呼吸系统疾病据全国部分城市及农村前十位主要疾病死亡原因的统计数,呼吸系统疾病(不包括肺癌)在城市的死亡病因中占第四位(13.1%),在农村占第三位(16.4%)。由于大气污染、吸烟、工业经济发展导致的理化因子、生物因子吸人以及人口年龄老化等因素,使近年来呼吸系统疾病如肺癌、支气管哮喘的发病率明显增加,慢性阻塞性肺疾病居高不下(40岁以上人群中超过8%)。肺结核发病率虽有所控制,但近年又有增高趋势。 肺血栓栓塞症已经构成了重要的医疗保健问题,肺动脉高压近年来也日益受到关注。肺部弥漫性间质纤维化及免疫低下性肺部感染等疾病发病率日渐增多。目前在多个国家出现的人禽流感病死率超过60%。而禽流感病毒侵人体内主要的靶器官也是肺。这正说明呼吸系统疾病对我国人民健康危害仍是很大的,其防治任务艰巨。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种包含益生菌、中草药有效成分等的复合益生菌食品,可以起到有益于呼吸系统的作用。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种有益于呼吸系统的复合益生菌产品含有嗜热链球菌1-3份、鼠李糖乳杆菌3-8份、低聚果糖80-120份、乌梅粉15-25份、百合粉20-40份、玉竹粉10-30份、三氯蔗糖0.1-0.5份、全脂奶粉100-300份、乳清蛋白粉10-30份、乳糖80-120份、葡萄糖60-150份。
乳清蛋白是采用先进工艺从牛奶分离提取出来的珍贵蛋白质,以其纯度高、吸收率高、氨基酸组成最合理等诸多优势被推为“蛋白之王”。 提供身体构造新组织所需的氨基酸,延缓人体衰老,调节体内的水分、电解质平衡,增强机体抗疲劳能力,在体内制造酶,改善肠胃功能,向细胞输送氧和各种营养物质,加速机体修复。
全脂奶粉含有牛奶中的优质蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素以及钙、磷、铁等矿物质。
低聚果糖是一种水溶性膳食纤维,能有效降低血清胆固醇、甘油三脂、游离脂肪酸的数量,在大肠内被细菌发酵生成L-乳酸,可以溶解钙、镁、铁等矿物质,促进人体对矿物质的吸收。还可促进维生素B1、B2、B3、B6、B12及叶酸的自然形成,从而提高人体新陈代谢水平,提高免疫力和抗病力。
乌梅属药食同源,味酸、涩,平。归肝、脾、肺、大肠经,能敛肺止咳。
玉竹:味甘、平,入为、肺经。玉竹能滋阴润肺,生津止渴。玉竹里的多糖、维他命A与烟酸,能够增强人体抗病能力,推迟衰老。
百合:百合味甘、性平,入心、肺经。百合有润肺止咳、清心安神作用,可用于肺痨咯血、肺虚久咳、虚烦惊悸、失眠及热病后余热未清、心烦口渴等症。百合富含钾,有利于加强肌肉兴奋度,促使代谢功能协调。
乌梅、百合、玉竹三者均入肺经,具有养肺养阴,清热生津之效,三者配伍,相互增其疗效。杆菌对于过敏体质有很好的缓解作用, 平衡和改善胃肠道功能, 增强人体自身免疫能力,预防呼吸道感染。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将现代营养学研究成果与传统养生保健理论相结合,研制出了一种有益于呼吸系统的复合益生菌产品。通过各种配料的有机组合,将各种功能进行融合,并通过有效成分之间的协同作用,增强作用效果。且口感良好、风味独特。工艺简单,易操作,适宜工厂规模化生产。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
本实施例的组分及重量份数为:嗜热链球菌2份、鼠李糖乳杆菌4份、低聚果糖90份、乌梅粉18份、百合粉24份、玉竹粉12份、三氯蔗糖0.3份、全脂奶粉120份、乳清蛋白粉15份、乳糖90份、葡萄糖70份。
将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀,经过干燥,制成粉状食品。用一定量温开水冲调后,可直接食用。
实施例2
本实施例的组分及重量份数为:嗜热链球菌1份、鼠李糖乳杆菌7份、低聚果糖100份、乌梅粉21份、百合粉260份、玉竹粉22份、三氯蔗糖0.3份、全脂奶粉150份、乳清蛋白粉24份、乳糖110份、葡萄糖80份。
将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀,经过干燥,制成粉状食品。用一定量温开水冲调后,可直接食用。

1.一种有益于呼吸系统的复合益生菌产品,其特征在于它含有嗜热链球菌1-3份、鼠李糖乳杆菌3-8份、低聚果糖80-120份、乌梅粉15-25份、百合粉20-40份、玉竹粉10-30份、三氯蔗糖0.1-0.5份、全脂奶粉100-300份、乳清蛋白粉10-30份、乳糖80-120份、葡萄糖60-150份。
