Abstract
本发明公开一种具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶及其制备方法。所述免洗手消毒凝胶，按重量百分比计，包括以下组分：增稠剂1‑5份；消毒剂1‑100份；中和剂1‑30份；保湿剂1‑30份；护肤剂1‑30份；植物提取物1‑10份；去离子水1‑30份。本发明的免洗手消毒凝胶，具有快速杀菌、滋养手部皮肤、无刺激性气味的功效。并且添加的中药植物提取物有抑菌、美肤、养颜等功效，缓释出柔和的清新香味，留香持久，香味纯正；同时，所述消毒凝胶通过氨基酸、维生素E等多组分协同作用，具有很好的美白和抗衰老作用，能修复受损细胞，促进细胞再生，使肌肤光滑无瑕。
Description
技术领域：
本发明涉及消毒技术领域和洗护用品领域，尤其是涉及一种具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术：
日常生活中，手部与外界长时间接触，带有大量的细菌、病毒和致病菌,这些微生物不仅会使自身染病，还有可能发生交叉感染。因此，做好手的消毒工作是防止感染的重要措施。手消毒剂的使用可以清除或者杀灭手部暂居菌，并且减少手部常居菌。免洗凝胶洗手液，不需要水冲洗就能起到洗手的作用。与一般的洗手液相比，免洗凝胶洗手液不受水源限制，适于在缺水条件下对手部进行清洁和消毒使用。该类产品因其使用时方便省事很受消费者欢迎，近年来销量很大。免洗手消毒凝胶的溶剂常用醇溶剂，高浓度的醇类(超过75％)具有强烈的刺鼻气味，对皮肤刺激性较大，消费者难以接受。
现代药理研究表明，某些中草药植物提取物，尤其是药用植物精油具有抗菌、防腐及增香的功效，可以消除因皮肤不洁引起的水痘和带状疱疹等问题，净化效果极好；还具有极佳的修复功能，能修复受损细胞，促进细胞再生，快速淡化痘印、痘坑，使肌肤光滑无瑕。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有护功效的免洗手消毒凝胶及制备方法，在不影响杀菌效果的前提下，以解决刺激性气味大、保湿效果差、手部皮肤损害大的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶的配方，由增稠剂、消毒剂、中和剂、保湿剂、护肤剂、植物提取物和去离子水组成，以重量组分计，包括如下组份：增稠剂1-5份；消毒剂1-100份；中和剂1-30份；保湿剂1-30份；护肤剂1-30份；植物提取物1-10份；去离子水1-30份。
上述增稠剂为卡波姆类增稠剂和/或纤维素类增稠剂。
优选地，所述增稠剂为卡波姆类增稠剂。
上述消毒剂为乙醇，乙醇作为中效消毒剂，本身也具有很高的消毒杀菌作用，可以保证消毒剂的消毒效果。
上述中和剂为三乙醇胺或氢氧化钠中的一种或几种。
优选地，所述中和剂为三乙醇胺。
上述保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、尿囊素、羟乙基脲、丙二醇、赤藓醇、木糖醇、D-山梨醇、肌醇、氨基酸和透明质酸中的一种或者几种。
优选地，所述保湿剂为氨基酸和透明质酸的混合物。
上述护肤剂为芦荟提取物、维生素E、蜗牛提取液、橄榄油、霍霍巴油、海洋多糖、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或者几种。
优选地，所述护肤剂为维生素E和霍霍巴油的混合物。
上述植物提取物为玫瑰提取物、山茶提取物、牡丹提取物、仙人掌提取物、薰衣草提取物、油橄榄提取物、绿茶提取物、薄荷提取物、甘草提取物、菊花提取物、茉莉花提取物中的一种或几种。
所述提取物可以使消毒凝胶具有美白、抗老化作用以及缓释出柔和的清新香味，留香持久，香味纯正。
优选地，所述植物提取物为玫瑰提取物和仙人掌提取物的混合物。
上述具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶的制备方法，具体步骤如下：
(1) 将去离子水加热至35℃-75℃之间，加入1-5份的卡波姆，搅拌直至完全溶解，温度降至常温；
(2) 再依次加入1-100份的乙醇、1-10份的植物提取物，开启搅拌25-35min后，采用超声处理15-25min；
