Description
技术领域
本发明是关于一种透气导电布,特别是指一种透气导电布以作成智慧衣(smartclothing)。
背景技术
随着现代科技的进步,增加了智慧衣发展的可能性,也就是将电子信息技术与纺织技术结合而作成智慧衣,使智能衣能够具有通讯、健康状况监测等功用。传统制作智能衣的方法是将一软性电路贴覆在一衣物上而制成。然而,该软性电路会降低衣物的透气性。
现有改善方式是先将碳或金属等导体制成纤维并形成导电纱线,随后将导电纱线与纺织纱线一起捻线或混纺后再进行织布,或是将导电纱线与纺织纱线交织(interlace)形成织布,以形成电路。然而,通过上述技术制成的智慧衣,不仅会增加生产成本,且制造过程也相对复杂。此外,在长期使用下,导电纱线将会损坏而影响到智慧衣的导电性。再者,传统智能衣并无防水性,因而无法在雨天使用。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的,即在提供一种透气导电性布以可以克服上述已知智慧衣的缺点。
于是,本发明透气导电布包括一第一塑料膜、一电路图案层及一织布。该第一塑料膜是电绝缘的,并包括一内表面及一与该内表面相对的外表面。该电路图案层形成于该第一塑料膜的该内表面,并适可与一外部电器单元电性连接。该织布包括一第一表面及一与该第一表面相对的第二表面,该织布界定出多个延伸穿过该第一表面及该第二表面的微孔,且该第一表面黏合于该第一塑料膜的该内表面及该电路图案层。
该第一塑料膜该第一塑料膜形成多个分别地延伸入所述微孔的第一中空凸缘。该电路图案具有多个分别地延伸入所述微孔中的第二中空凸缘。每一第一中空凸缘界定出一通道,该通道延伸穿过该第一塑料膜的该外表面以及该织布的该第二表面。至少一所述第一中空凸缘延伸入其中一个对应的所述第二中空凸缘。每一个所述第二中空凸缘延伸入其中一个对应的所述微孔。
较佳地,每一该第一中空凸缘的该通道呈一漏斗形,且沿一从该第一塑料膜朝向该织布的方向孔径渐缩地延伸。
较佳地,该电路图案是以印刷方式形成于该第一塑料膜的该内表面。
较佳地,该第一塑料膜是由一热塑性材料所制成,该热塑性材料是选自于聚烯烃、聚酯、热塑性弹性体或其组合。
较佳地,该第一塑料膜是热熔黏合于该织布。
较佳地,该电路图案层是由一导电油墨所制成。
较佳地,该透气导电布还包括一机能涂层(functional coating layer),由一机能涂料所制成,并形成于该第一塑料膜的内表面。更佳地,该机能涂料是选自于抗紫外线涂料、抗菌涂料、抗电磁波涂料、抗静电涂料或其组合。
较佳地,该织布包括多个经纱及多个与所述经纱交织的纬纱,以界定出其中的所述微孔。
更佳地,该电路图案层还具有多个与所述经纱相对应且彼此间隔排列的经肋段及多个与所述纬纱相对应且彼此间隔排列的纬肋段,所述经肋段及所述纬肋段共同界定出所述第二中空凸缘。
较佳地,该透气导电布还包括一第二塑料膜,黏合于该第一塑料膜的该外表面,并形成多个分别地延伸入所述第一中空凸缘中的第三中空凸缘。
本发明的功效在于:本发明透气导电布兼具良好的透气性及防水性,且不易因拉扯而导致断路。

本发明将就以下实施例来作进一步说明,但应了解的是,该实施例仅为例示说明之用,而不应被解释为本发明实施的限制。
参阅图1至图3,本发明的一实施例包含:一衣物本体100及一结合在该衣物本体上的透气导电布200以形成一智慧衣。该衣物本体100及该透气导电布200的结合方式可采用缝合、黏合或热熔合等任何现有的结合方式。在本实施例中,该透气导电布200是缝合在该衣物本体100上。
该透气导电布200包括一电绝缘的第一塑料膜1、一电路图案层2、一织布(wovenfabric)3及一黏着层4。
该第一塑料膜1为电性绝缘,且包括一内表面11及一与该内表面11相对的外表面12。该电路图案层2形成于该第一塑料膜1的该内表面11,并可与一外部电器单元(图未示)电性连接。该电器单元可以是电池、集成电路芯片或微控制器单元等元件,且可根据实际的应用需求对应采用适合的电器单元。该织布3包括一第一表面31及一相对于该第一表面31的第二表面32,该织布3界定出多个延伸穿过该第一表面31及该第二表面32的微孔(micropores)33。
