技术领域
本发明涉属于消毒剂技术领域,尤其涉及长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂。
背景技术
国家卫生健康委《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》(试行第一至六版)中明确:对冠状病毒理化特性的认识多来自对SARS-CoV和MERS-CoV的研究。病毒对热敏感,56℃30分钟、乙醚、75%乙醇、含氯消毒剂、过氧乙酸和氯仿等脂溶剂均可有效灭活病毒,氯己定不能有效灭活病毒。其中75%乙醇即我们常见用于医疗或个人消毒的医用酒精,其所具有的方便、有效性和人体无害特性得到了民众的极大信赖。因此新型冠状病毒感染疫情出现以来,酒精的作为皮肤、衣物、家居、办公场所、环境消毒迅速应用起来,近期需求量极度倍增。但是因为酒精易挥发、易燃等特点,对使用、运输、存储都有极高的要求,因使用不当引发的烧伤、火灾屡见不鲜。提供不易燃、低挥发、易存储、便携带、长久灭菌抑菌、使用安全且能满足大众多样化需求的“长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂”研发和量产成为当务之急。
发明内容
本发明为解决现存问题提供长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,本发明制备的消毒剂添加优质灭菌抑菌制剂(聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐或芦荟水凝胶),双重杀菌剂(复合型)灭菌灭毒效果更好优于单纯75%酒精的消杀效果,细菌、病毒杀灭范围更广、消杀效果更好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,原料配方按照体积份数包括:原料配方按照体积份数包括:70-80%的医用酒精100份,91-99%的丁二醇2份,0.2-1.8%的聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,0.4-2%的氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、2.5-9.5%的聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液10份或2-8%的芦荟水凝胶10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
进一步优选的,长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,原料配方按照体积份数包括:74-76%的医用酒精100份,91-99%的丁二醇2份,0.2-1%的聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,0.9-1.5%的氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、5.5-6.5%的聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液10份或4-6%的芦荟水凝胶10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
进一步优选的,所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:将卡波姆加入到10份水溶液中密封静置10小时以上调制,使其溶胀10倍成酸性卡波姆溶液,酸性卡波姆溶液中加入质量分数5-15%的氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至6.5±1。
进一步优选的,所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:准确称量聚丙烯酸钠散入10份去离子水中,轻度混匀,密封静置4小时以上。
本发明还提供了一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂(液体喷剂)的制备方法,具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器内注入质量分数70-80%的乙醇医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②准确称量聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐溶去离子水,配置质量分数2.5-9.5%的聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液备用;
③在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入质量分数91-99%的丁二醇溶液2份,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
④取质量分数0.4-2%的氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份溶于步骤②制备好的10份聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液中,混合均匀得B溶液;
⑤将A加入到100份乙醇中混匀,再加入B混匀,即得可用做喷剂、浸泡、涂抹的液体消毒剂。
本发明还提供了一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂(凝胶)的制备方法,具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器注入质量分数70-80%医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入质量分数91-99%的丁二醇溶液2份,密封静置4小时以上,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
③取芦荟胶冻干粉加入到去离子水中高度混匀,制备成质量分数为2-8%的凝胶状B备用;
④将A和B混合加入到步骤①中的酒精溶剂中混合均匀,加入质量分数0.4-2%的氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份混匀,即得粘稠状凝胶型消毒剂。
