技术领域
本发明属于药食同源类配方食品技术领域,将现代生物科技研究成果、现代营养学理论及“药食同源之中药”的传统中医精髓理论相结合,是一种调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品。
背景技术
动脉粥样硬化是一组动脉硬化的血管病中常见的最重要的一种,其特点是受累动脉病变从内膜开始,一般先有脂质和复合糖类积聚、出血及血栓形成,纤维组织增生及钙质沉着,并有动脉中层的逐渐蜕变和钙化,病变常累及弹性及大中等肌性动脉,一旦发展到足以阻塞动脉腔,则该动脉所供应的组织或器官将缺血或坏死,由于在动脉内膜积聚的脂质外观呈黄色粥样,因此称为动脉粥样硬化,
动脉粥样硬化就是动脉壁上沉积了一层像小米粥样的脂类,使动脉弹性减低、管腔变窄的病变,高血压是促进动脉粥样硬化发生、发展的重要因子,而动脉因粥样硬化所致的狭窄又可引起继发性高血压,因此二者之间互相影响,互相促进,形影不离,高血压促进动脉粥样硬化,多发生于大、中动脉,包括心脏的冠状动脉、头部的脑动脉等这些要塞通道,高血压致使血液冲击血管内膜,导致管壁增厚、管腔变细,管壁内膜受损后易为胆固醇、脂质沉积,加重了动脉粥样斑块的形成,因此,高血压是动脉粥样硬化的危险因子,动脉粥样硬化是动脉硬化的一种,大、中动脉内膜出现含胆固醇、类脂肪等的黄色物质,多由脂肪代谢紊乱,神经血管功能失调引起,常导致血栓形成、供血障碍等,也叫粥样硬化,本病的发病原因上不完全明确,但通过广泛而深入的病因学调查发现,本病为多病因疾病,其危险因素包括:1、高血压,临床及尸检资料均表明;高血压患者动脉粥样硬化发病率明显增高,此可能由于高血压时,动脉壁承受特殊高的压力,内膜层和内皮细胞层损伤,低密度脂蛋白易于进入动脉壁,并刺激平滑肌细胞增生,引发动脉粥样硬化,2、高血脂症,临床资料表明,动脉粥样硬化常见于高胆固醇血症,实验动物给予高胆固醇饲料可以引起动脉粥样硬化,近年的研究发现低密度脂蛋白与极密度脂蛋白的增高和高密度脂蛋白的降低与动脉粥样硬化有关,血中甘油三酯的增高与动脉粥样硬化的发生也有一定关系,新近的研究发现脂蛋白a〔Lp(a)〕与动脉粥样硬化的发生有密切关系,3、吸烟,吸烟者血中碳氧血红蛋白浓度可达10-20%,动脉壁内氧合不足,内膜下层脂肪酸合成增多,前列环素释放减少,血小板易在动脉壁粘附聚集,此外,吸烟还可使血中高密度脂蛋白的原蛋白量降低,血清胆固醇含量增高,以致易患动脉粥样硬化。此外,吸烟时烟雾中所含尼古丁可直接作用于心脏和冠状动脉引起动脉痉挛和心肌受损,4,糖尿病,糖尿病者多伴有高甘油三酯血症或高胆固醇血症,如再伴有高血压,则动脉粥样硬化的发病率明显增高,糖尿病者还常有血第Ⅷ因子增高及血小板活动性增强,第Ⅷ因子由动脉壁内的细胞产生,该因子的增高表示内膜的病变,血小板活动增加使其易在动脉壁上集聚,加速动脉粥样硬化血栓形成和引起动脉管腔的闭塞,近年来的研究认为胰岛素抵抗与动脉粥样硬化的发生有密切关系,Ⅱ型糖尿病病人常有胰岛素抵抗及高胰岛素血症伴发冠心病,5,肥胖,也是动脉粥样硬化的易患因素,肥胖可导致血浆甘油三酯及胆固醇水平的增高,肥胖者也常伴发高血压或糖尿病,近年研究认为肥胖者常有胰岛素抵抗,因而动脉粥样硬化的发病率明显增高,

本人把“药食同源”与“新资源食品”的中药完美结合,结合动脉粥样硬化患者的体质特征,综合当今美国哈佛大学的先进生理学、医药、营养学及临床应用等研究成果,依据“消中寓补”、“均衡调养”的传统中医的精髓理论(肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则),采用3种以上药食两用的中药提取物精华、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、多种维生素及矿物质辅料,不仅可作为单一营养来源满足动脉粥样硬化患者的营养需求,还有起到降血压,降血脂,升高血清中血管内皮舒张因子、超氧化物歧化酶水平,降低内皮素、血浆脂质过氧化物活性水平,拮抗血小板粘附、聚集和血栓形成,保护动脉壁和扩张血管的功效的方便食品。
1、本发明配方的主要的主要成分:
中药提取物是根据动脉粥样硬化患者的体质特征从中医理论中的肝、脾、肾三脏同调为主原则,利用药食两用中草药中的功能因子调节机体功能增强抵抗力,并选取以下几大类药物进行配伍;其中:石斛具有生津养胃,滋阴清热,润肺益肾,明目强腰的功效,冬虫夏草性温;归肺、肾经;温和滋补,可升可降;具有补肺气,益肾精的功效,决明子有显著降低甘油三酯、胆固醇的含量的作用,通过导泻可减少肠道对胆固醇的吸收,并能反馈调节低密度脂蛋白的代谢,进而降脂,有助于大便通畅,并对心脏、血管、和肾脏等器官有保健作用,增强其动力,从而降低对血管壁的压力,达到降血压降血脂的功效;葛根有明显的降压,减少血管阻力,增加血流量的作用,山楂具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用,同时,山楂也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,荷叶有清心解暑、散瘀止血、消风祛湿的功效,玫瑰茄具有清热利尿、生津止渴、理气消食,能清凉解渴,消除疲倦、调节和平衡血脂、降血压的功效;
