本发明公开了一种包装纸箱用原纸材料,它是由下述重量份的原料制成的:废纸浆100‑120、棉纶纤维10‑17、聚苯乙烯纤维5‑7、六偏磷酸钠1‑2、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.3‑1、钛酸四丁酯10‑14、硬脂酸1‑2、二乙烯基苯0.1‑0.3、柠檬酸1‑2、聚磷酸铵2‑3、氧化聚乙烯蜡3‑4、异噻唑啉酮0.4‑1、辛基硫醇锡0.1‑0.2、蓖麻油酸锌0.7‑1、二丙酮醇1.8‑2、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.6‑1、二异丙基乙醇胺0.8‑1、硬脂酸锌2‑3、明胶3‑5。本发明的材料具有很好的抑菌防腐性能和尺寸稳定性,综合性能优越。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装纸箱材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种包装纸箱用原纸材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,包装纸箱的使用范围也越来越广,不仅包括传统的日用百货,还包括各种水产品、生鲜、化学药品等,这就要求包装纸箱具有更好的保护性能,传统的包装纸箱有的采用棉绒等材料,这些制成的纸浆纤维长度较长,纤维很弯曲,尺寸稳定性差,且具有很强的吸水性,遇到潮湿的环境就容易损毁,同时,纸质材料作为常用材料之一,是和人们生活密切相关的领域,人们生活中处处都可能接触到包装纸箱。因此,为了防止包装纸箱使用过程中 有害细菌的传播所引起的各种疾病,保护人体的健康,研康,研究和开发具有抗菌性能的包装纸箱也是很有必要的,因此我们就需要不断的提高包装纸箱的综合性能,满足其在各个包装领域的使用,提高安全环保的使用环境。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种包装纸箱用原纸材料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种包装纸箱用原纸材料,它是由下述重量份的原料制成的:
废纸浆100-120、棉纶纤维10-17、聚苯乙烯纤维5-7、六偏磷酸钠1-2、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.3-1、钛酸四丁酯10-14、硬脂酸1-2、二乙烯基苯0.1-0.3、柠檬酸1-2、聚磷酸铵2-3、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-4、异噻唑啉酮0.4-1、辛基硫醇锡0.1-0.2、蓖麻油酸锌0.7-1、二丙酮醇1.8-2、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.6-1、二异丙基乙醇胺0.8-1、硬脂酸锌2-3、明胶3-5。
一种所述的包装纸箱用原纸材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述异噻唑啉酮加入到其重量10-14倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述二乙烯基苯,保温搅拌6-10分钟,得接枝醇溶液;
(2)将上述聚苯乙烯纤维、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合,加入到混合料重量6-8倍的无水乙醇中,送入到137-140℃的油浴中,保温搅拌10-20分钟,出料,加入上述聚甘油脂肪酸酯,搅拌至常温,得纤维醇溶液;
(3)将上述棉纶纤维、明胶混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的去离子水中,升高温度为65-70℃,保温搅拌14-20分钟,加入上述二丙酮醇,搅拌至常温,得纤维增稠液;
(4)将上述月桂基二甲基氧化胺加入到其重量140-150倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述钛酸四丁酯,升高温度为54-60℃,加入上述柠檬酸,保温搅拌20-30分钟,加入上述纤维醇溶液,升高温度为65-70℃,滴加浓度为10-12%的氨水溶液,调节pH为11-12,保温反应60-70分钟,加入上述蓖麻油酸锌,搅拌至常温,得改性溶胶;
(5)将上述硬脂酸加入到上述改性溶胶中,搅拌均匀,加入上述接枝醇溶液,升高温度为60-67℃,通入氮气,保温搅拌3-4小时,加入上述纤维增稠液、辛基硫醇锡,搅拌至常温,得接枝溶胶;
(6)将上述接枝溶胶与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,加入到打浆机中,打浆,在60-70℃下保温20-30分钟,经疏解、磨浆,加水至固含量为4-6%,由造纸机抄造成型,脱水,烘干,得原纸材料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明加入的明胶、氧化聚乙烯蜡等可以有效的调节浆料的粘度,与钛酸四丁酯制备的溶胶原料混合,有效的改善了溶胶与纤维材料的相容性,提高了浆料的均匀稳定性,进而提高了成品包装材料的尺寸稳定性,本发明的原纸材料还加入了异噻唑啉酮,有效的提高了成品的抑菌防腐性能。

以下是本发明的实施例一。
一种包装纸箱用原纸材料,它是由下述重量份的原料制成的:
废纸浆100、棉纶纤维10、聚苯乙烯纤维5、六偏磷酸钠1、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.3、钛酸四丁酯10、硬脂酸1、二乙烯基苯0.1、柠檬酸1、聚磷酸铵2、氧化聚乙烯蜡3、异噻唑啉酮0.4、辛基硫醇锡0.1、蓖麻油酸锌0.7、二丙酮醇1.8、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.6、二异丙基乙醇胺0.8、硬脂酸锌2、明胶3。
