Abstract

本发明公开了一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法。本发明包括如下步骤:(1)采用有机/无机杂化改性技术,将无机粒子与有机聚合物进行共混后,硫化得到硅橡胶模具胶;(2)选用与硅橡胶结构相似、相容性好的铈聚硅氧烷作为耐热助剂;(3)通过氧气等离子体表面处理模具胶,并喷涂氟硅防污闪涂料制备新型模具胶;(4)将模具胶抽空排气泡后均匀多次涂刷后即可制备出高抗撕裂、稳定性、耐热性的新型硅橡胶。利用本发明的新型硅橡胶模具翻模次数高于市场水平,且耐热助剂在硅橡胶中分散均匀,耐热效果较好,可有效延长了模具的使用寿命,解决了我国硅橡胶生产技术中抗撕裂性能差、耐热性差、实用寿命短的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法。
背景技术
硅橡胶自二十世纪四十年代出现以来,其生产研究发展迅速,是有机硅产品中的主要组成部分,在我国硅橡胶占有机硅产品比例超一半。模具是有机硅的重要应用行业之一,目前我国模具工业发展迅速,但与需求相比,显然供不应求。这种现象的出现主要是因为我国模具用的硅橡胶生产技术与国外相比还存在一定差距,导致生产的模具耐热性差、使用寿命短。现阶段市场上的硅橡胶模具普遍在翻模21~25次以后就会出现硅橡胶模具边缘棱角处发生破口。这是因为普通硅橡胶分子链易于发生断键、老化、变脆,且制模的过程中高温也会对硅橡胶造成热养老化,造成硅橡胶模具的损坏。目前硅橡胶制备添加的金属氧化物耐热助剂因其有较高的表面能,导致其容易聚集,在硅橡胶中分散不均匀,严重影响硅橡胶的耐热性。若不提高硅橡胶的抗撕裂性能、耐热性能和翻模次数,无法应对市场产品需求的缺口。
例如我国已申请的专利“CN2015109665823 一种制模用双组份高抗撕液体硅橡胶及其制备”可提高硅橡胶的抗撕裂强度和翻模次数,但其忽略了耐热性对硅橡胶在实际应用中的重要性,未对耐热性进行改性,硅橡胶在高温制模时或模具使用的过程中容易热氧老化,影响模具的使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决在高温高湿条件下,现有模具胶生产的模具热收缩率较大,耐热氧化效果差,造成产品纹饰精细度及外观差,模具使用寿命较短,强度低,现有模具胶在高温下还易与产品(如环氧树脂等)发生反应等问题。本发明目的在于提供一种模具用的高抗撕裂硅橡胶的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、端链和侧链高乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、气相二氧化硅、六甲基二硅氮烷处理剂、去离子水,端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷在捏合机混合均匀后与端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷以及混合物催化剂,在行星搅拌机中搅拌均匀脱泡过滤得制模用双组份高抗撕液体硅橡胶A组份;
(2)将端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、端链和侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、1-乙炔基环己醇反应抑制剂、二甲聚硅氧烷在行星搅拌机中搅拌均匀脱泡过滤得制模用双组份高抗撕液体硅橡胶B组份;
(3)选用与硅橡胶结构相似、相容性好的铈聚硅氧烷作为耐热助剂提高耐热氧化性能,并将A组份、B组份和耐热助剂按一定的重量比混合搅拌均匀脱泡,进行共混,100℃下硫化成型30分钟即得到提高尺寸稳定性,降低其收缩率的硅橡胶模具;
(4)采等离子体对硅橡胶进行等离子表面处理后喷涂氟硅防污闪涂料,干燥得等离子-涂层复合改性模具胶;
(5)将硅胶抽空排气泡后均匀涂刷在产品上,30分钟后粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,30分钟后再粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,如此重复粘贴纱布纤维布与涂刷硅胶多次后得到高抗撕裂,高稳定性的硅橡胶。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为100份、端链和侧链高乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷气10份、相二氧化硅为38份、六甲基二硅氮烷处理剂为11.4份、去离子水为3.42份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷1.12份、端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷20份、混合物催化剂1份。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中相二氧化硅分四次投入到捏合机中。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中混合催化剂为H2PtCl6四氢呋喃溶液/Pt[(ViMe2Si)2O]2=1:1。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为20份、端链和侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷为80份、1-乙炔基环己醇反应抑制剂为0.4份、二甲聚硅氧烷4份。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中端链和侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷中活性氢含量为0.336%。

与现有技术相比本发明所述的一种模具用的高抗撕有机硅橡胶的制备具有以下有益效果,本发明采用无机二氧化硅与有机聚合物杂化技术制备硅橡胶增加了硅橡胶的强度,降低了收缩强度,使得其制备的模具翻模次数增加;选用铈聚硅氧烷作为耐热助剂,提高硅橡胶的耐热氧化性能,延长了模具使用寿命;采用氧气等离子体对硅橡胶进行等离子表面处理,再喷涂氟硅防污闪涂料,进一步的加强了模具尺寸稳定性,提高了产品的质量;采用多次涂刷技术后硅胶模具的强度、拉力,等力学性能(抗撕裂性能)均显著提高。
具体实施方式
【实施例1】
一种模具用的高抗撕有机硅橡胶得的制备,具体步骤如下:
(1)采用有机-无机杂化技术,将100份端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、10份端链和侧链高乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、38份气相二氧化硅、11.4份六甲基二硅氮烷处理剂、3.42份去离水、1.12份端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀后,加入20份端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、1份H2PtCl6四氢呋喃溶液/Pt[(ViMe2Si)2O]2=1:1 混合物催化剂,搅拌均匀脱泡过滤得硅橡胶A 组份;
(2)将20份端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、80份活性氢含量0.336%端链和侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.4份 1-乙炔基环己醇反应抑制剂、4份二甲聚硅氧烷搅拌均匀脱泡过滤得硅橡胶B 组份;
(3)将A组份、B组份和耐热助剂铈聚硅氧烷按100:10:1重量比混合搅拌均匀脱泡,进行共混,100℃条件下硫化成型30min即得到提高尺寸稳定性,降低其收缩率的硅橡胶模具;
(4)将固化好的硅橡胶剪成5cm*5cm的正方形,置于O2等离子体反应室下电极上,开启射频电源进行射频等离子处理,再用油漆喷枪在样品上均匀喷涂一层氟硅防污闪涂料,干燥后即得等离子-涂层复合改性模具胶;
(5)将硅胶抽空排气泡后均匀涂刷在产品上,30分钟后粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,30分钟后再粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,如此重复粘贴纱布纤维布与涂刷硅胶5次,即得到模具用的高抗撕硅橡胶。
【实施例2】