本发明所述的药食两用中药提取物及新资源食品是指山楂、荷叶、石斛、冬虫夏草(冬虫夏草菌丝体)、人参、枸杞、葛根、决明子、沙棘、桑叶、黑木耳、玫瑰茄、茯苓、红曲米、地龙蛋白、共轭亚油酸、纳豆其中的3种以上或全部,采用生物酶解或预水解SBE提取并微胶囊化,经喷雾干燥及冷冻干燥的提取物后的混合物。
2、短肽:即为低聚肽,是指利用生物酶工程技术从动物或植物蛋白中分离提取的一类小分子蛋白质,其平均分子量在1000Dalton以下,易溶于水,对酸、热稳定,可以不需经过消化而直接吸收,生物利用率高,在吸收和利用上优于游离的氨基酸和完整的蛋白质,可应用于蛋白质补充食品中,尤其对于消化吸收能力低下的人群,短肽是极佳的氮源,除营养功能外,短肽还具有一系列的生理活性功能:提高小肠的消化吸收功能, 增强机体免疫力,抗氧化, 辅助调节血糖,辅助调节血脂,辅助降血压,抗辐射, 促进矿物质吸收, 增强药食两用中草药中功能因子的作用效果;

4、维生素和矿物质:
维生素和矿物质是人体必需的营养素,本发明中添加的维生素为维生素和矿物质是人体必需的营养素;
本发明中添加的维生素为维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素K1、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素Be、维生素Bu、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、胆碱、生物素其中的 一种、几种或全部混合;
本发明中添加的矿物质为钙、磷、钾、钠、镁、氯、铁、锌、硒、铜、锰、碘、氟、铬、钼其中的一种、几种或全部混合,本发明所述的矿物质添加为该矿物质的有机或无机化合物;
本发明中维生素矿物质的添加量参照GB14880《食品营养强化剂使用卫生标准》、GB2760《食品添加剂使用标准》执行,现以1000g成品为例,添加量为维生素A0.01g、维生素D0.000015g、维生素E0.12g、维生素K0.0075g、维生素K10.00001g、维生素C10.625g、维生素B10.016g、维生素B20.016g、维生素B60.015g、维生素B0.0023g、维生素Be 、维生素Bu、烟酸0.2g、叶酸0.003g、泛酸0.051g、胆碱2.5g、生物素0.000057g、钙6.2g、磷4.5g、钾10g、钠16.17g、镁1.7g、氯、铁0.15g、锌6.2g、硒0.00012g、铜0.007g、锰0.018g、碘0.00001g、氟0.00001g、铬0.00001g、钼0.00001g。
5、制备方法:先将山楂、荷叶、人参、枸杞、葛根、决明子、沙棘、红曲米 、纳豆、桑叶、茯苓、黑木耳、玫瑰茄等中药或新资源食品的原料成分,按照所述重量份的配比加入上述物料,制作时先将以是清洗、浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用预水解SBE技术提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的粉状物质,再添加生物酶解提取的红曲米 、地龙蛋白、大豆低聚糖、小麦低聚肽、共轭亚油酸 、纳豆、水苏糖,大豆蛋白肽、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、多种维生素及矿物质混合后进行巴氏灭菌1小时制成固体饮料、颗粒剂;也可以加入适量附料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和黑芝麻粉制成饼干等快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用,若做成饮料则省去经喷雾干燥, 并不添加红曲米粉、地龙蛋白粉、纳豆粉,分装成10-65ml/瓶,每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶,所有操作均在洁净干燥环境内进行。

上述调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品还包括以重量计的下列组分:药食两用的提取物: 山楂34g、荷叶34g、石斛32g、人参32g、枸杞30g、葛根30g、决明子28g、沙棘28g、桑叶28g、玫瑰茄26g、红曲米26g、地龙蛋白24g、共轭亚油酸24g、纳豆24g、短肽300g、益生元250g、多种维生素及矿物质50g。
本发明以微胶囊、生物酶解、预水解SBE及喷雾干燥集成创新,构成的产业化生产的关键技术,按以上微胶囊、生物酶解、预水解SBE及喷雾干燥集成创新工艺制成方便食品、固体饮料、颗粒剂或胶囊剂或压制成型的片剂、软胶囊。

1.一种调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品,其特征是以结合动脉粥样硬化患者的体质特征,依据传统中医的精髓理论,因人而异,黄金配伍以3种以上药食两用的中药提取物精华、短肽为主要原料,以益生元、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料制成的食品;