该第一塑料膜1的内表面11以及该电路图案层2是通过该黏着层4与该织布3的第一表面31黏合,以使该第一塑料膜1形成一对应该织布3的轮廓的纺织纹理。在本实施例中,该第一塑料膜1是通过热熔(melt-bonded)黏合的方式与该织布3黏合。该第一塑料膜1更具有多个第一中空凸缘(hollow protrusions)10。电路图案层2具有多个第二中空凸缘20。每一第一中空凸缘10延伸入对应的每一微孔33,且每一第一中空凸缘10界定出一通道101,该通道101延伸穿过该第一塑料膜1的该外表面12以及该织布3的该第二表面32,由此,每一第一中空凸缘10的该第一通道101容许水气通过并阻止水滴通过,以使透气导电布200保持不仅防水且具透气性。至少一所述第一中空凸缘10延伸入对应的每一所述第二中空凸缘20。如图4所示,为于本实施例中,该第一塑料膜1及该电路图案层2的局部底视图,在该第一塑料膜1覆盖该电路图案层2的部分,该第一中空凸缘10才对应的延伸入该第二中空凸缘20。每一第二中空凸缘20对应延伸入每一微孔33。于本实施例中,该通道101呈一漏斗形,且沿一从该第一塑料膜1朝向该织布3的方向孔径渐缩地延伸。
在本实施例中,该电路图案层2是以印刷方式形成于该第一塑料膜1的该内表面11。
在本实施例中,该第一塑料膜1是由一种热塑性材料所制成而选自一群组包含聚烯烃、聚酯、热塑性弹性体或其组合。该电路图案层2由导电油墨所制成。
在本实施例中,该织布3包括多个经纱34及多个与所述经纱34交织(interlace)的纬纱35,以界定出其中的所述微孔33。可替代地,所述经纱34及所述纬纱35是编织(knit)在一起。
该黏着层4较佳是由点状或线状的黏着材料所形成,以避免影响所述第一中空凸缘10的所述通道101的透气效果,进而避免影响透气导电布200的透气性。于本实施例中,该黏着层4可以形成于该经纱34上,且该黏着层4可以由一种热熔胶所制成,或可为其他已知的市售的黏着剂所制成。
参阅图2与图4,该电路图案层2更具有多个与所述经纱34相对应且彼此间隔排列的经肋段21及多个与所述纬纱35相对应且彼此间隔排列的纬肋段22,所述经肋段21及所述纬肋段22互相连接形成一对应纺织纹理,以共同界定出其中的所述第二中空凸缘20。当透气导电布200在长期使用的状况下,即使该织布3有部分经纱34或纬纱35断开,仍可有未断开的经纱34或纬纱35来保持透气导电布200的导电性。该透气导电布200还包括一机能涂层6,形成于该第一塑料膜1的该内表面11,该机能涂层6并未覆盖该电路图案层2。该机能涂层6的一涂料可选自一群组包含一抗紫外线涂料、一抗菌涂料、一抗电磁波涂料、一抗静电涂料或其组合。
本实施例的导电透气布200可由包含以下步骤的方法制得:(a)准备该织布3;(b)通过点胶技术在该织布3的第一表面31上形成该黏着层4;(c)将一导电油墨印刷在该第一塑料膜1的该内表面11上,以形成该电路图案层2;(d)将一机能涂料涂布在部分未覆盖该电路图案层2的该第一塑料膜1的该内表面11上,以形成该机能涂层6;(e)通过该黏着层4将该织布3的第一表面31黏合于该第一塑料膜1的内表面11、该电路图案层2及该机能涂层6以形成一预成形布;(f)将该该预成形布置于一网状模具(图未示);(g)加热该预成形布以并软化该第一塑料膜1;(h)当该第一塑料膜1热熔黏合于该织布3,由此形成该透气导电布200时,利用一真空成型装置(图未示)以形成所述第一中空凸缘10及所述第二中空凸缘20;以及(i)使该透气导电布200冷却并脱离该网状模具。在本实施例中,该导电油墨含有该机能涂料。
参阅图5,本发明透气导电布200的另一实施例与该第一实施例不同之处在于本实施例的该透气导电布200还包含一防水的第二塑料膜5。于本实施例中,该第二塑料膜5具有一内表面51是黏合于该第一塑料膜1的外表面12,且该第二塑料膜5具有一外表面52与该内表面51相对,该外表面52形成多个第三中空凸缘50。每一第三中空凸缘50分别地对应延伸入所述第一中空凸缘10。每一第三中空凸缘50界定出一通道501,该通道501延伸穿过该内表面51及该外表面52,且与对应的该第一中空凸缘10的该通道101连通。所述第三中空凸缘50是通过上述真空成型的方式而形成。值得一提的是,每一第三中空凸缘50具有一直径小于对应的每一通道101的一直径,由此,在保持透气导电布200的透气性时,同时增强该透气导电布200的防水性。
