背景技术:在现有竹板基础上改良创新,解决目前竹板存在的霉变、虫蛀、裂缝、竹节断裂、无净化环保功效问题
发明内容:将优质竹篾粉碎成竹丝,进行炭化高压成型,该技术解决了目前竹板开裂、断裂、虫蛀、霉变、有竹节不美观、无法制作高精度异型、虽环保但忽视竹炭净化能效问题,该技术可广泛用于制作各类家具、装饰装修、高精工艺制品、不仅美观、牢固、且运用了竹炭优秀的净化能效,充分运用了竹材的优势。
具体实施方式:
选择通直、正圆、直径较大,竹龄在5-6年生,离地面10cm以上的竹材,将内外两层的竹节、竹青、竹黄刨除干净,将竹青、竹节、竹黄刨除干净后,挑选中层优质竹材进行粉碎拉丝至0.3-0.5mm竹丝,然后放入200度的高压蒸汽炭化锅炉进行高温、高压脱水、炭化处理,炭化时间在10-15分钟,确保炭化成分在8-10%之间,然后出炉,筛选出不良品(炭化程度不足或者炭化过度),加入聚乙烯醇环保胶水(比例为100公斤炭化竹纤维加0.7公斤胶),进行順丝梳理着胶,让炭化后的竹纤维具备一定粘接性,然后将融有聚乙烯醇环保胶水的炭化竹纤维放入锻压冲床,进行350Mpa的冲压成型,该材质的特点是含有竹炭成分且经过高温冲压成型,可保持竹材特色,成才不易霉变、生虫、硬度高、能吸附分解甲醛等有害物质的特性,可广泛应用于环保家居材料,各类家具制作、装饰装修、高精工艺制品、家电外壳等。

Claims (1)

1.该制作工艺技术特点为将优质竹篾粉碎成0.3-0.5mm竹丝,经过高温炭化后,进行350Mpa冲压成型,该技术可以解决目前行业内竹板易霉变、裂口、有竹节不美观、无法制作高精度竹艺制品问题,因该技术竹材拉成细丝后,可在冲压床上根据实际需求,一次性冲压成各种所需要的高精度异型,既美观且无接缝,纹路清晰不杂乱,硬度高,材质含有竹炭成分,还有净化空气效果,可运用于各类高精度竹制品、异型制作,家具,装饰装修,家电外壳。