本发明制备的消毒剂用于杀菌、抑菌、消灭病毒、护肤、保湿。
所述医用酒精:酒精是有机化合物,即乙醇(C2H5OH)。醇类消毒剂杀灭微生物依靠三种作用:①破坏蛋白质的肽健,使之变性;②侵入菌体细胞,解脱蛋白质表面的水膜,使之失去活性,引起微生物新陈代谢障碍;③溶菌作用。
酒精的分子具有很大的渗透能力,70%-75%的酒精能穿过细菌表面的包膜,渗入细菌的内部,使构成细菌生命基础中的蛋白质分子结构改变,引起蛋白质变性(蛋白质凝固),从而起到杀菌的作用。除此之外,酒精还能使淀粉酶(一种蛋白质)分子结构改变,失去活性,丧失催化作用。
乙醇作为消毒剂,具有中效、速效的杀菌作用;无毒、无刺激,无腐蚀性;适用于皮肤、环境表面及医疗器械的消毒。能杀灭细菌繁殖体、结核杆菌及大多数真菌和病毒,但不能杀灭细菌芽胞,短时间不能灭活乙肝病毒。国家卫生健康委《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》(试行第一至六版)中明确:“75%乙醇、含氯消毒剂、过氧乙酸和氯仿等脂溶剂均可有效灭活病毒”。同中国疾控中心消毒学首席专家、环境所消毒中心主任张流波明确:“做手卫生的时候,酒精是首选。酒精最大特点就是快,不到一分钟手就干净了。”本设计中酒精经过配比,有效酒精含量均大于60%(V/V)的国家卫生机构关于手部消毒的乙醇含量要求,保证了安全有效的杀菌效果。
所述聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB):分子式为(C8H18N5Cl)n(n=12-16),是一种环保型多用途高分子聚合物杀菌消毒剂,方案配合乙醇双重灭菌,对有效扩大消杀病菌、病毒种类、范围有着重要意义。优良性能如下:
(1)成分特点:高效广谱杀灭和抑制各类微生物、病毒;细菌不产生耐药性;使用浓度下对人体及高等动物无毒性;作用速度快、性质稳定、可在常温下使用;无色、无嗅、无毒、不燃、不爆、无副作用、无腐蚀性使用安全;在工业、农业、医用和日常生活中有着极其广泛的用途。
(2)作用机理:聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐中的胍基有很高的活性,使聚合物成正电性,故很容易被通常呈负电性的各类细菌、病毒所吸附,从而抑制了细菌、病毒的分裂功能,使细菌、病毒丧失了生殖能力。聚合物形成的薄膜堵塞了微生物的呼吸通道,使微生物迅速窒息而死。
(3)适用广泛:产品具有无毒、无色、无嗅、无腐蚀、杀菌谱广等诸多优越性,非常适用于办公、家庭消毒。亦可用于瓜果、蔬菜的杀菌清洗;用于衣物、毛巾等各类织物的杀菌清洗;并直接用于家具、地毯、沙发、厨房用具、卫生洁具等物体表面及空气的消毒灭菌。和交通工具、商场、医院、宾馆、饭店等公共场所的灭菌消毒。
(4)皮肤消毒:对皮肤及粘膜无刺激性,对被处理表面无腐蚀。用于皮肤、创面、妇产科、泌尿科的清洗消毒,特别对一些不能用高温消毒的医疗用品,只需用≧1‰浓度的溶液浸泡或喷涂,在短时间内即可达到满意的杀菌效果。
(5)手部消毒:直接喷于手上或其他部位皮肤上,无论何时何地,都可安全、有效、便利地去除消毒部位的致病菌,不需水和肥皂,可有效控制伤寒流感、痢疾、红眼病、淋病及各种皮肤病的传播。
(6)长效抑菌:手部消毒后可在手上形成一层无色透明的隐形薄膜,保持长时间的抑、杀菌效果。同时弥补乙醇不能杀灭细菌芽胞的缺陷,相互协同消毒灭菌,更能提高对病毒的消杀效果,控制传染性疾病传播。
(7)提升效果:本方案使用聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐制成复合醇类中效消毒剂,比单方酒精杀菌更广谱,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌、真菌以及部分病毒均具有良好的杀灭作用。对芽孢起抑制作用,产品性质稳定,可用于环境、办公居家消毒,亦可用于皮肤、果蔬、餐具等清洗杀菌。
(8)最佳浓度:聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐溶液一般消毒浓度是0.1-0.6%,杀菌效果随浓度增高而提高,本方案调制聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐有效浓度在0.5±0.25%,在一倍以内遇水稀释的情况下,同样具有理想的杀菌效果。
因为本申请液体型消毒剂使用卡波姆、氢氧化钠中和产物(聚丙烯酸钠)做高高分子附着剂,当聚丙烯酸盐总溶解度≧0.06%时遇胍盐会大量析出水分,呈絮状物凝结(本品消毒溶剂控制浓度在0.04以内%,严格按流程顺序配置,不会出现蓄积物)。所以在凝胶型制剂里不把聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐作为消毒成分加入。
所述丁二醇,英文名称是:Butylene Glycol,别名又叫:1,3-二羟基丁烷,是多元醇的一种,具有以下特点:①无色透明,粘稠,无气味儿,无毒性、无腐蚀性,对人的粘膜和皮肤无刺激作用。②小分子结构,吸附水分子,超强保湿;③清爽,无粘腻感,安全性极好,常用于高档护肤品、牙膏、医药和有机合成中。④在各种配方中发挥一定的抑菌、杀菌的作用。
多元醇等保湿剂在化妆品中很常用,它能有效抓住皮肤所需水份,达到保湿效果。1,3-丁二醇、1,2丙二醇、丙三醇(甘油),三者相比,1,3丁二醇具备其他两种的所有优势,同时刺激性最低、粘度更小,保湿最好。1,3丁二醇比丙二醇、丙三醇肤感更加清爽,使皮肤增加光泽度。1,3丁二还可以在皮肤表面形成一个完整保护膜,避免消毒、保养成分与水份的散失。但产品价格远高于丙二醇和丙三醇。
经口急性毒性对比丁二醇安全性更高,相关数据如下:

(4)1,3-丁二醇在本产品中的加入值是91-99%丁二醇2ml,浓度约是1.5%,可根据皮肤用消毒凝胶或物品、环境用消杀液体等不同需求进行灵活调制,产品含量在参考指导范围1-3%以内,可以达到最佳使用效果。
所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶:是采用卡波姆的水溶液用氢氧化钠中和形成,卡波姆:又称丙烯酸树脂、聚(丙烯酸)、卡博普等,,一种线型高分子化合物。聚丙烯酸钠具备卡布姆的优质特性,是高分子化合物,色浅、水白透明。涂膜性能优异,耐光、耐候性佳,耐热,耐过度烘烤、耐化学品性及耐腐蚀等性能都极好。
(1)本研究较好的利用了聚丙烯酸钠的耐热和稳定性性质,在酒精消毒液和凝胶中都较好起到了提高燃点的作用,达到不易燃的效果。主要功能是增稠、悬浮、乳化等作用,在药剂学上可作为凝胶剂、粘合剂、增湿剂、润滑剂、稳定剂等,尤其在新的给药系统具有更大的应用前景。
