Abstract

本发明属于导电油墨领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,包括导电填料、石墨烯改性助剂、树脂、溶剂、助剂。本发明制备的石墨烯改性水性导电油墨具有良好的导电线路透光性、表面硬度及耐化学溶剂等性能,还有具有优良的导电性能,克服了传统溶剂型导电油墨在使用中污染环境、成本高等弊端。

技术领域
本发明属于导电油墨领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨。
背景技术
导电油墨,是用导电材料分散在连结料中制成的糊状油墨,俗称糊剂油墨。具有一定程度导电性质,可作为印刷导电点或导电线路之用。随着电子工业的发展,电子技术与印刷技术的联系越来越紧密,对导电油墨的需求也越来越大。
目前,应用的导电油墨大多是溶剂型的,存在VOC排放导致的污染问题,因此迫切需要开发一种以水为溶剂替代溶剂型导电油墨的产品,以符合绿色、环保的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的问题,提供了一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为,
一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,按质量份数具体包括:
作为优选,所述导电填料为粒径5-20nm的超导电碳黑。
作为优选,所述的石墨烯改性助剂为石墨烯复合纳米助剂。
作为优选,所述石墨烯复合纳米助剂为二氧化钛纳米颗粒、氧化铝纳米颗粒、氧化锌纳米颗粒或氧化铁纳米颗粒、氧化铜纳米颗粒、氧化铜纳米颗粒中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、水性醇酸树脂、乙烯基树脂、水性uv树脂中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述溶剂为去离子水、异丙醇、丙二醇、乙酸乙酯、甲酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述助剂为自聚羧酸钠盐、聚丙烯酸钾盐、聚丙烯酸钠盐、硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯改性剂中的一种或几种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于,
本发明制备的石墨烯改性水性导电油墨具有良好的导电线路透光性、表面硬度及耐化学溶剂等性能,还有具有优良的导电性能,克服了传统溶剂型导电油墨在使用中污染环境、成本高等弊端。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开说明书的具体实施例的限制。
本发明提供了一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,其树脂选用水性uv树脂和水性聚氨酯树脂,溶剂选用去离子水和丙二醇,助剂选用聚丙烯酸钾盐和聚氧乙烯改性剂。
实施例1
一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,由以下组分按重量百分比制备而成:粒径5-20nm的超导电碳黑28份,石墨烯复合纳米助剂1份,水性uv树脂23份,水性聚氨酯树脂22份,去离子水18份,丙二醇5份,聚丙烯酸钾盐1.5份,聚氧乙烯改性剂1.5。
实施例2
一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,由以下组分按重量百分比制备而成:粒径5-20nm的超导电碳黑30份,石墨烯复合纳米助剂2份,水性丙烯酸树脂23份,水性醇酸树脂21份,去离子水15份,丙二醇5份,聚羧酸钠盐2份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份。
实施例3
一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,由以下组分按重量百分比制备而成:粒径5-20nm的超导电碳黑25份,石墨烯复合纳米助剂2份,水性丙烯酸树脂25份,水性醇酸树脂24份,去离子水16份,丙二醇4份,聚丙烯酸钠盐2份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份。
将上述制得的石墨烯纳米复合金属填料导电油墨以PET塑料膜为基底,使用200目的网版,进行丝网印刷,再在一定条件下干燥固化30min,最终得到
厚度为10μm左右的固化的复合导电油墨膜,对其进行测试,结果如下:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述的石墨烯改性助剂为石墨烯复合纳米助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述石墨烯复合纳米助剂为二氧化钛纳米颗粒、氧化铝纳米颗粒、氧化锌纳米颗粒或氧化铁纳米颗粒、氧化铜纳米颗粒、氧化铜纳米颗粒中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、水性醇酸树脂、乙烯基树脂、水性uv树脂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述溶剂为去离子水、异丙醇、丙二醇、乙酸乙酯、甲酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述助剂为自聚羧酸钠盐、聚丙烯酸钾盐、聚丙烯酸钠盐、硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯改性剂中的一种或几种。