按下列原料及其用量进行配方:药食两用的提取物: 山楂28g、荷叶28g、石斛26g、冬虫夏草(冬虫夏草菌丝体)26g、人参26g、枸杞26g、葛根24g、决明子24g、沙棘24g、桑叶24g、黑木耳22g、玫瑰茄22g、茯苓22g、红曲米20g、地龙蛋白20g、共轭亚油酸20g、纳豆18g、短肽300g、益生元250g、维生素A0.01g、维生素D0.000015g、维生素E0.12g、维生素K0.0075g、维生素K10.00001g、维生素C10.625g、维生素B10.016g、维生素B20.016g、维生素B60.015g、维生素B0.0023g、维生素Be 、维生素Bu、烟酸0.2g、叶酸0.003g、泛酸0.051g、胆碱2.5g、生物素0.000057g、钙6.2g、磷4.5g、钾10g、钠16.17g、镁1.7g、氯、铁0.15g、锌6.2g、硒0.00012g、铜0.007g、锰0.018g、碘0.00001g、氟0.00001g、铬0.00001g、钼0.00001g;
制作时先将山楂、荷叶、石斛、人参、枸杞、葛根、决明子、沙棘、桑叶、黑木耳、玫瑰茄、茯苓、鸡内金、山药、薏仁、芡实等中药或新资源食品的原料成分,按照所述重量份的配比加入上述物料,制作时先将以是清洗、浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用预水解SBE技术提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的粉状物质,再添加生物酶解提取的红曲米 、冬虫夏草(冬虫夏草菌丝体)、地龙蛋白、益生元、短肽、纳豆、多种维生素及矿物质混合后进行巴氏灭菌1小时制成固体饮料、颗粒剂;也可以加入适量附料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和黑芝麻粉制成饼干等快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用,若做成饮料则省去经喷雾干燥, 并不添加红曲米粉、地龙蛋白粉、纳豆粉,分装成10-65ml/瓶,每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶,所有操作均在洁净干燥环境内进行。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的供调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品,其特征是所述的药食两用中草药提取物及新资源食品是指山楂、荷叶、石斛、冬虫夏草(冬虫夏草菌丝体)、人参、枸杞、葛根、决明子、沙棘、桑叶、黑木耳、玫瑰茄、茯苓、红曲米、地龙蛋白、共轭亚油酸、纳豆其中的3种以上或全部混合。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的供调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品,其特征在于按照所述配方混合可制备成粉状、颗粒状、胶囊状、片剂状、饮料类食品。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的供调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品,其特征是所述的益生元为.对外源益生菌有很强的定植作用益生元为山药、薏仁、鸡内金、芡实、菊芋的提取物、水苏糖、酵母及普通益生元其中的几种或全部混合。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的供调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品,其特征在于它包括以下关键技术 :以微胶囊、生物酶解、预水解SBE及喷雾干燥集成创新,构成的产业化生产的关键技术,按以上微胶囊、生物酶解、预水解SBE及喷雾干燥集成创新工艺制成方便食品、固体饮料、颗粒剂或胶囊剂或压制成型的片剂、软胶囊。
6.根据权利要求1所述的供调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品,其特征是所述的维生素为维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素K1、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素Be、维生素Bu、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、胆碱、生物素其中的一种、几种或全部混合;所述的矿物质为钙、磷、 钾、钠、镁、氯、铁、锌、硒、铜、锰、碘、氟、铬、钼其中的一种、几种或全部混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的供调理动脉粥样硬化的方便食品,其特征是所述的短肽为海洋胶原肽、玉米低聚肽、小麦低聚肽、海洋骨原肽、大豆蛋白肽、乳清蛋白肽、卵白蛋白肽其中一种、几种或全部混合。
