技术领域
本发明涉及转印纸技术领域,具体为一种油性热升华印花油墨。
背景技术
热升华转印是一种无水印染工艺,具有较高的环保效应,对目前国家倡导的高能耗行业节能减排改造工程具有重要价值,目前已成为研究热点。热升华转印的原理是在高温下(通常为220℃以上),热升华转印介质上的分散染料升华至化纤面料上并直接被面料纤维固定,印染好的化纤面料可以免水洗。可以认为,热升华转印工艺,尤其是数码热升华转印工艺,是一种高度环保并且实用可靠的工艺,有希望替代传统印染工艺。
热升华转印介质是整个工艺的技术核心所在,尤其是涂层配方技术。首先,该涂层配方要求能够良好地接受墨水形成细腻的图案,在加热时能够释放分散染料,使其充分升华,形成较高的热升华转移率。但是由于目前技术的局限,现有的产品在接受墨水后需要等待一段较长的时间使墨水充分被吸收形成干燥的表面,然后再转印。这在较大的程度上限制了热升华工艺的加工效率。若使用外部加热设备对接受墨水的热升华转印介质进行加热干燥,会明显的影响热升华转移率,从而造成产品的色差。特别是数码热升华转印工艺,过低的加工效率已经严重制约了工艺的推广程度。因此需要一种即具有高转移率又具有高速干燥能力的热升华介质,来促进热升华工艺的进一步发展。

本发明的目的在于提供一种油性热升华印花油墨,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种油性热升华印花油墨,包括分散染料1-20份、黏度调节剂1-15份、海藻酸钠1-15份、聚柠檬酸1-10份、氧化铝1-10份、油性分散介质2-8份、矿物油1-8份、苯乙烯类单体1-10份、松香改性马来酸树脂1-10份、高分子分散剂1-10份、助溶剂2-8份、加香剂1-9份、木质素磺酸钠1-15份、消泡剂1-10份、中和剂1-10份、防腐剂1-10份、羧甲基纤维素5-30份、PH缓冲剂2-20份、交联淀粉粉末1-15份、硅藻土粉末5-10份。

C、将混合物B静置2h后,用0.3u滤膜过滤,即得到热升华油墨。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备工艺简单,制得油墨具有良好的耐磨性、抗氧化性、耐水性和附着能力;
(2)本发明添加的PH缓冲剂,能够调节油墨的PH,同时还能够防止打印过程中,涂层阻塞喷嘴,影响转印效果。

3.根据权利要求1所述的油性热升华印花油墨,其特征在于:优选的成分配比为:分散染料12份、黏度调节剂2份、海藻酸钠1份、聚柠檬酸1份、氧化铝1份、油性分散介质6份、矿物油1份、苯乙烯类单体1份、松香改性马来酸树脂5份、高分子分散剂8份、助溶剂2份、加香剂1份、木质素磺酸钠3份、消泡剂3份、中和剂2份、防腐剂2份、羧甲基纤维素10份、PH缓冲剂3份、交联淀粉粉末3份、硅藻土粉末5份。
4.实现权利要求1所述的油性热升华印花油墨,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将分散染料、黏度调节剂、海藻酸钠、聚柠檬酸、氧化铝、油性分散介质、矿物油、苯乙烯类单体、松香改性马来酸树脂、高分子分散剂、助溶剂、搅拌,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入加香剂、木质素磺酸钠、消泡剂、中和剂、防腐剂、羧甲基纤维素、PH缓冲剂、交联淀粉粉末、硅藻土粉末,混合后加入机械搅拌釜中搅拌,机械搅拌釜转速为3000转/分,搅拌时间为15min,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B静置2h后,用0.3u滤膜过滤,即得到热升华油墨。
