背景技术
紫砂是一种介于陶器与瓷器之间的陶瓷制品,紫砂制品可以分别呈天青、栗色、暗肝、梨皮、米黄、朱砂紫、海棠红、青灰、墨绿等色,即使土质练得很细,在细腻的外表下,仍然看得见漂亮立体的粒子感。紫砂质地坚细、色泽沉静,但不具有瓷胎的半透明性,紫砂的着色剂主要是紫砂泥中含有的氧化铁,紫砂采用氧化气氛烧成,烧成温度一般在1100℃左右,如果烧成温度太高会导致容易开裂、表面粗糙,没有透气性,失去紫砂制品原有的特色。
德化白瓷釉面光亮,质地坚密,晶莹如玉,釉面滋润似脂,故有"象牙白"、"猪油白"、"鹅绒白"等美称,现有的德化白瓷的烧成温度为1250℃至1400℃,如果烧成温度太低会导致颜色下降,
紫砂与德化白瓷在原料选择和制作工艺上具有着很大的区别,但是在艺术效果上却可以起到相互承托,因此如果能克服传统工艺中的局限,开发出一种将德化白瓷与紫砂相结合的陶瓷制品,不仅可以满足消费者的需要,还能提供一种全新的陶瓷制品,对推动德化白瓷和紫砂的发展都具有积极的意义。

步骤3,浆步骤1制得的白瓷瓷泥制成坯体,待坯体干燥后将坯体放入窑炉中第一次烧制,烧制温度为1100-1200℃,烧制时间为8-10小时;
步骤4,浆步骤2制得的紫砂坯浆设于坯体上;
步骤5,将上有紫砂坯浆的坯体放入抽湿机进行抽湿;
步骤6,在紫砂浆料外的剩余区域中施透明釉;
步骤7,将紫砂坯料放入窑炉中烧成,窑炉经5-6小时升温至1150-1200℃烧成,烧成后进8-10小时缓慢降温,得到白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品。

步骤3,浆步骤1制得的白瓷瓷泥制成坯体,待坯体干燥后将坯体放入窑炉中第一次烧制,烧制温度为1100-1200℃,烧制时间为8-10小时,优选的烧制温度为1150℃,烧制时间为10小时;
步骤4,在坯体上使用隔离剂在陶瓷坯体表面圈出紫砂区域,浆步骤2制得的紫砂坯浆设于坯体上,且紫砂坯浆的厚度大于等于0.3mm;
步骤5,将上有紫砂坯浆的坯体放入抽湿机进行抽湿;
步骤6,在紫砂浆料外的剩余区域中施透明釉;
步骤7,将紫砂坯料放入窑炉中烧成,窑炉经5-6小时升温至1150-1200℃烧成,烧成后进8-10小时缓慢降温,得到白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品,优选的烧制温度为1180℃。
上述仅为本发明的三个具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (10)
1.德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品,其特征在于,包括紫砂坯料和白瓷坯料,
所述紫砂坯料,其重量份如下:紫砂土50-60份、粘土10-20份、莫来石5-10份、分散剂3-6份、高岭土1-5份、氧化铝1-5份、氧化钠1-5份、氧化钾1-5份、减水剂1-5份、石英1-3份、云母1-3份,其中粘土的氧化铁含量为6-9%;
所述白瓷坯料,其重量份如下:高岭土40-50、白云土10-20份、滑石5-15份、滑石5-10份、膨润土5-10份、氧化硅1-5份、骨灰1-5份、氢氧化镁1-3份、吸附剂1-3份、三氧化二铝1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品,其特征在于,所述白瓷表面施有透明釉,该透明釉料的重量组分如下:透明熔块30-40份、钠长石20-30份、硼玻璃10-20份、碳酸钡5-10份、方解石5-10份、云母5-10份、石英粉1-5份、高岭土1-5份、水晶1-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:所述紫砂坯料,其重量份如下:紫砂土57份、粘土12份、莫来石8份、分散剂4份、高岭土3份、氧化铝2份、氧化钠4份、氧化钾3份、减水剂2份、石英2份、云母3份,其中粘土的氧化铁含量为8%;
所述白瓷坯料,其重量份如下:高岭土46、白云土19份、滑石8份、滑石7份、膨润土7份、氧化硅2份、骨灰3、氢氧化镁3份、吸附剂2份、三氧化二铝3份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:所述白瓷表面透明釉的重量组分如下:透明熔块32份、钠长石21份、硼玻璃18份、碳酸钡6份、方解石8份、云母6份、石英粉3份、高岭土2份、水晶4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:所述紫砂土53份、粘土17份、莫来石6份、分散剂5份、高岭土4份、氧化铝4份、氧化钠2份、氧化钾1份、减水剂3份、石英3份、云母2份,其中粘土的氧化铁含量为7%;
所述白瓷坯料,其重量份如下:高岭土42、白云土13份、滑石12份、滑石10份、膨润土9份、氧化硅4份、骨灰4份、氢氧化镁2份、吸附剂3份、三氧化二铝1份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品,其特征在于:所述白瓷表面透明釉的重量组分如下:透明熔块36份、钠长石23份、硼玻璃10份、碳酸钡7份、方解石6份、云母7份、石英粉4份、高岭土5份、水晶2份。
7.德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品的制备工艺,其特征在于,制备权利要求1-6所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,根据白瓷坯料的原料组成配料,原料经破碎、球磨、过筛、真空练泥后制成,制成白瓷瓷泥;
步骤2,根据紫砂坯料的原料组成配料,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨,研磨后的浆料过滤,制成紫砂坯浆;
步骤3,浆步骤1制得的白瓷瓷泥制成坯体,待坯体干燥后将坯体放入窑炉中第一次烧制,烧制温度为1100-1200℃,烧制时间为8-10小时;
步骤4,浆步骤2制得的紫砂坯浆设于坯体上;
步骤5,将上有紫砂坯浆的坯体放入抽湿机进行抽湿;
步骤6,在紫砂浆料外的剩余区域中施透明釉;
步骤7,将紫砂坯料放入窑炉中烧成,窑炉经5-6小时升温至1150-1200℃烧成,烧成后进8-10小时缓慢降温,得到白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2中的原料:球:水=1:1.5:0.8的比例在研磨机中研磨1-3小时。
9.根据权利要求7所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤4的紫砂浆体设于陶瓷坯体前,先使用隔离剂在陶瓷坯体表面圈出紫砂区域。
10.根据权利要求7所述的德化白瓷与紫砂结合的陶瓷制品的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤4中紫砂坯浆的厚度大于等于0.3mm。