(3)将A组份、B组份和耐热助剂铈聚硅氧烷按100:10:1重量比混合搅拌均匀脱泡,进行共混,100℃条件下硫化成型30min即得到提高尺寸稳定性,降低其收缩率的硅橡胶模具;
(4)将固化好的硅橡胶剪成5cm*5cm的正方形,置于O2等离子体反应室下电极上,开启射频电源进行射频等离子处理,再用油漆喷枪在样品上均匀喷涂一层氟硅防污闪涂料,干燥后即得等离子-涂层复合改性模具胶;
(5)将硅胶抽空排气泡后均匀涂刷在产品上,30分钟后粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,30分钟后再粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,如此重复粘贴纱布纤维布与涂刷硅胶7次,即得到模具用的高抗撕硅橡胶。
【实施例3】
(1)采用有机-无机杂化技术,将100份端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、10份端链和侧链高乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、38份气相二氧化硅、11.4份六甲基二硅氮烷处理剂、3.42份去离水、1.12份端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀后,加入20份端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、1份H2PtCl6四氢呋喃溶液/Pt[(ViMe2Si)2O]2=1:1 混合物催化剂,搅拌均匀脱泡过滤得硅橡胶A 组份;
(2)将20份端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、80份活性氢含量0.336%端链和侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.4份 1-乙炔基环己醇反应抑制剂、4份二甲聚硅氧烷搅拌均匀脱泡过滤得硅橡胶B 组份;
(3)将A组份、B组份和耐热助剂铈聚硅氧烷按100:10:1重量比混合搅拌均匀脱泡,进行共混,100℃条件下硫化成型30min即得到提高尺寸稳定性,降低其收缩率的硅橡胶模具;
(4)将固化好的硅橡胶剪成5cm*5cm的正方形,置于O2等离子体反应室下电极上,开启射频电源进行射频等离子处理,再用油漆喷枪在样品上均匀喷涂一层氟硅防污闪涂料,干燥后即得等离子-涂层复合改性模具胶;
(5)将硅胶抽空排气泡后均匀涂刷在产品上,30分钟后粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,30分钟后再粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,如此重复粘贴纱布纤维布与涂刷硅胶6次,即得到模具用的高抗撕硅橡胶。

(1)将端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、端链和侧链高乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、气相二氧化硅、六甲基二硅氮烷处理剂、去离子水、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷在捏合机混合均匀后与端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷以及混合物催化剂,在行星搅拌机中搅拌均匀脱泡过滤得制模用双组份高抗撕液体硅橡胶A组份;
(2)将端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、端链和侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、1-乙炔基环己醇反应抑制剂、二甲聚硅氧烷在行星搅拌机中搅拌均匀脱泡过滤得制模用双组份高抗撕液体硅橡胶B组份;
(3)将A组份、B组份与耐热助剂铈聚硅氧烷按一定的重量比混合搅拌均匀脱泡,进行共混,100℃下硫化成型30分钟即得到提高尺寸稳定性、热稳定性,降低其收缩率、提高耐热性的硅橡胶模具胶;
(4)采等离子体对硅橡胶进行等离子表面处理后喷涂氟硅防污闪涂料,干燥得等离子-涂层复合改性模具胶;
(5)将硅橡胶抽空排气泡后均匀涂刷在产品上,30分钟后粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,30分钟后再粘贴一层纱布纤维布,再涂刷一层硅胶,如此重复粘贴纱布纤维布与涂刷硅胶多次后得到高抗撕裂,高稳定性的硅橡胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(1)中端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为100份、端链和侧链高乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷气10份、气相相二氧化硅为38份、六甲基二硅氮烷处理剂为11.4份、去离子水为3.42份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷1.12份、端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷20份、混合物催化剂1份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(1)中气相二氧化硅分四次投入到捏合机中。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(1)中混合催化剂为浓度为2500ppm的H2PtCl6四氢呋喃溶液/Pt[(ViMe2Si)2O]2=1:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(2)中端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为20份、端链和侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷为80份、1-乙炔基环己醇反应抑制剂为0.4份、二甲聚硅氧烷4份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(2)中端链和侧链含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷中活性氢含量为0.336%。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(3)中组分A、组分B与耐热助剂铈聚硅氧烷的重量比为100:10:1。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(4)中等离子体为O2等离子体。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(4)中硅橡胶在等离子体处理前先将其剪成5cm*5cm的正方形。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种模具用的高抗撕裂有机硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(5)中涂刷次数取决于最终硅橡胶的撕裂强度大于30kN/m。
