本发明公开了一种热升华防火耐高温涂层,包括羧甲基纤维素、淀粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚柠檬酸、二氧化钛、高岭土、聚葡萄糖、葡聚糖、阿拉伯胶、琼脂、糖元、透明质酸、甲基纤维素、海藻糖、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化铝,膨润土粉末、甲醛、氨基甲酸乙酯、磷酸氢二铵、乙醇胺、三聚氰胺、硼酸、硅氧烷树脂、水性树脂以及助剂,本发明制备工艺简单,制得涂层具有良好的耐高温性和防火性。

一种热升华防火耐高温涂层
技术领域
本发明涉及热转印制备技术领域,具体为一种热升华防火耐高温涂层。
背景技术
热升华转印是一种无水印染工艺,具有较高的环保效应,对目前国家倡导的高能耗行业节能减排改造工程具有重要价值,目前已成为研究热点。热升华转印的原理是在高温下(通常为220℃以上),热升华转印介质上的分散染料升华至化纤面料上并直接被面料纤维固定,印染好的化纤面料可以免水洗。可以认为,热升华转印工艺,尤其是数码热升华转印工艺,是一种高度环保并且实用可靠的工艺,有希望替代传统印染工艺。
热升华转印介质是整个工艺的技术核心所在,尤其是涂层配方技术。首先,该涂层配方要求能够良好地接受墨水形成细腻的图案,在加热时能够释放分散染料,使其充分升华,形成较高的热升华转移率。但是由于目前技术的局限,现有的产品在加热的过程中,涂层很容易由于耐不起高温,而晕开。因此需要一种即具有耐高温的热升华转印介质,从而来促进热升华工艺的进一步发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热升华转印防腐涂层,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种热升华防火耐高温涂层,包括羧甲基纤维素5-30份、淀粉5-20份、聚丙烯酰胺1-15份、聚柠檬酸2-20份、二氧化钛1-15份、高岭土1-15份、聚葡萄糖5-10份、葡聚糖1-3份、阿拉伯胶1-5份、琼脂2-5份、糖元2-6份、透明质酸3-7份、甲基纤维素2-7份、海藻糖2-5份、二氧化硅3-7份、硫酸钡3-9份、氧化铝2-9份,膨润土粉末1-5份、甲醛1-4份、氨基甲酸乙酯3-7份、磷酸氢二铵5-9份、乙醇胺3-7份、三聚氰胺2-8份、硼酸3-9份、硅氧烷树脂2-7份、水性树脂2-7份以及助剂1-5份。
作为优化的,所述水性树脂包括水性丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、水性自交联丙烯酸树脂或水性硅丙改性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。
作为优化的,所述助剂包括消泡剂、成膜剂、润湿剂、抗擦伤剂或交联剂二乙烯基苯。
作为优化的,所述消泡剂包括有机硅氧烷、司盘-20或司盘-80.
作为优化的,所述成膜剂包括丙二醇丁醚或一缩丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。作为优化的,所述润湿剂包括石蜡或聚丙烯蜡。
作为优化的,所述抗擦伤剂为抗擦伤剂CR236。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备工艺简单,制得涂层具有良好的防火性性和耐高温性;
(2)本发明添加的水性树脂、助剂,具有明显的环保性。

于本实施例中,采用的成分配比为:羧甲基纤维素5份、淀粉5份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、聚柠檬酸2份、二氧化钛1份、高岭土1份、聚葡萄糖5份、葡聚糖1份、阿拉伯胶1份、琼脂2份、糖元2份、透明质酸3份、甲基纤维素2份、海藻糖2份、二氧化硅3份、硫酸钡3份、氧化铝2份,膨润土粉末1份、甲醛1份、氨基甲酸乙酯3份、磷酸氢二铵5份、乙醇胺3份、三聚氰胺2份、硼酸3份、硅氧烷树脂2份、水性树脂2份以及助剂1份。

于本实施例中,采用的成分配比为:羧甲基纤维素15份、淀粉12份、聚丙烯酰胺8份、聚柠檬酸10份、二氧化钛7份、高岭土7份、聚葡萄糖8份、葡聚糖2份、阿拉伯胶3份、琼脂3份、糖元4份、透明质酸5份、甲基纤维素5份、海藻糖3份、二氧化硅5份、硫酸钡6份、氧化铝5份,膨润土粉末3份、甲醛3份、氨基甲酸乙酯5份、磷酸氢二铵7份、乙醇胺5份、三聚氰胺5份、硼酸6份、硅氧烷树脂5份、水性树脂5份以及助剂3份。

1.一种热升华防火耐高温涂层,其特征在于:包括羧甲基纤维素5-30份、淀粉5-20份、聚丙烯酰胺1-15份、聚柠檬酸2-20份、二氧化钛1-15份、高岭土1-15份、聚葡萄糖5-10份、葡聚糖1-3份、阿拉伯胶1-5份、琼脂2-5份、糖元2-6份、透明质酸3-7份、甲基纤维素2-7份、海藻糖2-5份、二氧化硅3-7份、硫酸钡3-9份、氧化铝2-9份,膨润土粉末1-5份、甲醛1-4份、氨基甲酸乙酯3-7份、磷酸氢二铵5-9份、乙醇胺3-7份、三聚氰胺2-8份、硼酸3-9份、硅氧烷树脂2-7份、水性树脂2-7份以及助剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热升华防火耐高温涂层,其特征在于:所述水性树脂包括水性丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、水性自交联丙烯酸树脂或水性硅丙改性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热升华防火耐高温涂层,其特征在于:所述助剂包括消泡剂、成膜剂、润湿剂、抗擦伤剂或交联剂二乙烯基苯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热升华防火耐高温涂层,其特征在于:所述消泡剂包括有机硅氧烷、司盘-20或司盘-80。
5.根据权利要求3所述的热升华防火耐高温涂层,其特征在于:所述成膜剂包括丙二醇丁醚或一缩丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
6.根据权利要求3所述的热升华防火耐高温涂层,其特征在于:所述润湿剂包括石蜡或聚丙烯蜡。
7.根据权利要求3所述的热升华防火耐高温涂层,其特征在于:所述抗擦伤剂为抗擦伤剂CR236。