(3) 再向其中加入1-30份的保湿剂，搅拌25-35min；
(4) 然后依次向其中加入1-30份的护肤剂，搅拌25-35min；
(5) 最后向其中加入1-30份的三乙醇胺，增稠体系后，搅拌2-3小时后，制得成品。
(6) 静置，灌装。
本发明优点：添加多种中药植物提取物，增强消毒凝胶的抑菌、护肤作用，降低消毒成分的刺激性气味，使其闻起来更清新，更容易被大众接受；纯天然的保湿护肤剂，增加消毒凝胶的保湿护肤效果，滋养手部皮肤，手部消毒后保护皮脂膜，避免皮肤水分的流失，修复受损细胞，最大程度地降低由醇类消毒剂产生的刺激；醇类消毒剂有效杀灭肠道致病菌、化脓性球菌、致病性酵母菌等常见细菌；方便携带，无水使用，随时随地可消毒，适合大众的消毒凝胶。
具体实施方式
实施例 1
一种具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶的制备步骤：
(1) 将10份去离子水加热至35℃，加入3份的卡波姆，搅拌直至完全溶解，温度降至常温；
(2) 再依次加入70份的乙醇、1份的玫瑰提取物、1份的仙人掌提取物，开启搅拌30min后，采用超声处理25min；
(3) 再向其中加入2份的氨基酸、3份的透明质酸，搅拌30min；
(4) 然后依次向其中加入1.5份的维生素E、3.5份霍霍巴油，搅拌30min；
(5) 最后向其中加入5份的三乙醇胺，增稠体系后，搅拌2.5小时后，制得成品。
(6) 静置，灌装。
所得消毒凝胶为无色透明粘稠液体，不易流动。
实施例 2
一种具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶的制备步骤：
(1) 将12份去离子水加热至35℃，加入2份的卡波姆，搅拌直至完全溶解，温度降至常温；
(2) 再依次加入70份的乙醇、1份的玫瑰提取物、1份的仙人掌提取物，开启搅拌30min后，采用超声处理25min；
(3) 再向其中加入3份的氨基酸、2份的透明质酸，搅拌30min；
(4) 然后依次向其中加入1.5份的维生素E、3.5份霍霍巴油，搅拌30min；
(5) 最后向其中加入4份的三乙醇胺，增稠体系后，搅拌2.5小时后，制得成品。
(6) 静置，灌装。
所得消毒凝胶为无色透明粘稠液体，不易流动。
实施例 3
一种具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶的制备步骤：
(1) 将12份去离子水加热至35℃，加入2份的卡波姆，搅拌直至完全溶解，温度降至常温；
(2) 再依次加入70份的乙醇、1份的玫瑰提取物、1份的仙人掌提取物，开启搅拌30min后，采用超声处理25min；
(3) 再向其中加入3份的氨基酸、2份的透明质酸，搅拌30min；
(4) 然后依次向其中加入3份的维生素E、2份霍霍巴油，搅拌30min；
(5) 最后向其中加入4份的三乙醇胺，增稠体系后，搅拌2.5小时后，制得成品。
(6) 静置，灌装。
所得消毒凝胶为无色透明粘稠液体，不易流动。
性能测试：对实施例所述的具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶进行性能检测。
杀灭微生物效果实验：
采用悬液定量法，参考《消毒技术规范》2002年版第2.1.1.7.4条。使用免洗手消毒凝胶原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠球菌在20℃下作用1min，试验重复三次。
手消毒现场试验依据《消毒技术规范》2002年版中的第2.1.2.6条消毒凝胶对手消毒现场试验。消毒前受试者双手相互充分搓擦后，将受试者左手指并拢，用无菌棉拭子在含10mL稀释液试管中浸湿，于管壁上拧干后，在五指屈面指尖至指根，往返涂擦两遍，每涂擦一遍，将棉拭子转动一次。采样后，以无菌操作方式将棉拭子采样端剪入稀释液管内，作为阳性对照组样本。后采用免洗手消毒凝胶对右手部消毒1min，消毒后用中和液代替稀释液，与阳性对照组同样的方法对受试者右手上残留的自然菌采样一次，作为实验组样本。取样后进行培养，37℃培养48h观察最终结果。