(2)聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶基质具有水溶性基质的特点,释放快,无油腻性.易于涂铺,对皮肤及粘膜无刺激性,是局部药物转运系统的优良基质。目前卡波姆眼用凝胶、宫颈凝胶、痔疮膏、化妆品、牙膏等说明卡波姆凝胶的安全和无刺激等优质特性在医学和生活用品方面得到广泛应用。以上均是在卡波姆溶解后被碱性物质中和成为良好的凝胶基质,常用凝胶浓度为0.1%一2.0%。本品调配备用浓度为0.2-1.8%,成品浓度0.04-0.144%,黏度(mpa·s)1,000~20,000,为喷洒、涂抹(配合芦荟胶)最佳黏度。
(3)聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶所含成分卡波姆对人体皮肤无毒副作用,不污染衣物,涂展润滑、粘度适宜、无腐蚀性、制剂稳定等优点。经临床使用,各项质量指标均达到要求。与其它几种剂型相比,卡波姆941遇盐析出比例小,制作混合消毒液效果最为理想,为本研究最先选用型号,其他型号亦可。主要用于皮肤消毒时,本品可制成水剂和凝胶,由固相(即基质-卡波姆)和作为分散介质的液相(乙醇、水)组成,这种水剂或凝胶可以较长时间(相对单纯液体酒精消毒液)较长时间黏附皮肤表面,起到以下作用:①降低酒精挥发,缓慢释放,杀菌时间有效延长、杀菌效果显著提高;②与丁二醇共同形成超薄保护层,隔离皮肤与外界,减少病菌病毒的直接接触,抑菌和防护作用更持久。
(4)聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶制备:卡波姆溶解后分散体呈酸性(例:卡波姆0.5g:100ml溶剂,pH值应为2.7~3.5)。酸性高分子凝胶的最常用中和剂是氢氧化钠和三乙醇胺(因三乙醇胺的毒性和易燃性放弃使用,详见论述),卡波分子作为羧基给予体能与一个或两个以上羟基结合形成氢键而增稠,中和剂使卡波姆沿主链产生负电荷,在碳链骨架上形成负电荷,排斥力使其形成伸展的结构,一旦卡波姆被中和至PH值5-9之间,其分子体积膨胀直径增加10倍,成即酸性卡波姆溶解后被碱性物质中和可成为良好的凝胶基质。本设计是待卡波姆充分溶胀后(密封静置10小时以上)混匀,用10±5%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至6±1.5备用(用精密pH试纸测试)
所述氨基酸保湿剂:化学名称:三甲基甘氨酸,又称甜菜碱,甜菜碱,是良好的保湿剂、抗静电剂、稠化剂、粘度控制剂,它一种天然存在于生物体组织的类维生素物质,是天然保湿因子(NMF)的一种成份,效果作用如下:
(1)无毒,味甘甜、微特殊气味。常用于基础化妆品、化妆水、乳液、膏霜、洁面乳等产品。
(2)保湿性能好,且手感特别清爽,皮肤的渗透快速,赋予皮肤滋润感;应用在产品中,能迅速改善肌肤和头发的水份保持力、激发细胞活力,具有保持肌肤滋润,光滑,防止干燥和发暗的效果。
(3)本研究使用氨基酸保湿剂主要添加在消毒凝胶中,与丁二醇共同发挥保湿润滑作用,还可有效保持产品稳定性,减少挥发、抗静电、调剂粘稠度,提高消毒效果,保护清洁皮肤。
所述芦荟胶水凝胶:芦荟胶从天然草本植物"芦荟"中萃取而成的产品。其纯度非常高,无毒副作用。它对割伤、擦伤、伤口溃烂手术疤痕等都有明显的辅助作用,还具有很好的消炎杀菌美容功效,使用安全可靠。在本产品中与乙醇共同作用,双重灭菌,有效提高消杀效果。
本设计采用芦荟胶冻干粉配置成凝胶,溶解到乙醇溶液里,有效成分含量中间浓度约0.4%,大于必须杀菌和护肤浓度≧0.35%的配置要求。芦荟胶在本研究中起到抑菌、灭菌、护肤等作用,具体优势如下:
(1)芦荟胶可消炎杀菌,抑制炎症,引流分泌物,促进局部新陈代谢,滋润皮肤,防止角化,并能收敛疮口,促进细胞再生,减少或避免疤痕;
(2)芦荟胶能防止肌肤发炎过敏,细菌生长,促进细胞新陈代谢和皮肤再生,减轻疼痛和瘙痒,对面疱、青春痘、过敏、红肿均有疗效。
(3)芦荟胶还有激活细胞活力,延缓皮肤衰老,收敛,调和皮肤,滋养皮肤和保护皮肤的功效,是美容佳品。
(4)防晒芦荟胶中的某些成分能在皮肤上形成一层无形的膜,可防止因日晒引起的红肿、灼热感,保护皮肤免遭灼伤。这是因为芦荟含有丰富的天门冬氨酸、甘氨酸、丝氨酸等有利于皮肤代谢的氨基酸,可阻止阳光中长波紫外线对表皮的伤害和氧化,保护表皮细胞的还原代谢还具有抗辐射能力。
本实用新与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供的长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,分子量大,易沉降、易附着,作用速度快、效果明显。聚丙烯酸钠(可为卡波姆溶解中和产物)、丁二醇、三甲基甘氨酸均以高分子聚合物状态存在,既是溶解于乙醇,又是酒精分子、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐的吸附、包裹形成大颗粒。应用于液体喷剂时,消毒液喷射过程中均以大颗粒易沉降;携带正电荷易吸附;颗粒中乙醇、胍盐浓度高消杀效果好。液体或凝胶中溶胶粒挥发慢、持续杀菌时间长;能形成覆膜隔离外界,保护皮肤或物体减少侵袭等特点。
实际测试结果显示:喷剂形成液滴为单独乙醇液滴的3.5倍以上;液滴喷射扩散范围直径缩小约1/2;降落速度提高3倍以上,地面湿度明显增加。液体喷射或凝胶涂抹桌面或手掌,挥发时间较单纯酒精延长2.5倍以上,干燥后略有薄膜感,微薄保护层有一定防接触作用。效果较单纯酒精灭菌能力提高2-3倍,实际检测效果也完全符合灭菌要求。
2.本发明提供的长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,是复合型灭菌剂,产品优于单纯75%酒精的消杀效果,两种消毒剂共同作用,细菌、病毒杀灭范围更广、消杀效果更好。
3.本发明提供的长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,燃点远高于其他酒精类消毒剂,对人体、物品无残留、无腐蚀、无损伤。无色低酒精气味、无毒性、不易燃、低挥发、无残留、双剂(醇类、胍类)合用杀菌灭毒效果更好等特性,优于其他消毒剂。
