本发明涉及护肤用品,公开了一种婴童护肤霜,包括以下组分:液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇、聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖、植物提取物、抗氧化剂、稳定剂、香精、去离子水。本发明抗菌抑菌效果好,起到了长效保护作用,促进皮肤细胞的生长,提高皮肤抵抗力,无刺激性,有效的满足了婴童日常需要,效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤产品技术领域,具体是一种婴童用的护肤霜。
背景技术
皮肤是人体最大的器官,覆盖在身体表面,与外界直接接触,隔绝身体与外界环境,一方面防止水分和电解质的流失,另一方面阻止有害物质和微生物的入侵。作为人体的第一道屏障,对身体的防护起到了极其重要的作用。对婴幼儿来讲,新陈代谢非常快,很容易出汗浸湿包裹衣物,没有注意到的话,汗液很容易腐蚀皮肤,使其发红,更容易产生瘙痒、发炎、湿疹等症状,尤其是臀部和大腿,由于该区域皮肤在纸尿裤或尿布的包裹下,经常与排泄物接触,敏感的皮肤容易产生刺激反应,更容易产生发炎感染等症状,更容易受有害物或微生物的入侵。
随着人们对孩子的重视程度越来越高,进而来开发出很多针对婴童的护肤产品,吻合无刺激性有效的实现了对婴童皮肤的保护,但现有的护肤产品只能简单的起到隔离作用,无法进一步的杀菌抗菌。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种婴童护肤霜,对婴童的皮肤进行保护,并提供长效的杀菌抗菌效果,保护婴童的皮肤屏障。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种婴童护肤霜,包括以下组分:液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇、聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖、植物提取物、抗氧化剂、稳定剂、香精、去离子水。
进一步的,各组分按照重量百分比分别为:液体石蜡10-20%、硬脂酸镁0.5-1%、甘油3-5%、丙二醇2-8%、聚六亚甲基胍0.3-0.5%、壳聚糖0.5-1%、植物提取物2-5%、抗氧化剂0.05-0.1%、稳定剂0.05-0.1%、香精适量,去离子水适量。
进一步的,各组分按照重量百分比分别为:液体石蜡12%、硬脂酸镁0.8%、甘油4%、丙二醇6%、聚六亚甲基胍0.4%、壳聚糖0.5%、植物提取物4%、抗氧化剂0.05%、稳定剂0.05%、香精0.05%,余量为去离子水。
在本发明中,所述植物提取物包括芦荟提取液、葡萄柚提取液和紫甘蓝提取液。
进一步的,所述植物提取物中芦荟提取液、葡萄柚提取液和紫甘蓝提取液的重量比为2:1:1。
在本发明中,所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚,所述稳定剂为七水硫酸钠或者氯化钠。
在本发明中,所述香精为方向芳香植物提取的精油。
基于上述成分,一种婴童护肤霜的加工方法包括以下步骤:将液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇加热50-80℃,融化并搅拌均匀,加入稳定剂和抗氧化剂,并边搅拌边添加去离子水,恒温保持40-60℃,混合均匀后,再加入聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖、植物提取物继续搅拌30-60min,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,静置至常温,陈化24h,消泡即可。
在本发明中,以液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇为主体,与去离子水混合成为油包水结构,包含聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖和植物提取物作为杀菌抗菌的有效成分,其中,聚六亚甲基胍是一种温和的杀菌抑菌剂,具有杀菌广谱、有效浓度低、作用速度快、性质稳定、易溶于水的优良性能,长期抑菌、无副作用,无腐蚀性,无色、无嗅、无毒,可以说是最佳的杀菌剂;壳聚糖又称脱乙酰甲壳素,化学名称为聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-B-D葡萄糖,具有较好的抗菌活性,能抑制一些细菌、真菌和病毒的生长繁殖;芦荟提取液为常用的皮肤护理成分,不仅杀菌消炎效果显著,还能有效的保湿、美白,营养丰富更能促进皮肤细胞的生长;葡萄柚提取液是一种从葡萄柚的种子和果肉中提取的物质,具有高效的光谱抗菌效果,完全无毒,对人体无任何刺激或过敏反应,还能滋养组织细胞,抗菌抗感染;紫甘蓝提取液富含多中国维生素和矿物质,杀菌止痒,花青素和维生素C能够有效的抗氧化和抑制有害微生物的再生。
与现有技术相比,本发明以高分子化合物和植物提取物联合,抗菌抑菌效果好,植物提取物在抗菌抑菌的同时,均起到了很好的长效保护作用,在婴童皮肤表面形成保护膜,起到隔离保护的作用,促进皮肤细胞的生长,提高皮肤抵抗力,且无刺激性,有效的满足了婴童日常需要,效果显著。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体优选的实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但并不因此而限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种婴童护肤霜,按照重量百分比包括以下组分:液体石蜡12%、硬脂酸镁0.8%、甘油4%、丙二醇6%、聚六亚甲基胍0.4%、壳聚糖0.5%、植物提取物4%、抗氧化剂0.05%、稳定剂0.05%、香精0.05%,余量为去离子水。