以下结果均为对微生物的平均杀灭对数值计(值越大，杀灭效果越好)。

由上述表格可知，本发明制备的免洗手消毒凝胶对微生物具有良好的杀灭效果。
保湿效果测试：
将上述透明消毒凝胶用于5名自愿测试者，采用肌肤水分测试仪（康美瑞SK-03），对使用前、使用后、使用后1小时的肌肤水分值进行测试，并对比数值的变化，使用后的水分值提高越多表明补水效果越好，使用后1小时的水分值下降越少表明持久保湿效果越好。测试数据列表如下：
根据上表，测试者使用前实施例1肌肤平均含水量是32.6％，即刻使用后是45.6％，使用一小时后是37.9％，较使用前升高了16.5％。
测试者使用前实施例2肌肤平均含水量是33.3％，即刻使用后是43.8％，使用一小时后是39.0％，较使用前升高了17.1％。
测试者使用前实施例3肌肤平均含水量是31.2％，即刻使用后是45.1％，使用一小时后是38.5％，较使用前升高了23.7％。
皮肤刺激性实验：
按照SN/T 4577-2016《化妆品皮肤刺激性检测重建人体表皮模型体外测试方法》标准测试。使用重建人体表皮模型（EpiSkinTM表皮模型-上海斯安肤诺生物科技有限公司）对透明消毒凝胶的皮肤刺激进行检测，透明消毒凝胶与相应的表皮模型反应18h后，用MTT（噻唑蓝）对反应后的表皮模型进行细胞活性的测试。若测试品3个平行测试的平均相对细胞活性大于50%，则该测试品不具有皮肤刺激性；若测试品3个平行测试的平均相对细胞活性小于50%，则该测试品具有皮肤刺激性。
测试数据列表如下：
根据上表，使用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3测试所得的平均相对细胞活性分别为55.9%、56.4%、61.6%，均大于50%，即三种消毒凝胶均无皮肤刺激性。
以上所述，仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非是对发明作其他形式的限制，但本领域技术人员应当理解，可以在形式上和细节上作出各种各样的改变，而不偏离本发明权利要求书所限定的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有护肤功效的免洗手消毒凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下组分：增稠剂、消毒剂、中和剂、保湿剂、护肤剂、植物提取物和去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的免洗手消毒凝胶，其特征在于，按重量百分比计，包括以下组分：
增稠剂1-5份；消毒剂1-100份；中和剂1-30份；保湿剂1-30份；护肤剂1-30份；植物提取物1-10份；去离子水1-30份。
3.如权利要求1所述的免洗手消毒凝胶，其特征在于，所述增稠剂为卡波姆类增稠剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的免洗手消毒凝胶，其特征在于，所述消毒剂为乙醇。
5.如权利要求1所述的免洗手消毒凝胶，其特征在于，所述中和剂为三乙醇胺。
6.如权利要求1所述的免洗手消毒凝胶，其特征在于，所述保湿剂为氨基酸和透明质酸的混合物。
7.如权利要求1所述的免洗手消毒凝胶，其特征在于，所述护肤剂为维生素E和霍霍巴油的混合物。
8.如权利要求1所述的免洗手消毒凝胶，其特征在于，所述植物提取物为玫瑰提取物和仙人掌提取物的混合物。
9.一种如权利要求1～8任一项所述的免洗手消毒凝胶的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：（1）将去离子水加热至35℃-75℃之间，加入1-5份的卡波姆，搅拌直至完全溶解，温度降至常温；（2）再依次加入1-100份的乙醇、1-10份的植物提取物，开启搅拌25-35min后，采用超声处理15-25min；（3）再向其中加入1-30份的保湿剂，搅拌25-35min；（4）然后依次向其中加入1-30份的护肤剂，搅拌25-35min；（5）最后向其中加入1-30份的三乙醇胺，增稠体系后，搅拌2-3小时后，制得成品。
