挂浆；
4、在高温双滚筒中挤压烘干，即可制得厚度均匀并且根据需要厚度可调的新型牛皮纸。
上述工艺过程中，由于只加入了水，所以实现了污染物零排放，保护了环境。

1.一种阻燃、防水双功能牛皮纸芯，其特征在于包括牛皮纸条(1)，相邻的两个牛皮纸条(1)之间构成蜂窝状结构，牛皮纸条(1)是阻燃、防水型牛皮纸。
2.按照权利要求1所述一种阻燃、防水双功能牛皮纸芯，其特征在于所述相邻的两个牛皮纸条(1)之间为通过防水胶依次错开粘连、通过张拉定型形成的蜂窝状结构。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述一种阻燃、防水牛双功能皮纸芯，其特征在于所述牛皮纸条(1)是通过在秸秆纤维中添加阻燃剂、防水剂制成的厚度均匀的牛皮纸。
