本发明公开了一种花粉保健饮料,是属于天然植物花粉饮料配置生产技术领域。由所述花粉玉米荞麦油菜花粉,松花粉紫云英高粱枣树花粉,金银花白菊花玉兰花龙井茶花粉饮料,洋槐花苹果花丁香花粉,甘菊花党参芝麻板栗花粉,高粱花莲花南瓜西瓜花粉组成。花粉是传宗接代的植物繁殖细胞的营养物质。国际誉为“完全营养素”、“浓缩微型天然疗效药剂”,富含丰富的天然的,对人体健康天然无任何毒副作用,可促进人体元素补充,调节,拮抗体内元素平衡,有效地预防,治疗或辅助治疗人体多种疾病,从而促进人体,健康,益寿的多种常量和微量元素。多种化粉协同共用,例用纳米破壁粉碎技术达到高吸收,高疗效的作用。

技术领域:
本发明公开了一种花粉保健饮料,是属于天然植物花粉饮料配制生产技术邻域。
背景技术:
花粉是植物繁殖细胞,是传宗接代的物质,其营养成分非常丰富,国际誉为“完全营养素”、“浓缩微型天然药剂”、花粉不仅含有丰富的有机成分,而且含有种类繁多对机体有重要作用的常量和微量元素,是花粉的宝贵成分之一。花粉含有多种常量和微量元素,早在1880年。Thomson T.根据当时已研究的70多种花粉的测试资料,总结得出花粉中常量和微量元素含量为4%左右,之后许多学者开展了广泛的研究,Plante K研究表明钾、磷、钙、铁是松花粉最普通的矿物元素,在玉米花粉中有分析出氯和镁,而且元素的含量随种类的变化而且有差异。用光谱半定量分析得出,油菜花粉含有钾、镁、钙、硅、铝、钠、磷、锰元素。同时又测定研究了田青、玉米、荞麦花粉含有磷、钾、钠、锰、铜、锌、铁、铬、钴等多种元素。利用原子发射光谱和电化学法测定南瓜、油菜、茶、党参、猕猴桃等花粉的微量元素。用原子吸收光谱和电化学法研究了我国29种花粉的常量和微量元素,获得了Fe、Al、Ca、Mg、Zr、Ti、Pb、Sn、Ni、Mo、V、Cu、Yb、Zn、Co、Sr、Ag、B、Na、K、P、Si、Se元素的结果;其中K含量相当高,在4306~9968μg/g,而Na相对含量较低,在92.45%~45.9%μg/g,Co在花粉中含量为1960~6360μg/g,锰的含量也较丰富,为999~4431μg/g,铜含量在4.79~27.58μg/g,锌的含量亦较高为24.73~99.09μg/g,还含有大量的铁,均值为446.1±263.8μg/g,最高可达1534μg/g,锰的含量在8.57`44.26μg/g,尚含有镍、铬、钴,其中铬含量在0.184~1.888μg/g,镍为0.268`3.912μg/g,钴为0.032`0.918μg/g,且发现枣树花粉含铁特高,锰、铬、镍、钴也较高,铁为1534μg/g,是均值的3.4倍,锰为44.26μg/g,是均值的2倍,Cr、Ni、Co是均值的4倍。江西高粱花粉、陕西的芝麻花粉锌的含量高于均值的三倍,党参花粉中的Cu、Cr、Ni的含量高于均值的二倍。

本发明的目的在于提供一种花粉保健饮料。
本发明的技术解决方案是:

