本发明的目的是在保证通过配方组合强化聚六亚甲基双胍或其盐酸盐的抗菌性能的同时,引入胜肽、水溶性植物提取物、氨基酸中的一种或几种任意组合的增效剂,增强抗菌杀菌效果的同时,胜肽的引入提高组合物对皮肤的护理作用,起到消炎修复、抗水肿等功能;水溶性植物提取物的引入实现杀菌消毒的同时,使皮肤得到很好的保护、保湿、滋养;氨基酸的引入可维持配方体系保持弱酸性能,更好的和皮肤相适应,也为聚六亚甲基双胍或其盐酸盐更容易吸附于细菌病毒表面维持很好的杀菌消毒环境。

测试方法及测试结果
(1)杀菌效果测试方法:按照中华人民共和国工业和信息化部2012年发布和实施的QB/T 2738-2012标准测试抗菌效果,具体方法为QB/T2738-20127.2抗菌型日化产品的杀菌效果检验方法(悬滴定量法),作用浓度为原液,作用时间为2分钟,杀菌率越高,则杀菌效果越好;
(2)保湿效果测试方法:
配制试样配方:三压硬脂酸10%、十六醇3%、实施例或者对比例中消毒组合物0.5%、氢氧化钾10%、香精1%、防腐剂0.5%、去离子水75%; 将配置好的上述样品置入以硅胶为干燥剂的同一干燥器环境中,放置48h后,称出样品水分减少量,保水量=残余水分质量/样品质量,保水量越高,则样品的保湿效果越好。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种杀菌消毒组合物,其特征在于所述杀菌消毒组合物由以下组分组成:
    A.聚六亚甲基双胍或其盐
    所述的聚六亚甲基双胍或其盐选自聚六亚甲基双胍、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐中的一种或两种任意组合,用量占组合物总质量的1-15%;
    B.增效剂
    所述增效剂选自胜肽、水溶性植物提取物、氨基酸中的一种或几种任意组合;
    C.所述水为去离子水,用量占组合物总质量的70-95%;
    所述的杀菌消毒组合物的制备方法如下:
    第一步,按配方计量将聚六亚甲基双胍或其盐与水混合,配制成聚六亚甲基双胍或其盐水溶液;
    第二步,按配方计量继续加入其它剩余组分;
    第三步,缓慢搅拌1-5分钟;
    第四步,静置20-40分钟;
    第五步,继续将物料搅匀得成品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒组合物,其特征在于所述的多肽选自六胜肽、乙酰六胜肽、五胜肽-3、乙酰基八肽-1的一种或几种组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒组合物,其特征在于所述水溶性植物提取物选自芦荟提取物、银耳提取物的一种或两种组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒组合物,其特征在于所述的氨基酸选自天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸中的一种或多种组合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒组合物,其特征在于所述的增效剂优选胜肽、水溶性植物提取物、氨基酸中两种物质的组合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌消毒组合物,其特征在于所述的增效剂更优选胜肽、水溶性植物提取物、氨基酸中三种物质的组合。
