技术领域
本发明属于宠物用品技术领域，具体涉及一种含大麻二酚火麻油的制备方法及运用。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，猫、狗等各类宠物已逐步进入千家万户。宠物家庭的迅速增长引起了社会上广泛关注，宠物健康越来越受到爱宠家庭的重视。但由于宠物的毛发过多，而且饮食不洁，加上自身分泌的异物，使多种寄生虫有了良好的滋生条件，有时还会携带各种病菌。这些寄生虫和病菌不仅会危害宠物的健康生长，甚至还会引起人、畜疾病的交叉传播和感染。
很多宠物家庭在清洁宠物毛发时，往往选用与人类相同的洗护产品，很少去关注这些洗护产品本身的安全性。甚至以自己对味道的喜好来判断产品是否适合宠物使用。但由于宠物皮肤、毛发组织结构与人类存在很大区别，如果长期使用人类的洗护产品，则会造成宠物毛发黯淡无光、脆弱易掉,宠物毛发上的细菌病毒并不能有效地去除。不当的洗护产品还可能使宠物皮肤表面受到伤害，并带来一系列皮肤问题。
宠物洗护用品不仅有利于人类与宠物之间的健康相处，同时给宠物自身也带去了自然健康的权利。目前，市场的宠物产品主要是以化学配方的消毒剂、除臭剂为主体，对宠物进行杀菌消毒、除臭增香。化学配方有的虽具有较强的杀菌驱虫、消除异味的作用，但是对皮肤的刺激性较大。因此需要一种对皮肤无刺激且具有较强杀菌驱虫、消除异味作用的全新护理剂，不但适合各个年龄阶段的宠物使用，也适合患有皮肤病的宠物使用。
大麻二酚（CBD）是从工业大麻中提取而来的，大麻素中的主要活性成分，具有保护神经的作用，无成瘾性且具有抗痉挛、抗风湿关节炎及抗焦虑的作用，在医药学等领域引起广泛关注而成为近年的研究热点。研究表明CBD在抗菌、消炎上也表现出了极佳的疗效，对葡萄球菌和链球菌均有一定的抑制活性。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种含大麻二酚（CBD）的宠物护肤清洗液及其制备方法，该清洗液利用CBD超强的杀菌、消炎能力，能有效祛除宠物毛发上的细菌及病毒，对宠物毛发深处的异味、异物、细菌等具有较强的吸附清洗作用。同时对患有皮肤病的宠物有很好的治疗作用。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供了一种含CBD的宠物护肤清洗液制备方法，清洗液包括以下原料：去离子水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、大麻二酚、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、甘油油酸酯、椰油酰胺MEA、聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶、羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基甜菜碱、高山青竹炭离子、无水硫酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、十三烷醇聚醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、西曲氯铵、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙内酰脲、三乙醇胺、香精。
本发明的具体步骤如下：
（1）将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、大麻二酚、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、甘油油酸酯、椰油酰胺按照比例依次加入去离子水中，加热至75℃，充分搅拌使其完全溶解，即得A相。
（2）将聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶用适量水溶解，然后再加入羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基甜菜碱、高山青竹炭离子、无水硫酸钠，常温搅拌均匀，即得B相。
（3）75℃条件下，将步骤（2）中得到的B相缓慢加入至步骤（1）得到的A相中，搅拌均匀，使其完全溶解。
（4）溶解结束后，将步骤（3）所得的溶液降温至35℃以下。
（5）在步骤（4）得到的水溶液中依次加入C相物质聚二甲基硅氧烷、十三烷醇聚醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、西曲氯铵、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙内酰脲、三乙醇胺、香精，搅拌均匀。
（6）用三乙醇胺调节步骤（5）得到的溶液PH值至6.5左右。
（7）将步骤（6）所得物质置于均质机中，均质一段时间后出料。
所述步骤（1）中A相成分及含量组成：去离子水90～110份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠16～20份、大麻二酚2～10份、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1.0～3.0份、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯0.1～0.3份、甘油油酸酯0.1～0.3份，椰油酰胺MEA0.6～1.0份。
所述步骤（2）中B相成分及含量组成：B 相：聚季铵盐-10 0.1～0.3份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1～0.3份、十二烷基甜菜碱5.2～6.1份、高山青竹炭离子2.6～3.4份、无水硫酸钠1～ 2份。
所述步骤（5）中C相成分及含量组成：聚二甲基硅氧烷1.0～3.0份、十三烷醇聚醚1.0～3.0份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1.0～3.0份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.0～3.0份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3～0.7份、西曲氯铵0.3～0.7份、、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.0～4.0份、乙内酰脲0.1～0.5份、三乙醇胺1～3份、香精0.1～0.5份。
本发明的有益效果：
（1）本发明所述的一种含大麻二酚宠物护肤清洗液不仅对宠物毛发深处的异味、异物等具有较强的清洗作用，还利用CBD超强的杀菌、消炎能力，能有效祛除宠物毛发上的细菌及病毒，并抑制其生长。
（2）本发明所述的一种含大麻二酚宠物护肤清洗液同时对患有皮肤病的宠物有很好的治疗作用。
（3）本发明所述的一种含大麻二酚宠物护肤清洗液中添加的CBD，温和无刺激，对宠物皮肤、毛发无任何副作用，是一种理想的抗菌消炎添加剂。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种含大麻二酚的宠物护肤清洗液制备方法，清洗液成份及含量如下：
A相：去离子水100份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠16份、大麻二酚5份、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1.5份、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯0.2份、甘油油酸酯0.2份，椰油酰胺MEA 0.8份。
B相：B 相：聚季铵盐-10 0.2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2份、十二烷基甜菜碱5.8份、高山青竹炭离子3.0份、无水硫酸钠1份。
C相：聚二甲基硅氧烷3.0份、十三烷醇聚醚1.0份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1.0份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.0份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份、西曲氯铵0.6份、、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2.0份、乙内酰脲0.2份、三乙醇胺3份、香精0.5份。