将上述成分按照以下工艺进行加工:将液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇加热50-80℃,融化并搅拌均匀,加入稳定剂和抗氧化剂,并边搅拌边添加去离子水,恒温保持40-60℃,混合均匀后,再加入聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖、植物提取物继续搅拌30-60min,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,静置至常温,陈化24h,消泡即可。
实施例2
一种婴童护肤霜,按照重量百分比包括以下组分:液体石蜡16%、硬脂酸镁0.7%、甘油5%、丙二醇4%、聚六亚甲基胍0.5%、壳聚糖0.5%、植物提取物5%、抗氧化剂0.05%、稳定剂0.05%、香精0.05%,余量为去离子水。
将上述成分按照以下工艺进行加工:将液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇加热50-80℃,融化并搅拌均匀,加入稳定剂和抗氧化剂,并边搅拌边添加去离子水,恒温保持40-60℃,混合均匀后,再加入聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖、植物提取物继续搅拌30-60min,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,静置至常温,陈化24h,消泡即可。
实施例3
一种婴童护肤霜,按照重量百分比包括以下组分:液体石蜡10%、硬脂酸镁1%、甘油3%、丙二醇4%、聚六亚甲基胍0.3%、壳聚糖1%、植物提取物3%、抗氧化剂0.05%、稳定剂0.05%、香精0.05%,余量为去离子水。
将上述成分按照以下工艺进行加工:将液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇加热50-80℃,融化并搅拌均匀,加入稳定剂和抗氧化剂,并边搅拌边添加去离子水,恒温保持40-60℃,混合均匀后,再加入聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖、植物提取物继续搅拌30-60min,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,静置至常温,陈化24h,消泡即可。
将上述三种产品分别进行毒性测试,属实际无毒级,眼刺激试验属无刺激性,急性皮肤刺激试验属无刺激性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性,无致突变性,蓄积毒性试验为弱蓄积毒性。因此,本发明所述的成分和工艺制出的产品安全无刺激性。
将上述三种产品分别进行抗菌试验,按照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的规定进行测试,杀菌抑菌效果明显。
综上,本发明所述的婴童护肤霜抗菌抑菌效果好,起到了长效保护作用,促进皮肤细胞的生长,提高皮肤抵抗力,无刺激性,有效的满足了婴童日常需要,效果显著。
Claims (7)
1.一种婴童护肤霜,其特征在于,包括以下组分:液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇、聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖、植物提取物、抗氧化剂、稳定剂、香精、去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的婴童护肤霜,其特征在于:各组分按照重量百分比分别为:液体石蜡10-20%、硬脂酸镁0.5-1%、甘油3-5%、丙二醇2-8%、聚六亚甲基胍0.3-0.5%、壳聚糖0.5-1%、植物提取物2-5%、抗氧化剂0.05-0.1%、稳定剂0.05-0.1%、香精适量,去离子水适量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的婴童护肤霜,其特征在于:各组分按照重量百分比分别为:液体石蜡12%、硬脂酸镁0.8%、甘油4%、丙二醇6%、聚六亚甲基胍0.4%、壳聚糖0.5%、植物提取物4%、抗氧化剂0.05%、稳定剂0.05%、香精0.05%,余量为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的婴童护肤霜,其特征在于:所述植物提取物包括芦荟提取液、葡萄柚提取液和紫甘蓝提取液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的婴童护肤霜,其特征在于:所述植物提取物中芦荟提取液、葡萄柚提取液和紫甘蓝提取液的重量比为2:1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的婴童护肤霜,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚,所述稳定剂为七水硫酸钠或者氯化钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的婴童护肤霜,其特征在于:加工方法包括以下步骤:将液体石蜡、硬脂酸镁、甘油、丙二醇加热50-80℃,融化并搅拌均匀,加入稳定剂和抗氧化剂,并边搅拌边添加去离子水,恒温保持40-60℃,混合均匀后,再加入聚六亚甲基胍、壳聚糖、植物提取物继续搅拌30-60min,最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,静置至常温,陈化24h,消泡即可。
