本发明公开了一种火锅伴侣饮料及其生产方法。所述火锅伴侣饮料是将乌梅、绿豆衣、山楂、陈皮、五味子、金银花、葛花、西瓜汁、薄荷等纯天然“药食同源”中药材经过提取、过滤、浓缩后,按照比例加入食品级木醋液、蜂蜜及纯净水,再进行灭菌、灌装制成。本发明具有清热降火、养阴生津、开胃解酒之功效,与火锅佐食后能起到增火锅之美味,助品尝之雅兴;清火锅之燥热,养机体之阴液;除辛辣之刺激,开食客之胃口;解醉酒之不适,保肝脏之安康的作用,可使人们在领略火锅无穷韵味的同时亦给身体健康带来无限的关爱。

本发明涉及现代餐饮技术领域,具体是一种适合在吃火锅时饮用的火锅伴侣饮料及其生产方法。
背景技术
火锅是人们非常喜爱的传统美食。著名的如重庆的麻辣火锅,麻辣醇香,名扬天下;广东的海鲜火锅,食而不腻,味美无穷;湘西的狗肉火锅,享有“狗肉滚三滚,神仙站不稳”之美誉;湖北的野味火锅,风味别具,诱人馋涎;北京的羊肉涮锅,风味别致,吊人胃口,堪称为寒冬里的“席上春风”,为食客们所津津乐道。
随着火锅的日益受宠,不少人反映,他们吃了火锅后非常容易上火,严重的还出现一些偏热症状,甚至引发某些疾病。这是因为火锅底料中的辣椒、花椒、胡椒、丁香、大料、大葱、生姜等调料均属辛辣之物。辛辣食物会使脾胃消化功能失调,内生燥热湿邪,继而出现便秘、痔疮发作等问题。辛辣刺激还会造成胃肠道急性炎症,出现咽喉肿痛,皮肤红斑、瘙痒、干燥、脱屑,诱发牙龈肿痛、口角糜烂、嘴唇燥裂、口腔溃疡、腹痛、腹泻等。加之很多人吃火锅还喜欢以羊肉、牛肉、狗肉等高热量食物为主,当然会“引火烧身”。火旺,则生内热,便表现燥热,就发生了“火锅综合症”。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在享受火锅美味的同时,又具有清热降火、养阴生津、开胃解酒之功效的火锅伴侣饮料及其生产方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种火锅伴侣饮料,由食品级木醋液10~15%:中药提取物12~18%:蜂蜜10~20%:纯净水余量按重量百分比混合,再进行灭菌、灌装制成。
所述中药提取物由乌梅、绿豆衣、山楂、陈皮、五味子、金银花、葛花按一定比例经煎煮、过滤、浓缩后加入西瓜汁和薄荷油再经沉淀、灭菌而成,其中各原料药按单位重量比组成包括:乌梅8~10:绿豆衣:5~7:山楂6~8:陈皮4~6:五味子3~5:金银花2~4:葛花2~4:薄荷油0.5~l;
所述中药提取物的制备工艺包括以下步奏:
1)、先将上述组份中乌梅、绿豆衣、山楂、陈皮、五味子、金银花、葛花进行精选,加五倍水煎煮,沸后1小时过滤药液;
2)、然后再加五倍水做二次煎煮,沸后40分钟过滤药液;
3)、浓缩至药液相对密度不小于1.040,再加入西瓜汁和薄荷油;
4)、沉淀48小时后,去除沉淀物,使相对密度为1.030,灭菌装桶后备用。
本发明的中药提取物配方是根据中医学的临床实践,和火锅饮食的特点而精心筛选的,组份中采用甘寒、清热降火、生津止渴的西瓜汁为主,它具有“清肺胃,解暑热,除烦止渴、醒酒凉营,疗喉痹、口疮、目赤”,对于解除食用火锅所致的多种不适,增味解酒,颇为合拍。以甘寒、清热、消暑的绿豆衣,甘苦性寒,清热解毒的金银花,协助主药清热为辅。选酸平,生津解酒的乌梅,味甘酸,性温,益气生津,补肾养心的五味子,甘平,清热解毒,解酒醒脾的葛花,酸甘,消食开胃,行气散瘀的山楂肉,以及味苦,性温,理气健脾,燥湿化痰的陈皮,共酸甘化阴,生津止渴为本方之佐。薄荷辛凉散风热,清头目,辛香清凉调味,为本方之使。木醋液具有较强的抗氧化性和杀菌功效,是一种天然、无毒的抗霉、抗菌、抗氧化剂。木醋液中的乙酸和乙醇还可生成乙酸乙酯和水,从而减轻酒精对人体的损害。诸药配伍,即是药品,又是食品,酸甜可口,清凉滋养,使食客当获鱼和熊掌兼得之喜,口服与舒爽同享之乐。

具体实施方式
本发明的最佳实施例为:
1)、中药提取物制备:按单位重量比组成:乌梅9:绿豆衣6:山楂7:陈皮5:五味子4:金银花3:葛花3:薄荷油0.5。先将上述组份中乌梅、绿豆衣、山楂、陈皮、五味子、金银花、葛花进行精选,加五倍水煎煮,沸后1小时过滤药液,然后再加五倍水做二次煎煮,沸后40分钟过滤药液。浓缩至药液相对密度不小于1.040,再加入西瓜汁和薄荷油。沉淀48小时后,去除沉淀物,使相对密度为1.030,灭菌装桶后即为中药提取物成品。
1)、火锅伴侣饮料制备:按重量百分比组成:食品级木醋液12%、中药提取物15%、蜂蜜15%、纯净水58%。将上述原料按所述配比混合,再进行灭菌、灌装即可。

1.一种火锅伴侣饮料及其生产方法,其特征在于:它是由食品级木醋液10~15%:中药提取物12~18%:蜂蜜10~20%:纯净水余量按重量百分比混合,再进行灭菌、灌装制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种火锅伴侣饮料及其生产方法,其特征在于:所述中药提取物由乌梅、绿豆衣、山楂、陈皮、五味子、金银花、葛花按一定比例经煎煮、过滤、浓缩后加入西瓜汁和薄荷油再经沉淀、灭菌而成,其中各原料药按单位重量比组成包括:乌梅8~10:绿豆衣:5~7:山楂6~8:陈皮4~6:五味子3~5:金银花2~4:葛花2~4:薄荷油0.5~l。