4.经测试对比,本配比方案制成溶液、凝胶与75%乙醇、65%免洗乙醇凝露(某品牌),在成品棉签蘸取点燃实验中,本方案产品消毒液、凝胶遇火星不自燃;经燃点闪点测定仪开口法测试,点燃温度达到520℃和585℃,高于酒精的362℃、某乙醇凝露的410℃;闪点≧95℃,比60-80%乙醇的闪点19-22.75℃高出很多,超过丙类易燃液体闪点大于等于60度的判定值,属于不易燃的溶液、凝胶。燃烧时常缩短到1/3以上,并且自动熄灭(形成高分子保护膜后不再燃烧),不引燃棉签,无刺激性气味、无烟雾产生,不易燃效果远高于乙醇和某品牌乙醇凝露。
经24h、48h、72h开口瓶挥发对比,本方案挥发速度仅为乙醇和某乙醇凝露的1/2,低挥发优势明显。
5.本发明提供的长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,采用两种剂型,既能用于办公场所等桌面、座椅;家居客厅、卧室、厨卫、花草、衣物、宠物等消毒。又能用于皮肤消毒,具有杀菌灭毒、抑菌抗毒的效果,同时释放略缓(其他酒精凝胶),对外散发速度减慢,对内形成抑菌膜,杀菌效果持久,同时发挥卡波姆的护肤作用,形成高分子超薄皮肤保护膜。无毒配方、不易燃、凝胶状、低挥发、使用安全等特点适合随身携带,老幼皆宜。亦可放置公共场所(办公室、银行、楼宇电梯、餐厅等),随时取用,清洁手掌,节约水及纸张资源。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例一
长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,原料配方按照体积份数包括:75%医用酒精100份,95%丁二醇2份,0.35%聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,1.2%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、6%聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:将卡波姆加入到水溶液中密封静置10小时以上。使其溶胀10倍成酸性卡波姆溶液,酸性卡波姆溶液中加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至7。
本实施例还提供了一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂(液体喷剂)的制备方法,具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器注入75%医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②准确称量聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐溶于10份去离子水,配置6%聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液备用;
③在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入95%丁二醇溶液2份,密封静置4小时以上,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
④取1.2%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份溶于步骤②制备好的10份聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液中,混合均匀得B溶液;
⑤将A加入到100份乙醇中混匀,再加入B混合,并即得可用做喷剂、浸泡、涂抹的液体消毒剂。
实施例二
长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,原料配方按照体积份数包括:70%医用酒精100份,91%丁二醇2份,0.2%聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,0.4%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、2.5%聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:将卡波姆加入到水溶液中密封静置10小时以上。使其溶胀10倍成酸性卡波姆溶液,酸性卡波姆溶液中加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至6.5。
本实施例,还提供了一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂(液体喷剂)的制备方法,具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器注入,70%医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②准确称量聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐溶于10份去离子水,配置2.5%聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液备用;
③在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入91%丁二醇溶液2份,密封静置4小时以上,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
④取0.4%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份溶于步骤②制备好的10份聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液中,混合均匀得B溶液;
⑤将A加入到100份乙醇中混匀,再加入B混合,并即得可用做喷剂、浸泡、涂抹的液体消毒剂。
实施例三
长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,原料配方按照体积份数包括:80%医用酒精100份,99%丁二醇2份,0.5%聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,2%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、9.5%聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:准确称量聚丙烯酸钠散入10份去离子水中,密封静置4小时以上,轻度混匀。
