Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒消毒剂及其制备方法。所述的可灭活病毒消毒剂由纳米颗粒、润肤剂、乳化剂和溶剂组成,在制备时先将纳米颗粒与润肤剂混合,再加入含有分散剂的溶剂中,搅拌后即得可灭活病毒消毒剂。本发明的可灭活病毒消毒剂对亲水病毒灭活效果好、时间短,同时对皮肤保湿效果好、无刺激,可用于皮肤和手的日常清洁消毒。

技术领域
本发明属于消毒剂技术领域,尤其是一种含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
国家卫生规范WS 313-2019《医务人员手卫生规范》中6.3条增加了选择手消毒剂的要求,针对某些对乙醇不敏感的肠道病毒感染时,应选择其他有效的手消毒剂。而目前市面上普通消毒剂如季胺盐、酒精很难将肠道病毒杀灭,仅有几款消毒剂可灭活如脊髓灰质炎、EV71等肠道病毒,但此类消毒剂大多数含有强氧化物或有机酸,前者会腐蚀人体的皮肤,后者会刺激皮肤,安全性和医务人员的依从性都不高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒剂,该消毒剂对亲水病毒(如脊髓灰质炎、EV71等)灭活效果好、时间短,同时对皮肤保湿效果好、无刺激。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒剂,其特征在于,包含按以下重量份数配比的成分:0.1-3份纳米颗粒、1-5份润肤剂、0.01-3份分散剂和89-98.6份溶剂,所述纳米颗粒包括由有机高分子材料制成的保护载体,保护载体包裹有遇水可产生氢气的金属氢化物,保护载体上设有可供产生的氢气或水分子透过的多通道结构。即保护载体上设有比较密集、比较多的孔洞等可供氢气和水分子透过的通道结构。
进一步的,所述金属氢化物为氢化镁、氢化钙中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述高分子材料为L-丙交酯、己内酯、(D,L-乳酸-co-乙醇酸)、乙二醇、单甲氧基乙二醇中一种或以上单体聚合所形成的聚合物,或者所述高分子材料采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。高分子材料可以选择上述一种单体聚合形成的聚合物作为纳米金属氢化物的外壳,也可以选择由两种或两种以上单体聚合形成的共聚物作为纳米金属氢化物的外壳。
进一步的,所述润肤剂为甘油、山嵛醇、山嵛醇聚醚-10、C20-40链烷醇聚醚-24、尿囊素、聚甘油酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、有机硅共聚物中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述分散剂为纤维素及其衍生物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的溶剂为乙醇和水的混合物,其中乙醇的质量分数为60%-95%。
本发明的消毒剂中还可以根据实际需要添加香精、色素和氯己定、季铵盐等杀菌成分。
本发明的消毒剂与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
①可以持续性地产生氢气,通过氢气协同乙醇等活性成分灭活病毒;
②灭活效率高,1分钟即可实现对病毒的灭活作用;
③安全性高,不含有强氧化物、中强酸等刺激成分,对皮肤基本无刺激。
另一发明目的:本发明还提供了一种含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒装置,包括设有单向出口的密闭容器,其特征在于,密闭容器中储有如权利要求1所述的含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒剂。消毒剂置于该密闭容器中,可以实现长期持续有效地释放氢气,由于密闭容器内腔空间有限,当消毒剂中的金属氢化物遇水释放的氢气充满该密闭容器内腔后,即达到氢气饱和状态时,该消毒剂中的金属氢化物会停止释放氢气,而当该密闭容器中的消毒剂以及氢气释放一部分后,金属氢化物又会开始释放氢气至再次达到氢气饱和状态,如此循环,直至消毒剂消耗完。如此就可以保证消毒剂在贮存过程中,始终保持长时间的消毒有效性。
再一发明目的:本发明还提供了一种含纳米粒子的可灭活病毒消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:①制备高分子聚合物包裹金属氢化物的纳米颗粒;②将重量份数为0.1-3份纳米颗粒与重量份数为1-5份润肤剂混合,再加入含有分散剂的溶剂中,其中分散剂的重量份数为0.01-3份,溶剂重量份数为89-98.6份,搅拌后即得可灭活病毒消毒剂。
进一步的,所述步骤①包括以下内容:
S1称取金属氢化物粉末分散在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,用超声机或高速破壁机处理超声或搅拌,离心后取上清液,即得纳米氢化物胶体溶液;
S2取上述纳米氢化物胶体溶液与高分子材料溶液混合,超声分散均匀后加入聚乙烯醇溶液,继续超声,离心后取上清液;
S3加压蒸馏去掉溶剂,并进行烘干,即制得高分子聚合物包裹金属氢化物的纳米颗粒。
进一步的,所述步骤①包括以下步骤:称取氢化物粉末加入球磨机中,球磨0.5-3h后,加入高分子材料继续球磨,0.5-3h后加入聚乙烯醇,球磨0.5-3h,即制得高分子聚合物包裹金属氢化物的纳米颗粒。
采用上述方案,本发明的制备方法与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
①该方法制备的活性成分稳定;②其中的,纳米粒子的制备方法条件更容易实现和操作。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
具体实施方式
一、本发明的具体实施例按以下步骤制备:
S1称取金属氢化物粉末分散在已除水的N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶液中,用超声机超声2h,工作2s,间歇4s(或高速破壁调理机30000rpm,1h),10000rpm离心20min取上清液,即得纳米氢化物胶体溶液;
S2取20mL上述纳米氢化物胶体溶液与高分子材料混合,超声分散均匀后加入20mL5%聚乙烯醇溶液,继续超声,10000rpm离心20min取上清液;
S3加压蒸馏去掉溶剂,并进行烘干,即可制得聚合物包裹的纳米氢化物颗粒(或者称取氢化物加入球磨机中,球磨3h后,加入高分子材料继续球磨,1h后加入100g聚乙烯醇,球磨2h,即可制得聚合物包裹的纳米氢化物颗粒);
S4取S3中制得的纳米氢化钙颗粒分散于润肤剂中,搅拌均匀;
S5将分散剂溶于乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,搅拌均匀;
S6将S4加入S5中,搅拌溶解,即得可灭活病毒消毒剂;
S7将S6制得的可灭活病毒消毒剂灌装至设有单向出口密封容器中。