以下是本发明的实施例二。
一种包装纸箱用原纸材料,它是由下述重量份的原料制成的:
废纸浆113、棉纶纤维13、聚苯乙烯纤维6、六偏磷酸钠1.3、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.5、钛酸四丁酯12、硬脂酸1.3、二乙烯基苯0.2、柠檬酸1.2、聚磷酸铵2.3、氧化聚乙烯蜡3.4、异噻唑啉酮0.6、辛基硫醇锡0.12、蓖麻油酸锌0.9、二丙酮醇1.9、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.7、二异丙基乙醇胺0.9、硬脂酸锌2.3、明胶4。
以下是本发明的实施例三。
一种包装纸箱用原纸材料,它是由下述重量份的原料制成的:
废纸浆120、棉纶纤维17、聚苯乙烯纤维7、六偏磷酸钠2、聚甘油脂肪酸酯1、钛酸四丁酯14、硬脂酸2、二乙烯基苯0.3、柠檬酸2、聚磷酸铵3、氧化聚乙烯蜡4、异噻唑啉酮1、辛基硫醇锡0.2、蓖麻油酸锌1、二丙酮醇2、月桂基二甲基氧化胺1、二异丙基乙醇胺1、硬脂酸锌3、明胶5。
一种所述的包装纸箱用原纸材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述异噻唑啉酮加入到其重量10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为70℃,加入上述二乙烯基苯,保温搅拌6分钟,得接枝醇溶液;
(2)将上述聚苯乙烯纤维、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合,加入到混合料重量6倍的无水乙醇中,送入到137℃的油浴中,保温搅拌10分钟,出料,加入上述聚甘油脂肪酸酯,搅拌至常温,得纤维醇溶液;
(3)将上述棉纶纤维、明胶混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,升高温度为65℃,保温搅拌14分钟,加入上述二丙酮醇,搅拌至常温,得纤维增稠液;
(4)将上述月桂基二甲基氧化胺加入到其重量140倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述钛酸四丁酯,升高温度为54℃,加入上述柠檬酸,保温搅拌20分钟,加入上述纤维醇溶液,升高温度为65℃,滴加浓度为10%的氨水溶液,调节pH为11,保温反应60分钟,加入上述蓖麻油酸锌,搅拌至常温,得改性溶胶;
(5)将上述硬脂酸加入到上述改性溶胶中,搅拌均匀,加入上述接枝醇溶液,升高温度为60℃,通入氮气,保温搅拌3小时,加入上述纤维增稠液、辛基硫醇锡,搅拌至常温,得接枝溶胶;
(6)将上述接枝溶胶与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,加入到打浆机中,打浆,在60℃下保温20分钟,经疏解、磨浆,加水至固含量为4%,由造纸机抄造成型,脱水,烘干,得原纸材料。
Claims (1)
1.一种包装纸箱用原纸材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的包装纸箱用原纸材料是由下述重量份的原料制成的:
废纸浆100-120、棉纶纤维10-17、聚苯乙烯纤维5-7、六偏磷酸钠1-2、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.3-1、钛酸四丁酯10-14、硬脂酸1-2、二乙烯基苯0.1-0.3、柠檬酸1-2、聚磷酸铵2-3、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-4、异噻唑啉酮0.4-1、辛基硫醇锡0.1-0.2、蓖麻油酸锌0.7-1、二丙酮醇1.8-2、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.6-1、二异丙基乙醇胺0.8-1、硬脂酸锌2-3、明胶3-5;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述异噻唑啉酮加入到其重量10-14倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述二乙烯基苯,保温搅拌6-10分钟,得接枝醇溶液;
(2)将上述聚苯乙烯纤维、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合,加入到混合料重量6-8倍的无水乙醇中,送入到137-140℃的油浴中,保温搅拌10-20分钟,出料,加入上述聚甘油脂肪酸酯,搅拌至常温,得纤维醇溶液;
(3)将上述棉纶纤维、明胶混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的去离子水中,升高温度为65-70℃,保温搅拌14-20分钟,加入上述二丙酮醇,搅拌至常温,得纤维增稠液;
(4)将上述月桂基二甲基氧化胺加入到其重量140-150倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述钛酸四丁酯,升高温度为54-60℃,加入上述柠檬酸,保温搅拌20-30分钟,加入上述纤维醇溶液,升高温度为65-70℃,滴加浓度为10-12%的氨水溶液,调节pH为11-12,保温反应60-70分钟,加入上述蓖麻油酸锌,搅拌至常温,得改性溶胶;
(5)将上述硬脂酸加入到上述改性溶胶中,搅拌均匀,加入上述接枝醇溶液,升高温度为60-67℃,通入氮气,保温搅拌3-4小时,加入上述纤维增稠液、辛基硫醇锡,搅拌至常温,得接枝溶胶;
(6)将上述接枝溶胶与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,加入到打浆机中,打浆,在60-70℃下保温20-30分钟,经疏解、磨浆,加水至固含量为4-6%,由造纸机抄造成型,脱水,烘干,得原纸材料。