本实施例还提供了一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂(液体喷剂)的制备方法,具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器注入80%医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②准确称量聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐溶于10份去离子水,配置9.5%聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液备用;
③在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入99%丁二醇溶液2份,密封静置4小时以上,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
④取2%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份溶于步骤②制备好的10份聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液中,混合均匀得B溶液;
⑤将A加入到100份乙醇中混匀,再加入B混合,即得可用做喷剂、浸泡、涂抹的液体消毒剂。
实施例四
长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,原料配方按照体积份数包括:75%医用酒精100份,95%丁二醇2份,1%聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,1.2%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、5%芦荟水凝胶10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
本实施例中,所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:将卡波姆加入到水溶液中,密封静置10小时以上,使其溶胀10倍成酸性卡波姆溶液,酸性卡波姆溶液中加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至7.5。
本实施例还提供了一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂(凝胶)的制备方法,具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器注入75%医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入95%丁二醇溶液2份,密封静置4小时以上,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
③取芦荟胶冻干粉加入10份去离子水中,高度混匀成凝胶状B备用;
④将A和B混合加入到步骤①中的酒精溶剂中混合均匀,加入1.2%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份混匀,即得粘稠状凝胶型消毒剂。
实施例五
长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,原料配方按照体积份数包括:80%医用酒精100份,99%丁二醇2份,1.8%聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,2%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、8%芦荟水凝胶10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
本实施例中,所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:准确称量聚丙烯酸钠散入10份去离子水中,密封静置4小时以上,轻度混匀。
本实施例还提供了一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂(凝胶)的制备方法,具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器注入80%医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入99%丁二醇溶液2份,密封静置4小时以上,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
③取芦荟胶冻干粉加入10份去离子水中,高度混匀成凝胶状B备用;
④将A和B混合加入到步骤①中的酒精溶剂中混合均匀,加入2%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份混匀,即得粘稠状凝胶型消毒剂。
实施例六
长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,原料配方按照体积份数包括:74%医用酒精100份,96%丁二醇2份,0.5%聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,1.5%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、4%芦荟水凝胶10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
本实施例中,所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:准确称量聚丙烯酸钠散入10份去离子水中,密封静置4小时以上,轻度混匀。
本实施例还提供了一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂(凝胶)的制备方法,具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器注入74%医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入96%丁二醇溶液2份,密封静置4小时以上,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