对比例1*是不含有纳米氢化物颗粒的普通消毒液。具体步骤如下:将1份葡萄糖酸洗必泰、2份甘油、0.2份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、0.01份聚乙二醇溶、10份水和86.8份乙醇混合均匀。

对比分析总结
实施例1-13与对比试验1相比,都添加了纳米氢化物颗粒。由病毒灭活结果可以看出,纳米氢化物颗粒的加入使病毒更易被灭活。
实施例1-2,5,9-13中的乙醇含量都超过75%,对病毒的杀灭对数值都大于4,符合《消毒剂技术规范》的中病毒杀灭对数值都大于4要求,说明当乙醇含量大于75%时,在氢气的协同作用下,均能对病毒有良好灭活作用。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施方式,本领域一般技术人员根据本发明公开的内容,可以采用其他多种具体实施方式实施本发明的,或者凡是采用本发明的设计结构和思路,做简单变化或更改的,都落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒剂,其特征在于,包含按以下重量份数配比的成分:0.1-3份纳米颗粒、1-5份润肤剂、0.01-3份分散剂和89 -98.6份溶剂,所述纳米颗粒包括由有机高分子材料制成的保护载体,保护载体包裹有遇水可产生氢气的金属氢化物,保护载体上设有可供产生的氢气或水分子透过的多通道结构,所述的溶剂为乙醇和水的混合物,其中乙醇的质量分数为75%-95%,所述高分子材料为L-丙交酯、己内酯、(D,L-乳酸-co-乙醇酸)、乙二醇、单甲氧基乙二醇中一种或以上单体聚合所形成的聚合物,或者所述高分子材料采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述分散剂为纤维素及其衍生物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒剂,其特征在于:所述金属氢化物为氢化镁、氢化钙中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒剂,其特征在于:所述润肤剂为甘油、山嵛醇、山嵛醇聚醚-10、C20-40 链烷醇聚醚-24、尿囊素、聚甘油酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、有机硅共聚物中的至少一种。
4.一种含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒装置,包括设有单向出口的密闭容器,其特征在于,密闭容器中储有如权利要求1所述的含有纳米粒子的可灭活病毒的消毒剂。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的含纳米粒子的可灭活病毒消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:①制备高分子聚合物包裹金属氢化物的纳米颗粒;②将重量份数为0.1-3份纳米颗粒与重量份数为1-5份润肤剂混合,再加入含有分散剂的溶剂中,其中分散剂的重量份数为0.01-3份,溶剂重量份数为89 -98.6份,搅拌后即得可灭活病毒消毒剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含纳米粒子的可灭活病毒消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤①包括以下内容:
S1称取金属氢化物粉末分散在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,用超声机或高速破壁机处理超声或搅拌,离心后取上清液,即得纳米氢化物胶体溶液;
S2 取上述纳米氢化物胶体溶液与高分子材料溶液混合,超声分散均匀后加入聚乙烯醇溶液,继续超声,离心后取上清液;
S3 加压蒸馏去掉溶剂,并进行烘干,即制得高分子聚合物包裹金属氢化物的纳米颗粒。
7.根据权利要求5所述的含纳米粒子的可灭活病毒消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤①包括以下步骤:称取氢化物粉末加入球磨机中,球磨0.5-3h后,加入高分子材料继续球磨,0.5-3h后加入聚乙烯醇,球磨0.5-3h,即制得高分子聚合物包裹金属氢化物的纳米颗粒。
