本发明提供了一种用于注塑成型的设备,属于塑料制品生产领域,包括上下设置的上模具和下模具,上模具的顶部设有一驱动机构,上模具的顶部设有一弹性气囊,下模具的边缘为外壁与内壁形成的双壁结构,外壁与内壁间形成缝隙,上模具与下模具合模后,上模具的边缘进入缝隙内,上模具与下模具形成一密闭的模腔,下模具的周向设有一冷凝装置,下模具的底部连接一注塑装置。本发明能够缓解模腔压力,生产出的塑料制品表面光滑,产品的质量高,合格率高,生产效率高,节省人力物力。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品生产领域,具体是一种用于注塑成型的设备。
背景技术
塑料制品一般采用模具成型进行大批量生产,塑料经高温软化到融熔状态后,通过注射机头注入模具中冷却成型。传统的注塑成型机在塑料成型过程中会在模腔内部产生压力,使熔融的塑料从模具的缝隙漏出,冷却后成型的塑料制品表面显得粗糙、不光滑,产品的质量下降,合格率降低;如果对粗糙表面进行二次加工会增加一些繁琐的工序,使生产效率降低,浪费人力物力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够缓解模腔压力,生产出的塑料制品表面光滑,产品的质量高,合格率高,生产效率高,节省人力物力的用于注塑成型的设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于注塑成型的设备,包括上下设置的上模具和下模具,所述上模具的顶部设有一驱动机构,所述上模具的顶部设有一弹性气囊,所述下模具的边缘为外壁与内壁形成的双壁结构,所述外壁与内壁间形成缝隙,所述上模具与下模具合模后,上模具的边缘进入缝隙内,所述上模具与下模具形成一密闭的模腔,所述下模具的周向设有一冷凝装置,所述下模具的底部连接一注塑装置。
进一步地,所述驱动机构为一汽缸,所述汽缸的活动杆连接上模具的顶部。
进一步地,所述冷凝装置为S型的冷凝管,所述冷凝管环绕于下模具的周向,所述冷凝管的两端分别为冷凝入口和冷凝出口,所述冷凝入口和冷凝出口均连接一冷凝水源。
进一步地,所述下模具的底部设有一注塑入口,所述注塑入口连接注塑装置。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
本发明的上模具的顶部设有一弹性气囊,能够有效缓解塑料成型过程中在模腔内部产生压力,模腔内压力增加时弹性气囊膨胀,避免膜腔内压力过高;下模具的上臂结构设计,在模腔内压力变大时,不会使熔融的塑料从上模具和下模具的缝隙漏出,生产出的塑料制品表面光滑,产品的质量高,合格率高,不需要对成型的塑料制品进行二次加工,生产效率高,节省人力物力。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种用于注塑成型的设备,包括上下设置的上模具1和下模具2,上模具1的顶部设有一驱动机构,驱动机构为一汽缸3,汽缸3的活动杆连接上模具1的顶部,上模具1的顶部设有一弹性气囊4,下模具2的边缘为外壁5与内壁6形成的双壁结构,外壁5与内壁6间形成缝隙,上模具1与下模具2合模后,上模具1的边缘进入缝隙内,上模具1与下模具2形成一密闭的模腔,下模具2的周向设有一冷凝装置,冷凝装置为S型的冷凝管7,冷凝管7环绕于下模具2的周向,冷凝管7的两端分别为冷凝入口8和冷凝出口9,冷凝入口8和冷凝出口9均连接一冷凝水源10,下模具2的底部设有一注塑入口12,注塑入口12连接注塑装置11。
本实例的工作过程:启动汽缸3,上模具1与下模具2合模后,上模具1的边缘进入缝隙内,并形成一密闭的模腔,注塑装置11通过注塑入口对模腔内注入熔融的塑料,模腔内压力增加弹性气囊膨胀,避免膜腔内压力过高,不会使熔融的塑料从上模具1和下模具2的缝隙漏出,冷凝管7中的冷凝水对下模具进行冷却,加速模具成型,待模具成型后,启动汽缸3,将上模具和下模具分模,取下成型的塑料制品。
本发明生产出的塑料制品表面光滑,产品的质量高,合格率高,不需要对成型的塑料制品进行二次加工,生产效率高,节省人力物力。

1.一种用于注塑成型的设备,其特征在于:包括上下设置的上模具和下模具,所述上模具的顶部设有一驱动机构,所述上模具的顶部设有一弹性气囊,所述下模具的边缘为外壁与内壁形成的双壁结构,所述外壁与内壁间形成缝隙,所述上模具与下模具合模后,上模具的边缘进入缝隙内,所述上模具与下模具形成一密闭的模腔,所述下模具的周向设有一冷凝装置,所述下模具的底部连接一注塑装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于注塑成型的设备,其特征在于:所述驱动机构为一汽缸,所述汽缸的活动杆连接上模具的顶部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于注塑成型的设备,其特征在于:所述冷凝装置为S型的冷凝管,所述冷凝管环绕于下模具的周向,所述冷凝管的两端分别为冷凝入口和冷凝出口,所述冷凝入口和冷凝出口均连接一冷凝水源。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于注塑成型的设备,其特征在于:所述下模具的底部设有一注塑入口,所述注塑入口连接注塑装置。
