Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型水性导电油墨,由以下组分混合而成:导电填料,连接料树脂,溶剂,助剂。本发明的新型水性导电油墨,以水为主要溶剂的导电油墨来代替传统的导电油墨,并且通过调配树脂比例使其附着强度和柔韧性都符合要求,克服了传统的溶剂型导电油墨在使用过程中污染环境、成本高的弊病。检测结果表明水性导电油墨不仅具有安全环保的优点,而且具有很好的导电性能。

一种新型水性导电油墨
技术领域
本发明涉及油墨领域,具体涉及一种新型水性导电油墨。
背景技术
随着电子工业的发展,电子技术与印刷技术的结合越来越紧密,对导电油墨的需求也越来越大。导电油墨是在油墨配方中添加了具有导电性能的金属或者非金属材料作为导电填料,从而使油墨具有一定导电能力的功能性油墨。导电油墨在薄膜开关、加热元件、太阳能电池、集成电路等方面都有一定应用。
目前应用的导电油墨大都是溶剂型的,溶剂型油墨存在有机挥发物质(VOC)排放的问题。目前市场上迫切需求一种以水为溶剂的导电油墨来代替传统的导电油墨,。以符合绿化,环保的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种新型水性导电油墨。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型水性导电油墨,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比制备而成:
导电填料20-35份
连接料树脂30-55份
溶剂20-35份
助剂2-8份。
作为优选方案之一,所述的导电填料是粒径10-20nm的超导炭黑。
作为优选方案之一,所述的连接料树脂是水性聚氨酯树脂和水性丙烯酸树脂按照重量比为1:1混合组成。
作为优选方案之一,所述的溶剂包括去离子水,无水乙醇,异丙醇。
作为优选方案之一,所述的助剂包括消泡剂,分散剂,pH调节剂。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的新型水性导电油墨,以水为主要溶剂的导电油墨来代替传统的导电油墨,并且通过调配树脂比例使其附着强度和柔韧性都符合要求,克服了传统的溶剂型导电油墨在使用过程中污染环境、成本高的弊病。检测结果表明水性导电油墨不仅具有安全环保的优点,而且具有很好的导电性能。

粒径10-20nm的超导炭黑26份
水性聚氨酯树脂22份
水性丙烯酸树脂22份
去离子水18份
无水乙醇2份
异丙醇5份
消泡剂1份
分散剂3份
pH调节剂1份。

导电填料20-35份
连接料树脂30-55份
溶剂20-35份
助剂2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述的导电填料是粒径10-20nm的超导炭黑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述的连接料树脂是水性聚氨酯树脂和水性丙烯酸树脂按照重量比为1:1混合组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述的溶剂包括去离子水,无水乙醇,异丙醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型水性导电油墨,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括消泡剂,分散剂,pH调节剂。