(1)工艺流程
将配方中的玉米,荞麦在各种花粉进行除尘→破碎破壁→提取→贮藏→离心过滤→培绒→过滤→微滤→超滤→配料缸→硅藻土过滤→贮藏→脱气→瞬时杀菌→灌装→杀菌→喷码→存贮→检验→包装→成品出厂。
(2)操作技术要点原料预处理:包括除尘、除杂后,用粉碎机粉碎。破壁提取法。第一次加入15倍水,在45℃下,加入2万复合果胶酶提取2h,过滤取汁,滤渣加入10倍水,在75℃下提取1.5h,过滤取汁,滤渣再加入10倍的水,在95℃下提取1h,过滤取汁,合并三次滤液。
过滤:将合并的三次滤液在培绒、微滤膜、超滤膜组合的超细微滤机中过滤。粒径在0.1-2μm以下纳米微乳。
配料:用沸软化水化糖,然后冷却至40~50℃经双联过滤器过滤,进入配料罐,按工艺配方加入各种原辅料,搅匀,再用硅藻土过滤机过滤,工作压力为0.2MPa,产品透光率达96%以上。
脱气:脱气机的真空度为0.05MPa。
高温瞬时灭菌:杀菌温度120℃,时间为3s,出料温度为45℃。
封罐、杀菌:封罐机的真空度为0.05MPa,然后在沸水中杀菌15min。
产品标准
感官指标:色泽:淡黄色。香气:清淡的苹果花香气,皆有可乐、苹果、橙汁的清香。滋味:酸甜适口,略有苦涩味,协调爽口。透明度:久置允许有少量沉淀。
理化指标:可溶性固形物8.0%~8.5%(以折光计)。总酸0.2%`0.3%。PH3.5~3.8.其他指标符合国标。
卫生指标符合国标。
花粉常量和微量元素的功效研究。
常量和微量元素在有机体中的重要作用已被人们所熟知,如钙是骨骼和牙齿的重要组分,小孩缺钙就会发生软骨病。磷是氨基酸和核酸的组成部分,人体中的磷80%在硬组织中与钙共存,10%在肌肉中,尚有10%存在于脑、神经、内脏等之中。钾与钠一起调节机体内组织液的酸碱平衡及细胞的渗透压。硫为机体维生素B1维生素H、核糖核酸的主要组份。
微量元素虽含量不多,但对机体生命活动作用极大,它比维生素更为重要,因为生物体本身还可以制造维生素,却无法制造出他们所需要的微量元素,所以物生物体如缺乏微量元素就会成为一个十分严重的问题,如铁、镁和铜都是人体生命活动中各种酶或辅酶的组分,铁是以血红蛋白的形式参加氧的运输及细胞色素系统的形式,参与组织呼吸,推动身体氧化还原过程,人体中铁的缺乏可引起缺铁性贫血。铜的缺乏会引起机体生长和代谢的紊乱。人体缺锌就不能生长发育,动物缺锌会死亡,植物缺锌要枯萎,甚至大肠杆菌都必须依赖锌才能生存和繁殖。孕妇缺锌严重时,甚至可使胎儿畸形。硒存在于机体的多种功能蛋白酶、肌蛋白的RNA中,是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的组分。硒和维生素E,协同保护细胞免受过氧化物的损害,而维生素则存在于细胞膜成分中,防止过氧化物的形成,尚能保护组织不受有毒物质的损害,并已查明人体缺硒可导致克山病。机体缺乏个会出现高血压塘症,同时血清胆固醇升高,大动脉出现硬化的斑点,胶膜会出现混浊,并影响脂肪和蛋白质的代谢。碘的功能是影响甲状腺的功能和激素生成,是甲状腺肿的主要原因。钼对骨骼和牙齿的发育有一定的影响,对尿结石的形成也有抑制作用,能溶解尿结石,促进结石排出。钼对心肌有一定的保护作用,有人试用铝酸盐预防心血管疾病效果较好,钼且有抑癌作用,调查研究发现钼含量高的地区食道癌的发病率低,钼可增强小肠和肾脏中两种含钼酶-黄嘌吟氯化酶和亚硫酸氧化酶的活性,从而可抑制致癌物质的吸收。和加速其排排泄。从上述看出花粉对机体的重要意义,微量元素是起其极其重要的作用。
花粉中钾的含量相当高,而钠的含量较低,长期服用花粉可预防和治疗高血压糖尿病,冠心病和肾脏病,钙在花粉中含量均值为4235±126μg/g,钙是人体重要的细胞内信使,钙离子对淋巴细胞和吞噬细胞能起调节作用,且能调节CAMP和CGMP的合成和分解,钙制造骨、齿等硬组织,并能增加心肌收缩,具有抑制肌肉的兴奋性,它还有利于维生素b12的吸收,所以利用花粉来治疗由于钙缺乏而引起的疾病能获得良好的效果。花粉中镁的含量亦丰富,在999到443μg/g之间,镁具有时某种酵素活性化,抑制神经兴奋,可防止药物对心血管系统的损伤,有效的预防因食用含胆固醇而引起的冠心病,花粉对心血管病有很好的效果和花粉中含量丰富的黄酮类和镁元素密切相关相关。
花粉中的铜、锌含量也很高,同参与人体造血过程,具有酶和激素的生理催化作用,参与细胞色素C、酪蛋白的合成,体内缺铜会引起多种疾病,儿童缺锌引起小儿食欲减退、发育迟缓、免疫力下降,锌与人体多种酶的活性有关,特别是通过形成RHA、DNA聚合酶,可直接影响核酸与蛋白质的合成,影响细胞的分裂、生长、再生,所以食用花粉能达到补锌、铜的目的。花粉还含大量的铁和锰,铁在体内参与血红蛋白、肌红蛋白、细胞色素氧化酶的合成,体内缺铁会引起贫血。锰是精氨酸酶、脯氨酸酶、SOD酶等组成成分,锰参与蛋白质的合成与遗传信息的传递,缺锰会引起贫血、肿瘤、智力低下。
花粉中的铬、镍、钴元素亦有较多的含量。Cr能协助胰岛素发挥生化作用,缺铬会引起糖尿病。Co、Ni刺激造血机能,激活一些酶所必须的物质,花粉对糖尿病、心血管病有效率与铬、镍、钴微量元素含量有关。深入花粉常量与微量元素的研究表明,不同种花粉的元素含量和组成是有差异的,而且不同地区的花粉其含量亦不同。为此详细研究各种花粉的元素组成和含量,有效地利用它,很好地选择花粉的品种是非常重要的。