于本发明中,通过调整该第一塑料膜1的厚度及该织布3的微孔33的直径得对应该漏斗型通道101的最小直径。此外,所述第一中空凸缘10及所述第二中空凸缘20的高度可通过调整该织布3的所述微孔33的直径而调整,且所述第一中空凸缘10及所述第二中空凸缘20的密度可通过调整该网状模具的网孔数目而调整。基本上,在所述第一中空凸缘10及所述第二中空凸缘20的最小直径不变的状况下,所述第一中空凸缘10及所述第二中空凸圈20的密度越高,该透气导电布200的透气性就越高。另外,在其他实施例中,于该第一塑料膜1中可形成一定数量的盲孔(图未示)以取代部分所述第一中空凸缘10,由此可调整该透气导电布200的防水性。
综上所述,本发明智慧衣通过该第一塑料膜1的所述中空凸缘10及该电路图案层2的所述第二中空凸缘20,维持良好的透气性,同时达到防水的功能。再者,即使织布3的部分经纱34及纬纱35断裂,通过该电路图案层2的内含物,可使得透气导电布200能够保持的导电性。此外,本发明透气导电布200可通过连续性的卷状印刷(roll printing)、黏合及真空打孔技术,即能轻易达到量产并伴随着较低的成本。
惟以上所述的,仅为本发明的实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,凡是依本发明申请专利范围及专利说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本发明权利要求涵盖的范围内。
Claims (11)
1.一种透气导电布,包括:
一第一塑料膜,是电绝缘的,包括一内表面及一与该内表面相对的外表面;
一电路图案层,形成于该第一塑料膜的该内表面,以与一外部电器单元电性连接;及
一织布,包括一第一表面及一与该第一表面相对的第二表面,该织布界定出多个延伸穿过该第一表面及该第二表面的微孔,且该第一表面黏合于该第一塑料膜的该内表面及该电路图案层;
其中,该第一塑料膜形成多个分别地延伸入所述微孔的第一中空凸缘,该电路图案具有多个分别地延伸入所述微孔中的第二中空凸缘,每一第一中空凸缘界定出一通道,该通道延伸穿过该第一塑料膜的该外表面以及该织布的该第二表面,至少一所述第一中空凸缘对应延伸入对应的每一所述第二中空凸缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的透气导电布,其中,每一该第一中空凸缘的该通道呈一漏斗形,且沿一从该第一塑料膜朝向该织布的方向孔径渐缩地延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的透气导电布,其中,该电路图案层以印刷方式形成于该第一塑料膜的该内表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的透气导电布,其中,该第一塑料膜由一热塑性材料所制成,该热塑性材料选自于聚烯烃、聚酯、热塑性弹性体或其组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的透气导电布,其中,该第一塑料膜热熔黏合于该织布。
6.如权利要求1所述的透气导电布,其中,该电路图案层由一导电油墨所制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的透气导电布,还包括一机能涂层,形成于该第一塑料膜的该内表面。
8.如权利要求7所述的透气导电布,其中该机能涂层的一涂料是选自一群组包含一抗紫外线涂料、抗菌涂料、一抗电磁波涂料、一抗静电涂料或其组合。
9.如权利要求1所述的透气导电布,其中,该织布包括多个经纱及多个与所述经纱交织的纬纱,以界定出所述微孔。
10.如权利要求9所述的透气导电布,其中,该电路图案层还具有多个与所述经纱相对应且彼此间隔排列的经肋段及多个与所述纬纱相对应且彼此间隔排列的纬肋段,所述经肋段及所述纬肋段共同界定出所述第二中空凸缘。
11.如权利要求1所述的透气导电布,其中,还包括一第二塑料膜,黏合于该第一塑料膜的该外表面,并形成多个分别地延伸入所述第一中空凸缘中的第三中空凸缘。