③取芦荟胶冻干粉加入10份去离子水中,高度混匀成凝胶状B备用;
④将A和B混合加入到步骤①中的酒精溶剂中混合均匀,加入1.5%氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份混匀,即得粘稠状凝胶型消毒剂
按照《卫生部关于印发消毒产品检验规定的通知》、《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》、《乙醇消毒剂卫生标准GB 26373-2010》,对本实施例1-4品进行消毒效果检测,检验结果如下:
消毒剂常用范围设定:用于一般物体表面和织物消毒的应做金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌定量杀菌试验;用于洁具表面消毒的应做白色念珠菌定量杀菌试验;用于生活饮用水、游泳池水、污水和瓜果蔬菜的应做大肠杆菌定量杀菌试验;用于手、皮肤、黏膜消毒的应做白色念珠菌定量杀菌试验。

由表1和表2,检测结果表明:物体表面菌落数对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌等均能起到快速杀灭和抑制作用。消毒剂的浓度(配比浓度)对控制菌和目的菌可以起到良好的消毒效果,用此对皮肤、物体表面、一般环境进行消毒后,能保证达到消除病菌、病毒的目的。
除说明书所述的技术特征外,其余技术特征为本领域技术人员的已知技术,为突出本发明的创新特点,其余技术特征在此不再赘述。综上,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本发明的范围,即凡是依本发明的权利要求书及本发明说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,少量的添加、减少或调换一般成分(如增加调味、护肤剂、高分子聚合物做阻燃剂;减少保湿、增稠剂;调换护肤、增稠、保湿剂等),均应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围。
Claims (7)
1.长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,其特征在于:原料配方按照体积份数包括:70-80%的医用酒精100份,91-99%的丁二醇2份,0.2-1.8%的聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,0.4-2%的氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、2.5-9.5%的聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液10份或2-8%的芦荟水凝胶10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,其特征在于:原料配方按照体积份数包括:74-76%的医用酒精100份,91-99%的丁二醇2份,0.2-1%的聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶10份,0.9-1.5%的氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份、5.5-6.5%的聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液10份或4-6%的芦荟水凝胶10份,所述百分数为质量百分数。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:将卡波姆加入到10份水溶液中密封静置10小时以上调制,使其溶胀10倍成酸性卡波姆溶液,酸性卡波姆溶液中加入质量分数5-15%的氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至6.5±1。
4.根据权利要求1一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的制备:准确称量聚丙烯酸钠散入10份去离子水中,轻度混匀,密封静置4小时以上。
5.一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器内注入质量分数70-80%的乙醇医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②准确称量聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐溶去离子水,配置质量分数2.5-9.5%的聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液备用;
③在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入质量分数91-99%的丁二醇溶液2份,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
④取质量分数0.4-2%的氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份溶于步骤②制备好的10份聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐水溶液中,混合均匀得B溶液;
⑤将A加入到100份乙醇中混匀,再加入B混匀,即得可用做喷剂、浸泡、涂抹的液体消毒剂。
6.一种长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤为:
①可密闭容器注入质量分数70-80%医用酒精100份做溶剂备用;
②在聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶中,加入质量分数91-99%的丁二醇溶液2份,密封静置4小时以上,高度混匀成凝胶状A备用;
③取芦荟胶冻干粉加入到去离子水中高度混匀,制备成质量分数为2-8%的凝胶状B备用;
④将A和B混合加入到步骤①中的酒精溶剂中混合均匀,加入质量分数0.4-2%的氨基酸保湿剂水溶液3份混匀,即得粘稠状凝胶型消毒剂。
7.权利要求1-6任一所述的长效无害免洗不易燃高分子乙醇消毒剂,其特征在于:所述消毒剂用于杀菌、抑菌、消灭病毒、护肤、保湿。