（1）将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、大麻二酚、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、甘油油酸酯、椰油酰胺按照上述比例依次加入去离子水中，加热至75℃，充分搅拌使其完全溶解，即得A相。
（2）将聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶用适量水溶解，然后再加入羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基甜菜碱、高山青竹炭离子、无水硫酸钠，常温搅拌均匀，即得B相。

A相：去离子水110份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠16份、大麻二酚10份、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1.5份、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯0.2份、甘油油酸酯0.2份，椰油酰胺MEA 0.8份。
B相：B 相：聚季铵盐-10 0.2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2份、十二烷基甜菜碱5.8份、高山青竹炭离子3.0份、无水硫酸钠1份。
C相：聚二甲基硅氧烷3.0份、十三烷醇聚醚1.0份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1.0份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.0份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份、西曲氯铵0.6份、、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2.0份、乙内酰脲0.2份、三乙醇胺3份、香精0.5份。

实施例3：对比试验1
将300只宠物狗随机分成两组，实验组和对照组，分别使用本发明制得的护肤清洗液和传统宠物狗护肤清洗液进行对宠物狗护肤清洗30天。分别对宠物狗的皮肤状态、毛色光亮度、性情状态、细菌含量进行考察。细菌含量采用菌液在600nm波长处的吸光值表示，吸光值越大，表明细菌含量越多，成正比关系。结果如表1所示。

根据上述表1内容可知，实验组使用本发明制备的宠物护肤清洗液，相对于使用传统护肤清洗液的对照组来说，在皮肤状态、毛色光亮度、心情状态上都有明显的改善。特别的，在细菌含量上，对照组是实验组的25倍，由此说明，本发明制备的宠物护肤清洗液具有超强的杀菌能力。
实施例4：对比试验2
将50只患有皮炎的宠物狗随机分成两组，实验组和对照组，分别使用本发明制得的护肤清洗液和传统宠物狗护肤清洗液进行对宠物狗护肤清洗14天。对宠物狗的皮炎严重程度进行考察，结果如表2所示。

表2 结果表明，本发明制备的宠物护肤清洗液，对宠物皮炎有很好的治疗效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种含大麻二酚的宠物护肤清洗液及其制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下原料：去离子水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、大麻二酚、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、甘油油酸酯、椰油酰胺MEA、聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶、羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基甜菜碱、高山青竹炭离子、无水硫酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、十三烷醇聚醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、西曲氯铵、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙内酰脲、三乙醇胺、香精。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含大麻二酚的宠物护肤清洗液及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、大麻二酚、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、甘油油酸酯、椰油酰胺按照比例依次加入去离子水中，加热至75℃，充分搅拌使其完全溶解，即得A相；
（2）将聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶用适量水溶解，然后再加入羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基甜菜碱、高山青竹炭离子、无水硫酸钠，常温搅拌均匀，即得B相；
（3）75℃条件下，将步骤（2）中得到的B相缓慢加入至步骤（1）得到的A相中，搅拌均匀，使其完全溶解；
（4）溶解结束后，将步骤（3）所得的溶液降温至35℃以下；
（5）在步骤（4）得到的水溶液中依次加入C相物质聚二甲基硅氧烷、十三烷醇聚醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、西曲氯铵、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙内酰脲、三乙醇胺、香精，搅拌均匀；
（6）用三乙醇胺调节步骤（5）得到的溶液PH值至6.5左右；
（7）将步骤（6）所得物质置于均质机中，均质一段时间后出料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含大麻二酚的宠物护肤清洗液及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（1）中A相成分及含量组成：去离子水90～110份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠16～20份、大麻二酚2～10份、硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1.0～3.0份、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯0.1～0.3份、甘油油酸酯0.1～0.3份，椰油酰胺MEA0.6～1.0份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种含大麻二酚的宠物护肤清洗液及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（2）中B相成分及含量组成：聚季铵盐-10 0.1～0.3份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1～0.3份、十二烷基甜菜碱5.2～6.1份、高山青竹炭离子2.6～3.4份、无水硫酸钠1～ 2份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种含大麻二酚的宠物护肤清洗液及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（5）中C相成分及含量组成：聚二甲基硅氧烷1.0～3.0份、十三烷醇聚醚1.0～3.0份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1.0～3.0份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.0～3.0份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3～0.7份、西曲氯铵0.3～0.7份、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.0～4.0份、乙内酰脲0.1～0.5份、三乙醇胺1～3份、香精0.1～0.5份。
